Went to have 4 winter tires put on my Navigator got there at 7:00am as instructed. One guy before me. I asked the guy at the counter to ask the guys to dunk the tires in the water to make sure no leaks although the tires were in wonderful shape I still don t no the history of them. Bought them on Facebook marketplace. So the counter man came back and told me they would have to charge me $15 per tire to dunk them in the water. I couldn t believe it $60 to dunk them in water. So I told them to just forget the dunk. I ll just keep my fingers crossed. Then the counter man said they refuse to put the tires on because there difference in size that is on the door jam even though there the same size as the ones the are on the truck?Then I look out the window and three mechanics are yanking and pulling on the rear hatch . I hurried out there before they ripped the damn hatch off. As I approached them they managed to pop the window open and were about to shove the one tire they had out thru the window. I said hey hey stop you having problems opening the hatch. They said yes I closed the window and simply pulled the hatch handle and hatch opened. The three of them standing there looking like well you know. That was it I squeezed into my vehicle fired it up and began backing out. The guys are all standing there looking at me like what am I doing. I m getting the hell out of here that s what I m doing! By now it s 8:30 I drove over to Dougherty tire shop asked the guy if they could change them he looked at the tires and said sure but you got 3 others before you . Great let s do it these guys were incredible. So the knock out the other cars and I m up.Two teams of 2 guys and tire machines that two guys can work at the same time they were all done in 15min and they dunked all 4 tires in the water to check for leaks . Charged me what they quoted the other guys quoted one price then nickel and dimed me trying to get an extra $75 or so . Anyway I was so happy I drove right back only an hour after I left honked my horn and pointed to my tires shaking my head at them. Save your self the trouble and go to the professionals for your auto needs

I had scheduled an appointment to get my tires replaced today and ordered the tires through the Walmart app. It seems as though my tires were lost during the shipping process and it seems to be a frequent complaint that there are a lot of unorganized/lost orders. I was simply told to wait for an email confirmation when my order arrives at the store - there was no way to track or tell when my order would be arriving or where it even was. I have no complaint towards the store employees but rather the absolutely terrible organization at this store. I would suggest to go to a store who can manage an online shipment without losing it

No more or less than one would expect from an auto parts (batteries) retailer, except all but 2 batteries had only 1 year warranties.

Issues with product after ordering online, then rude customer service. Had an appointment to install tires and they were late getting me in for my appointment then they took apart my vehicle and left it sitting there for almost 2 hours while they worked on a handful of other vehicles first. I'm worried about what will happen if I have an issue with my tires in the future, even with a warranty which cost me extra.

Bought tires, which took over a week to come in. Made an appt. to have the tires installed, but after seeing the pride sticker on my car, I was told, flat out, that they would not install my tires, period.So, took my tires and my business to Doherty Tires, instead. They took care of me without any hassle whatsoever. I will never do business with Walmart Auto again.Service: Tires

We were here to swap out a tire but the auto center was unmanned. Took us a while to ask the customer service people to find the manager, but he was helpful and ordered what we needed right away. We were able to complete the tire change the next morning thanks to the efficient staffs.

They do a great job and can't beat the prices but you'd better have a ton of free time. Took them 3 hours before I got car back and all I had done was oil change!!!!

Literally the slowest service you can imagine. Nobody to be seen. No line. Oil change took 3 hours. Do with this info as you please. Just terrible.

Don't answer phones, take forever to do anything, short lines, but 10+ min. wait time. Not poor customer service, I'd say no customer service. Use to be a regular, now never going back. We literally took 5 hrs to get 4 tires when there where literally no cars to be worked on but workers are on their phones walking around shopping another lady had been there since 10am to 5pm to get tires rotated just so they could end up telling her they couldn't do it

They took a little bit longer but I know they were busy. They did a fine job mounting and balancing tires. Tires were a cheaper brand but seemed fine. If there's a problem no matter where I'm at there's usually a walmart nearby

Terrible for so many reasons and do not recommend wasting your time.People at counter jabber and waste time, the guy, Haruka, told me 'youre next' for an oil change. 90 minutes later my truck hasn't even entered the bay.I tell the manager, Cody, Ive been waiting over an hour and he doesn't even look at me and just says 'oh' and turns away.I asked for my keys back and let them know how badly they're managed and how terribly they operate they business.The store manager, Ryan, is a kind and polite person, but this auto care section of this store is awfully managed.

