Thank you Martin and team! My Chevy is running better than it has in years. The staff is friendly, professional and honest! Martin s experience and integrity stood out from the rest, when I called around regarding issues with my car. I was able to drop off my car, get a quote, Martin ordered parts and had it fixed within days. Even washed and vacuumed the interior by the time I picked it up!Amazing service, quick turn around with quality results. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend Martin and Falcon Group for all your automotive needs!

I am so happy that there is new auto repair and smog check shop here in town. The service was amazing and prices were affordable. I was so impressed how quickly they got my car in the shop for service. They are a family run business and I have to say was the service made me feel like a Queen. They offered to clean my windows and even offered me free chocolate :) I am so happy with this repair shop, I will always service my car here and I will definitely recommend this shop to all my family and friends. I ve been going here for a little over a year for any problems with my car i run into that i can t fix myself. martin is always the man and gets it done. super nice guy and really makes you feel like he WANTS to help you out. great prices. just an all together better experience than you d expect when going to get stuff done with your car.

I did a smog test and a detailing/cleaning here. I found the business through google map and I was impressed by the good reviews, but my own experience is very different.First of all, I am not very happy with the detailing, because they charged me $200 but didn't clean very well. They didn't clean the outside of the car at all, but they never told me this would be the case before hand. The cup holders on the door were dirty, and the car seats were definitely not shampooed. They put a kind of oil on the dashboard that makes it all shiny, but the oil got on places and made things a bit dirtier. There were one plastic piece of the car seat that covers seat belt, they took it off, but it couldn't be put back on, and I found that piece of cover just hanging on the side of the car seat, and it couldn't be put back on the seat .... They never told me any of that, which is not very honest of them.The smog was also a bit frustrating too, the catalyst monitor wasn't ready and the owner just kept telling me to drive more. I have to do the googling myself to figure out how to do a drive cycle to trigger the catalyst monitor to be ready. It eventually worked though.My main complaint is the detailing, I'd give one star for that, and I'd give 3-4 star for smog check, the average is 2 star, that's the reason for my 2 star rating.Service: Smog certification

Martin got my car smogged quickly and easily! He noticed and fixed my cars under plate that was missing a fastener and was falling down.I made no appointment just showed up. Really appreciate the great service and staff here! He also mentioned he does oil change, brakes and other car maintenance. I will be back and highly recommend him!Service: Smog certification

I couldn t be happier! Took my 2001 Ranger in for smog, and it only took 15 minutes! I ended up bringing it in for tune ups and maintenance. Martin and Mike have always been thorough and honest regarding the problems that we found with my truck and whether to hold off or to fix it sooner. Highly recommended!

Sad that my standards are This place isn t sketchy but being a female, I have been taken advantage of in the automotive industry. The gentleman that helped me was courteous, professional, and honest. I took my second car right back because I felt so comfortable. Definitely going back!

Martin was helpful, fast, friendly, and thorough. I found this place on Google and chose it pretty randomly and it ended up being a great experience. I definitely would recommend Falcon.

Shares parking with the gas station next door and didn't have any parking so he just moved a car for 20 minutes to do a smog check for us. Super fast and nice. Standard price. Great value.

Great experience with the smog station very professional and efficient Technician. he even vacuumed my interior with a fee and let me know he provides that type of service which was very helpful because I really needed it. I highly recommend this place they went above and beyond smog check and cleaned my vehicle thank you so much!!

Super sweet owner. It was wonderful to be able to walk downtown Soquel for a snack, I got a pupusa and also got bagels for home while I waited 15 min for the smog check. Nice text afterwards to rate their service which tells me they are thinking like a real business.

Hard to get ahold of never there or answering phone,passed me for smog 2 years ago then wouldn't pass me this time eventhough it was the same issue as last time when I was passed
