NAPA has had what i needed in the past, BUT...Called to confirm they had batteries I needed and that they would install them.Drove 20 miles. Selected brand, and as I pulled out my credit card to purchase, I asked them to replace the car battery to get 'core'. Was told by one of them, in so many words, that he could not be bothered.Loyalty tolerates only so much - there are plenty of other, closer stores, and I got a better battery, installed, for less, elsewhere.Bye, NAPA! You lost this loyal customer because of a lazy employee who misrepresented advertised service. No integrity.

My battery died suddenly on a trip home. I went to Napa auto parts in Sonora and I couldn't ask for friendlier better service. They found the best battery for me installed it immediately and I was on my way.

Longtime customer will never visit again. This is after several times I have visited store but alot of the staff are very helpful. One member particularly is very rude and will yell and use fool language. I'm told I don't need to replace parts and hose and then being belittled as if I'm not knowledgeable of the job I'm preforming. Who ever is running that store should be ashamed of themselves. I hold a very high position where I work and that man would definitely 100% be looking for a job that doesn't work in Public Relations.

Great place. Had the right bolt to change a bad day into a better one. And guys were super cool. Even gave me the bolt no charge. Definitely need more people in the world like the guys at this store. Thank you much.

Great service, friendly staff. Helped us professionally and with laid back humor. They didn't have the parts that we needed but ordered them for next day delivery. Definitely going there next time I need parts!

We went in there for lug nuts and I tire wrench. Carl took thr time to help us. Made sure we had the right stuff to make it home safely. Even tired uo our tires to the proper psi.

Incredibly helpful. I had gone to several mechanics who wouldn't touch my air filter issue. NAPA staff took a can do attitude, explained the issue in the parking lot with my car, got all the parts, and even found the specially piece everyone said I needed a dealer for. Saved me hundreds and hassle

Knowledgeable staff, able to order parts over phone without me going there to pay 1st, then go back again for pick up (saves a lot of time = saves +$). Parts are genuine and better quality brands than other auto parts stores.

Napa auto store has always been very helpful when I needed to find a auto part. they have ordered parts for me and they've returned in a fight timely fashion. It is much easier to order a car part through them then go to your regular car dealer because the regular car dealers three times as expensive

Napa usually has better parts but these guys could definitely work on the customer service especially carl it was too much for him to pull a part to measure it so he told me I would have to come in person to match it myself really after I have been shopping here for years thanks carl

Good service. It took 2 trips to get the right radiator cap otherwise I'd given them 5 stars. Nice people and great customer service.

Rude should learn how to treat customers without the swearing for asking a simple question about a receipt.Dont recommend going there until they train their staff.

So many employees yet so little work is done does not take very good care of the commercial customers at all relegate it to in case I need a quart of oil you'd be better off going to a box store you would probably get better service

Probably the smallest Napa I've ever been into, but this little store has everything and can get what you need very quickly!
