These gentle were nice and very professional they did a fantastic job on truck then though the ole girl is rusty as hell, I originally went to another shop and they forgot to order the window my truck two times then stopped returning my calls.Definitely would recommend them to friend or family

I have trusted prime with all of my vehicle window replacements and have never been let down. He has replaced the windshield and rear roll up window in my k5 blazer and the windshield in my 67 vw beetle, always great pricing, quality glass and quality work. I had two small cracks in my windshield which would normally be repairable, but because one was directly in front of the front-facing camera, it would affect the safety systems, so it required a full windshield replacement.I called Prime Auto Glass in Sonora and spoke to German, who took care of all the insurance issues and set an appointment to come to my home in Groveland a few days later. Two days before the appointment, he called to let me know that he would be a little later than originally scheduled, which I greatly appreciated. He showed up and did an excellent job, super professional, courteous and meticulous and just a very nice man.I don't know how they could have been any easier or more pleasant to work with. Nice to see people who don't just grunt answers at you and treat you like a problem instead of a valued customer. Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My rear window broke earlier this year. These guys were able to find a replacement in great time. Cleaned up all the broken glass in the car and set up my new, clean window. No defrosters but according to them those were likely what caused my window to shatter unexpectedly so no loss. Very friendly, very professional. I certainly hope I don't HAVE to use them again but if another window ever broke, Prime Auto Glass is the first company I would call!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Prime Auto Glass came to my house to replace the seal on my back window of my pickup truck and did a great job. No more leaks and it was all hassle-free for me and reasonably priced the guy that did the work was nice and professional and did a great job. Thank you.
