I want to start by saying that the new manager here, Gary, threatened to go leave my business a review if I left this review. You have a business too right, I ll just go leave you one then. Now, this gentleman has never used my business ever in his life, yet I have multiple bad experiences here at his employer resulting in damage to my personal property and this shop does nothing about it. In fact, the manager will stand there and try to intimidate you the entire time when presenting said damage. I asked to see the protective mats they place down on the vehicle to protect from damage, Gary s sarcastic response through his snarky grin was it s in the shop, I could get it but I don t want to. He also wouldn t review any of the video footage when prompted to do so, hmm I wonder why.Being in the auto industry myself I refer many clients to McCoy tire for service, however the guy that used to perform the work on my vehicles is no longer there and in addition today Gary said to me we don t want your business or your clients, we are busy enough. Really? Because I was there from about 10:30 to almost noon and other than me walking through that front door not another soul came in, but sure. Incredible how one person can negatively impact a business in such a way.

They were able to get my car in right away and for the services I received my price was very competitive! My car was done within the day and they helped me set up a payment plan option, which helped me out so much. I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys took such great care of my car. They went above and beyond, addressing everything it needed and then some. They quickly determined the cause of the noise it was making, gave me a reasonable quote & were able to make the repairs quickly. The peace of mind I have since taking my car in is the greatest gift- the noise is gone now and my car is driving like it's new again :) I can't thank them enough, and will definitely be back when I need another service. After being alerted by fellow motorists that my brake lights weren't working, I contact McCoy Tire & Auto Care. Convenient to downtown Sonora, I left my car the next day in the able hands of Gary and his team. I was very pleased with the service and level of communication (a emailed report on my service!), not to mention the reasonable invoice. Next step: I'm making an appointment for my 100K mile check up.

Called to get tires put on and an alignment done same day and they were so quick and fast! Though they couldn t do the alignment they were honest and kind! It s nice keeping business local! They looked over my car and let me know other issues that needed to be fixed as well and I really liked that kind of service! Definitely recommend and would come back for other services!

Finally! I made the "Right" choice in a Mechanic Shop!! I can breathe easy and feel like I'm safe with Danniel and the Crew!! McCoy's helped me with a dislodged and loose window and only charged me for the labor. They removed a screw from my tire as well.It is very refreshing to have honest and capable people in Sonora area.My grandfather used to go to McCoy's 1970s.Thank you, McCoy's!

I had a very professional experience at McCoy Tire. I went there for an oil change and was treated with utmost respect. The mechanic also checkt the tires and they were rotated. I definitely will return again when my car needs anything fixed and or updated. Thanks very much for a very excellent Service.

I came in today 3.13.24 for an oil change and come to find out I had a very dangerous issue with my truck and these wonderful guys noticed it and fixed right away for me at no charge, words can't express my gratitude possibly saved my families life from a terrible accident... I will forever come to this shop from now on plus they're sweethearts and great customer service

I appreciated the honesty after my vehicle inspection. I had been told by the local dealer s service center that I needed new brake pads. I was having some rattling when I hit the breaks in my SUV so I made an appointment to get my break pads checked out. They gave me a morning appointment and let me drop my car the evening before. They completed the inspection and let me know that my break pads were fine. I appreciate that they didn t try to sell me something that I didn t need. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely wonderful service. They had no problem getting my vehicle in and fixed very quickly. And as a retail worker on a budget I was beyond grateful how much they worked with me on prices and fees. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

McCoy tire really helped me out especially when on a budget and got me in right away! They were extremely helpful and very nice and got all four tires changed within one hour. They are great and I will be going back to them each time I need some tire work done! They are on it!
