These guys are great! I had them come and measure and replace some glass and all my screens. After the initial install they returned twice to tune up sliding door screens and see how things were holding up.I love this company and am very impressed by their kind, caring attitudes.

They bid $100 less than the lowest competitor but didn't sacrifice quality of workmanship, Window quality, proffessionalism or friendliness. Best window installment I've ever had done (and I have had my fair share)! Will be using these guys again and will definitely be recommending!

We recently had to have two picture windows replaced in our home . Hit a dead end as far as replacement windows and had three different companies come out . The only company that came on time gave us n estimate and replaced the glass in both windows was Sierra Glass . Thank you so much . We are very happy with the result and the view now is beautiful . Not the greatest place to go for screens. Was not satisfied with them at all. Walking on my brand new carpet and floors with dirty shoes. Put shoe protectors on and wore them in the dirt then back on my floors. Order was not complete when said it was. Had to go back to store to change screens then the doors where wrong color. Not given a discount for the inconvenience. Just very unprofessional. Will not recommend or use them again.

Had a problem with a custom window order that seemed like was coming to a bad ending, but we heard from the owner of the company and Sierra Glass is working to fix the situation. At the very least seems like they're going to make a good faith effort to make things right. Good to work with small businesses willing to work with their customers when things go wrong.

Gene and Ken provided GREAT service as they were able, at the time, do cut my glass requirement while I was at their place of business; same day service. I'll go to them, again, for any glass project!!! :)
