Price of an oil change went from 39.99$ in 2019. To 59.99$ during 2021-2022. Now in 2023 it s 89.99 for an oil change and now no tire rotation included. Getting ridiculous. What s next year going to be? 110$ for an oil change with no tire rotation? This place used to provide great value. Not so much anymore.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Stopped in for express service which was closed. Front desk staff member went above and beyond to get me on my way again as I was just passing through and waiting 4hrs for an appt wasn t going to be possible. He really embodied that Subaru love promise.

Made an online order for an axel and was planning to do it myself but happened to ask how much they would charge in labor and they had a decent price. Had the pleasure working with Kevin and I must say his customer service skills are impeccable not only with how he worked with me but with others in the shop as well. Thank you for the quick service

Unhappy people terrible service for my friend who brought car in to get service done . Unpleasant and unhelpful service writer's. They did a tire rotation and didn't even say and/or do anything about the screw/nail that is in one of the tires . Very slow, full of excuses of why they couldn't do everything they were suppose to and wanted her to bring car back to get the rest of things done.I do not recommend any one bringing their cars here. Any certified repair shops can do the same services at half the price and get the complete job done that your asking for... And won't void any warranties either at other certified shops.

This is the third time I have made an appointment and was told the car would be ready in two hours! When I returned the car had not been touched! No one would give me a reason, then the manager said he couldn t give me an answer! I asked what is the point of an appointment! Shrugged his shoulders and said he was sorry! Never again will I use them for our three Subaru vehicles!

If I could give negative stars I would. I initially came in for a warped cam seal. They re-installed a new one, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, another massive oil leak occurred and I had to take my Subaru back. To which they said that it was not their fault, and that my car was fine. My car proceeded to catch on fire, and that is when they took it seriously. They found out that the seal was improperly installed by them, but at this point there was so much damage I needed a new engine. New management and staff came in, and found my car sitting in the back of the lot untouched. They called to ask me what I was doing with it, to which I explained my situation and they offered to you fix the problem (which wasn t the engine it was the seal again) at a reduced price because of the trouble that had been caused. Well, after eight months of my car sitting in their shop, I finally get it back, to find that my stereo system had been ripped out and inside vandalized. When I confronted the shop they told me that they had no camera system and that they were not responsible for what happened to my vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE. 8 months and $1,400 to have my car set on fire and vandalized. I m very upset and will be calling the BBB.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Haven't been there yet, just called for my 1st visit for January. Just moved here from Connecticut where my Subaru had been treated like a Queen since purchasing in March of 2016. I had my previous Subaru for 17 years and I always had it serviced at the same place. I hope my experience with Sonora Subaru Service Center will be as great as it was at Holgrem Subaru in Connecticut. When I called for the service appointment I was pleasantly surprised to actually speak to a human. My questions were answered andthe schedule for availability was perfect. Loking forward to a long happy service relationship.

Pretty good experience. All of my questions were answered. I don t understand why the price of a mere oil change, tire rotation, and inspection is $80, but alas, the labor must be paid I suppose.

Have always used them for oil changes and tire rotations, unfortunately that's all they are caple of completing. I wouldn't recommend any other repair. My car has been sitting for two days waiting to be fixed.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

3/12/19Review of Sonora Subaru Service DepartmentI am writing this review to share the good experiences that I have had with the Sonora Subaru service department. I have been taking my cars there since 2010. The professionals at Sonora Subaru service have always been honest and very friendly. They have often gone beyond the norms of what one would expect to extend extra helpful information and support with my automotive problems. I have had the good fortune of having Mark Dodd, one of their service specialists, help me with some very difficult situations with my 2010 Subaru Outback. It is not a stretch to say that without Mark s help my transportation situation would have deteriorated remarkably, and with Mark s help, I am now enjoying my revitalized 2010 Outback. I highly recommend the Sonora Subaru service department to anyone looking for honest support and skilled technicians for his or her automotive transportation needs.William Fontana Sr.

Took a very long time to replace transmission due to problems with specialty tools. Service rep failed to go over things when car picked up. Inspection found other items needing repair, resulting in another service trip to be scheduled. Was previously charged for transmission inspection when it was supposed to be free according to warranty extension letter.
