5/5 stars!! Fix auto did so well at communicating with me and got my front bumper replaced within 2 weeks. Very professional and friendly!! My car looks great-Isaac went above and beyond! I am very satisfied and grateful, thank you fix auto!!

I had great service at Fix Auto! I was so impressed with the friendly employees and the professional treatment I received. My car was ready 2 days earlier than the estimated time frame. They kept me informed with daily texts which was greatly appreciated. They were very helpful with the car rental pickup and return and my car looked perfect when I picked it up. Highly recommend Fix Auto for any body work.

If I could give a 10 star review I would. Fix Auto in Sonora was awesome. My newer model truck had been side swiped and needed one whole side repaired and the driver door replaced. It was a big job that required many parts. They scheduled me in immediately, and completed the entire job within two weeks. They dealt with my insurance company, allowing me to not have to deal with any of that myself. Honestly, my truck looks better now than it did when I bought it brand new. The paint matched perfectly. They took out every single blemish. They detailed my truck inside and out, even my tires and rims are sparkling. Communication was excellent, honest, courteous and customer centered. Miguel and Ryan were a pleasure to work with. I would never go anywhere else!

The customer service was a disappointmentThe guy at the front counter was very rude and interrupted me every time I started to say something. I brought my 06 Odyssey there for an estimate. I had hit a deer and damaged the front bumper and the sensor was hanging down. They told me that they couldn't do the job because of after market wiring. The Odyssey is completely stock other than the Pioneer CD player. After the estimator looked again he confirmed that the sensor was stock, but still didn't want to do the repairs. He said that it was a can of worms that he was getting into. The sensor just popped out of the bumper. He was worried that it wouldn't work after installing a new bumper. He had no faith in his body and fender guy. After about an hour going back and forth on the sensor being stock he finally agreed that it was factory wiring and said to leave the Odyssey.After three days of no communication, I went to my Geico mobile app. It said that the work was in progress, so I called to ask how long it was going to take. The gal at the front desk told me that there was $7300 damage and recommended to Geico the Odyssey was a total loss. Later that day the insurance adjuster at Geico called me and confirmed that it was a total loss. I ask him if I could get a second opinion and he had already totaled it Odyssey out. This was absurd because I didn't get a chance for a second opinion. I've had this car for six years and it runs and drives like a dream. Both the body shop and Geico didn't care about the customer (Me)No contact for three days on both ends. I didn't even get a chance for another estimate, After all that being said, Geico said my car was only worth $2930 and cut me a check for that. I got to keep the Odyssey and DMV would send me papers and a salvaged title. I took the $2930 and bought a89 Reinell 181 SR inboard outboard Ski boatfor $3000Furthermore, I'm going to have the OdysseyFront bumper replaced and the whole car painted for $2575 I don't plan on selling my Odyssey, so a salvaged title means nothing to me.Geico and Fix Auto Body can kiss my you no what... Have a Great Day !!!

Very professional service from beginning to end. Courteous attention at check-in, work done on time with daily progress reports. My truck looked as good or better than it did the day I got it from the dealer. Very pleased with the outcome.

Fix Auto treated us like friends or family, not a customer. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally, took their time making repairs and updated us every step of the way. They were flexible and accommodating throughout the entire two-ish weeks they had our truck. They even fixed a dent unrelated to our insurance claim to the best of their abilities as a courtesy. They truly take care of their customers and make you feel like you matter, not just for your money.

I had my truck fixed at Fixed Auto of Sonora and they did an amazing job. It was a one stop shop and they made the whole transaction painless. My truck looked great, they kept me informed the entire time, and I could pick up and drop off the rental right there. The staff was great would highly recommend.

I took my Toyota Highlander to fix auto in Sonora after having some front end damage. Fix auto was able to get my car in quickly to repair the damage, when another body shop in town couldn t get me in until December. I was so impressed by this business, they went above and beyond. Not only did they fix my car but, my car was washed both inside and out when I picked it up. They also cleaned my wheels and they polished the other headlight that wasn t damaged. I was also able to just leave my rental car there and they closed out the account and got the car back to Enterprise. I highly recommend taking your car to Fix Auto.

Had to take my car to fix auto for an insurance claim. I had never had to take my car to a shop before because of an insurance claim so I was a little nervous at first. This shop was so on top of things and texted me updates about my car daily. When my car was ready for pick up I was shocked to see that they had not only washed the outside but they also detailed the whole inside! My car hasn t looked like this good since the day I drove it off the lot from the dealer.

Everybody at this establishment was very friendly, professional, and kind. They were all on top of their game & and did business with me very quick and efficiently, the best I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend this place yo anyone and everyone and return if need be. The lady at the front desk inside the office was very sweet, patient & understanding. Miguel, one of the main guys there, was very comforting & answered all the questions I had & also gave me peace of mind concerning any of my concerns. At the end of it all they returned the vehicle and very good condition with the tires detailed and shiny and it looking nice and clean!

15k for a fender bender. Insurance covered it and the work was on point. Went in needing an oil change kinda salty that this wasn't included as they walked making almost 16k but its understood they dont go above and beya