They were wounderful super sweet and Justin worked magic fixing my car. Very much appriciated I was crying a whole bunch I had to replace 2 tires from having 2 blow outs . So Im super happy with them thank you Wal-Mart ture shop in Sonora. And a super big thanks to Justin again for what you done

Honest, friendly & the prices really can't be beat. It was convenient & quick to purchase the battery I needed. Very helpful employees who have fun & seem to enjoy their jobs. I am pleased with the entire visit to Wal-Mart for my car care needs. Where else can you get a new battery installed in your car, pick up a gallon of milk & a cute shirt all under 1 roof?

Cant say enough good things about tire/automotive associate Vince. He showed the most excellent customer service to me. From beginning to end, he kept me informed and was solely responsible for getting me back on the road with a safe new tire so I could get to work in San Francisco. Vince, thank you. Department Manager please take note, he's the real deal. Deserves a big raise

Extremely bad service. I highly recommend not to ever go to Walmart Auto Care Centers. I went to have a new tire put on because mine was showing cords and I have 2 children. I waited almost 4 hours before they even looked at my car than was told my tires where different sizes and instead of just matching the sizes they refused to unless I changed all 4 tires. When i said i didn't have the money to do that they pretty much told me "oh well" and sent me on my way. Now I'm currently stuck oh the side of the road in the cold with my kid's all thanks to Walmart Auto Care Centers.

Came in at 5pm to get a new tire install. Waiting and waiting the two technicians working together on oil changes on 3 cars and not touch my tire. One hour and fifteen minutes later they touched the tire. A 10-15 minute job turns to and hour and a half. Walmart was the only place open and my car had the flat in the mountains. Trying to get back before dark. Not wanting to mention racism but we were the only Asians there if it had nothing to do with race then this is the worst place for customer service and worst Walmart I've ever been to.

Customer service was slow and rude. They acted like getting my oil changed was an inconvenience to them. The guy at the desk actually took a personal call while I was waiting for him to just hand me my keys back. Very unprofessional. The only redeeming factor was the price, but the place on Mono can do drive through oil changes for only a few dollars more.

Got to store at 3:50pm(earliest I could) stood in line about 20 mins. Then they tell me that they are closing at 5 instead of 6 like the website says because they are short one tech. Sorry but that s bad service. Anywhere I ever worked would have kept someone over to cover regular hours. I m from out of town and need to help my son out with an oil change while here. Bad service ethic. By the way there was one car in bays. Wouldn t take ours. Have to make time tomorrow before we head home.

Came in for an oil change and the guy was supposed to check fluids tire pressure etc. Got in the truck and the tire monitor said one tire low so obviously he didn't even check that and when we called him on it he had an attitude. Makes me wonder if he even checked the other stuff. Doubt will go back again.

Worst customer service ever!!! Went in a couple months ago and they put the wronge size tire on my car! When I went back to let them know the department manager said they couldnt do anything for me because the car left the property and it wasnt their problem I didnt notice it. First off this is your job not mine. I shouldn't have to double check your work being your supposed to be the professional. Then placed an order for a new tire. They ordered the wronge one again. Finally got the tire i needed only to be told they wouldn't put it on because the one they originally put on wasnt the same size as the one I wanted on now so they just couldnt do it. If you dont mind dying on the road because they mess up your tires I would recommend coming here. Otherwise go somewhere else.

Got an oil change, and they did a thorough inspection of lamps, fluids, tire pressure, and cleaned the car. I did want the fuel system treatment, but at the point of sale wasnt billed for it. Not sure if they missed billing me, or didnt do it, but no big deal. I added a bottle of treatment later. Got me thru in about 40 mins

What a joke! I called first and was told to come in, when I arrived there was one car ahead of me. When they finished with it another came in while mine was in the parking lot. One hour and fifteen minutes later after watching the head technician take three smoke brakes (I assume he was the head tech since it took the other two just to run a wheel balancer) I let the lady at the counter know I wasn t willing to wait any longer and her reply was well that s what happens when you call in . I won t be back and Walmart auto lives up to its failed reputation!

You ll fine it s the time you come that makes a difference when Forrest is there the place runs like a fine clock. The auto care did us a solid today. But don t come when Forrest isn t running the show. It can be disasters

This is the only Walmart in America I trust to change my oil, lube my chassis or put on tires. Skippy heads the department and Oscar works up front and these folks actually care about their customers! As for the negative reviews, I have been doing business with this automotive dept since I moved here 18 years ago. If you want to pay double for the same oil change elsewhere, go for it! I'm going back to this Walmart!

Made an appt at 8am for 2 tires by 9:15 they still hadn t even found the tires they were attempting to sell to me and when I asked for my keys back because I wanted to go somewhere else to get my tires they were disgusted with me I wouldn t recommend this tire shop to anyone. None of them have the knowledge to work in a real tire shop hints why they work at Walmart
