I didn't know I was going to spend thousands on this place when i should read the reviews first. apparently they're not a warehouse and they order parts from third parties that they have no control over AKA "drop ship". my order came missing items after waiting for a month for their third party to ship out multiple boxes that's also damaged with holes and dents during shipment no part protection whatsoever. This shady business have multiple names online than their actual warehouse. online they called it "lexuspartsnow" , honda and ford names but their brick moral warehouse called "auto best". I don't know why they have a warehouse full of "departments" but no parts available to ship out. so most of their departments is for complaining, RMA, and customer service so that really tell u about this shady place. The best of all is their almost none existence return policy is u have FIVE DAYS to put it on you car to see it fit to return while they take 30 DAYS to ship your partial order one box at a time and they all come in different times. this place is a joke and how is still in business and not getting sued yet is beyond beliefs. if they refuse to refund i suggest you all to reverse charge with your credit card and let their lawyers to come after these shady people. i never see that many one star review for one place in my life.This is how the boxes show up one at a time weeks apart and before I open it. do an open box video to proves the part is missing. apparently this place is run by chinese so there the story about refund and being shady

FRAUD!! They charged me twice for the same order with no email confirmation or nothing. When I offered to return it they played games with me and spoke to their RMA returns manager Joe who reversed one of his colleges decision to return and refund the second order. Joe handled this situation like true sleaze!! We ll see you in court you morons!!

They falsely claimed that the part would fit my car, but it didn't. Despite me returning it at my own expense, they refused to issue a refund. They had the box in their possession for seven business days without making any contact. When I reached out to inquire, they stated that the box was damaged and continued to deny my return request.

I tried, I really tried to be civil here. The part arrived a week after my repair was done and they refused to pay return shipping or waive the restocking fee of a pretty sporty 20%. I was basically told it was my fault for ordering a part I didn't need. I tried to explain that I did need it, but I also needed to complete the repair so I could drive the vehicle to work etc. I did not get an order update at any point saying it would be late. To that they said I failed to contact them to ask. Who asks about a late part before the date they expect it? As a customer here you are a credit card number, not a human. Mopar parts can be purchased anywhere - avoid this one.

I sadly had the unpleasant opportunity to do business with this company. They sent me an empty box and then couldn't help be because of the fact that it was delivered. Beware, go else where. Original Parts Giant, Inc.& FordPartsGiant straight up stole from me and didn't even want to hear me out.

I bought front rotors for my 2013 GS350, entered my vin got the okay that it fits. Even the item Dimensions match the current rotors on my car, and when I got them, they turned out too small gave them a call. The lady on the phone just kept telling me it's not their fault and that I should have selected different options and I would be changed a 20% restocking fee if returned, and I would have to pay for shipping. Why would I be charged if it's their fault and their website is wrong?

RMA Manager is sadly short on service. CC941614Ordered an ignition SW and tumblers to pin it. Came with wrong tumblers in bags marked with the correct part numbers. Must have been a pick error. Got an RMA within a day of receipt. Replied with a pic of product that was wrong in bags marked correctly. I heard nothing back even after phone calls and email follow up was unable to get anyone on phone but was during covid, figured I would take care of it when I needed another part. Called back some months later needing a part and they were back at the phones. mentioned the tumblers, they forwarded the RMA, I sent in pics again this time they made it seem as if they thought I had gotten the correct parts, I had to reuse my old tumblers and they clearly had not done the research. Was then denied the RMA because of time. Total Value of the product to make it good under $10 and RMA Manager gave me the 3rd degree. I work with dealers we all make this sort of simple stuff good, so we don't get blasted on social media. Frankly I was shocked. Bought my part for $10 more on Amazon because they take client service seriously.

I made a purchase with Auto Best Corp/Genuine Parts Giant/Honda Parts Now on 4/4. My purchase was Subtotal-$185.97-Tax-$15.34-Shipping & Handling-$21.93-Total-$223.24. I received a prompt email confirmation stating my order was all good. Then on 4/9 after not receiving any shipping info which I thought was weird I called there customer service line and asked if my items have been shipped out yet. The rep said they were scheduled to ship out by the end of that business day. Never received a email that night. Then on 4/10 I got a additional shipping invoice in my email for $133.33!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have wasted all this time with this business to get a good deal on OEM parts for my Honda just to have them want to bill me a extra $133.33 for shipping after I had already paid them! They pretty much told me either I pay the charge or cancel my order. I told them to cancel my order and that I would just go down to my local dealership and purchase from them. This company wastes your time and definitely wants your $$$$$$. Stear clear.

Beware!This place has so many online names.I assume they ALL scam their customers. I paid for a shift cable only to be told 3 days later that it was canceled but could be reordered at a 57% price increase! Yep...from $91 to $157!I already paid. That constitutes a contract between buyer & seller. It wasn't sold out or unavailable. No! They just wanted more money.Low life scam artists!

This place is a scam, plain and simple. They accept online orders under many different names, authorize the purchase successfully on your credit card, but then cancel your order citing "high risk order". They refuse to explain themselves, and never deliver the parts. AVOID.

1000.00 order placed 10/12, all parts showed available, email 10/13 some parts in Stock and other 1 or 2 parts back ordered, no problem, delivery date 10/15-10/20 fine, emailed and chatted 10/20 parts haven't shipped but showed still in stock, told will ship 10/22, 10/23 email received 5pm parts will again ship on 10/28, Order cancelled!! Do not do business with this company unless you just need to be disappointed, if I was the owner I might be a little upset on the lack of customer service, how hard is it to put a part in a box, I'm in the industry for over 30 years. Terrible experience.

Company is unable to adhere to its own estimated delivery dates, and on top of that they will not even attempt to make it right by expediting a shipment delayed due to their internal issues. At this point I am keeping my fingers crossed that I get the part I ordered at all at this point. Just save yourselves the hassle and shop someplace else where at least there's some accountability.

As everyone else noted, this company runs different auto part websites from this location - Auto Best Corp. is a scam and fraud. Junk parts - they make sign off that they re non-returnable, so you re stuck.Waste of time and $$.

Total Scam $300.00 down the drain bought a pair of Foglights off their Hondapartsnow website and first everything was cool my package was being shipped then out of nowhere I checked my order status and it was canceled out of nowhere without any warning Do not buy from these clowns terrible customer service. Literally $300.00 sad clown company

Hondapartsnow stinks. Total clownsI placed an order, it took them 3 weeks to "acquire" the parts, and another week to actually arrive. I ordered 4 items, only 3 of the 4 actually showed up. The past month I have been trying to get in touch with SOMEONE there to get me the 4th item. I cannot install the 3 items without the 4th. They are ignoring close to 10 attempts to get this resolved. Total clown operation. AVOID 100%

Ordered a reflector for a minivan and recieved a cracked vacuum pump for a 300M. No return accepted after following their instructions. Terrible experience working with this business. Look elsewhere.
