Bought at least 6 cars and trucks from Bee back. Never a bad one. Great cars and trucks. I shopped for a while. Bee back had the best prices. Will not buy anywhere else.

If you're looking for a friendly small town dealership with reliable cars this place ain't for you. Leasing out 6 year old cars that over heat, tires are worn and weather cracked, rotors are rusted, and the front bumper is zip tied on!!! If you're looking for a reliable car literally go anywhere else, this place is trash. Anyone who buys from here will end up back at the dealership with problems or contacting the BBB.

Bought a 2014 jeep Cherokee from here and my husband purchased a beautiful Toyota tundra 2016! Cars have been great for the past year and the customer service was amazing! I called the other day about my warranty because I was curious and they spent 30 minutes on the phone with me?!? In a world where customer service doesn t exist anymore, I was pleasantly surprised. Nice cars & good people!

I just picked up my 2013 Prius hybrid and I m so happy I only spent an hour in the dealership which is unheard of. Tom was so professional the car looks like it came off the showroom floor. I also appreciated how clean the bathrooms were. It was also nice to see a dealership that finally was taking Covid seriously and properly sanitizing and taking precautions.

My husband drives a lot for work and needed a new truck a few years back. We went to Bee Back Motors and the staff was so great, we ended up getting our second vehicle from them too. Matt and Chris listened to our needs and found the right vehicle for two very different situations; work truck/ soccer Mom car! We get all of our service done here and have been so pleased the last few years, we just got another work truck here. Thanks for all the help Bee Back!

This place goes above and beyond! Tom gave me a great deal on my Subaru! They have the best seIection of used cars I have seen. I absolutely love my car and the no pressure amazing service I received. I recommend Bee Back Motors to everyone.

Matt is a good guy.I bought a used car from Bee Back and it broke down on me after driving it for five weeks. I had the car repaired and Matt reimbursed me for some of the work I had to have done to get my car safe and running again.I m glad Matt stepped up and tried to make things right.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from bee back. The service I received was awesome from the whole staff. On my last purchase, I had an issue with the vehicle and Matt, the owner, had it corrected for me at no charge. Great people and a great experience both times I have purchased vehicles from their Sonora lot. I will be back in the future as well! Thank you!!

The car sales man "Jared" is really informative. He explains everything to you. Also the owner is really considerate because I drove 2 hours away and when I bought the car he filled it up with a full tank of gas. Gave me some gifts. The whole experience was easy to handle.

I've bought four cars from the team at Bee Back and have been dealt with professionalism and courtesy. I have never felt pressured or bullied with this dealership. My family and I will continue to to do business with them for the foreseeable future. BEST CAR DEALER IN THE COUNTY!!!

This is the worst I have ever been treated at any public business. I stopped in Jamestown wanting to test drive a specific car. The man there didn t want to show me the car and after insisting he asked for my insurance. I showed him the e-card on my phone and he said Do you have another? This expires in a few days It was valid for 3 more weeks and clearly showed I had insurance that day (all that mattered)He got mad when I said no to financing, (didn t need it. Had 10k in my purse) finally got in for a test drive and he tells me we can only drive to the next intersection cause the car doesn t have gas. BTW, this place is across the street from a gas station.I took my cash and bought a car from a place that doesn t treat women like scum.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

I posted the previous review about bee back motors. It was not very nice however at the time I was referring to my experience with the previous owners. Bee Back is now under new ownership and I have to say that i took the issue with my daughters car to them and they are bending over backwards to try and make the situation right. Keep in mind its not their responsibility to do so but they are be very generous about the situation.I want to say a big thank you to them and I would now definately refer people to them. They are going above and beyond!

I am surprised this place is still in business, after reading the reviews and talking to people. I just wish I asked people before buying a car here as I would have saved all the money I jsut wasted. Engine gave out on the way home, and owners said "tough luck". Now I'm stuck with a $13000 pile of junk.Next time I buy a used car I'm going to one of the real franchised dealers because I hear they stand behind their used cars.

I recently bought a truck from them that they said was in good working order and later found out that was not true. The truck has multiple saftey issues that were not checked or fixed and when brought up to the dealer was pretty much told oh well and sent packing. So be warned these people are cheats and rip offs.

I bought a 2010 Subaru from Bee Back Motors 5 months ago, during the test drive I noticed that the a/c was not working (blows but not cold). Before I even signed the contract for the car I was told the a/c would be taken care of. First they just charged the a/c (simple fix) but that was all we thought was wrong. A week later we are back again with the same problem ... this time they changed the a/c condenser (compressor) and changed it once again. This worked for a few weeks before the a/c went out again. 3rd time - drained it and put dye in the system to see if there was a leek ... a week later, we are back again. 4th time - found a leek and changed out an o-ring then recharged the a/c once again. Last a few weeks again - 5th time - I was sent to their mechanic (Affordable Automotive - great guys). When I took it in to the Mechanic they thought they we just supposed to charge the system (UHG), explained what was going on and they looked over the system and found that the 0-ring that was changed wasn't even the correct size (wrong one) and the condenser was a rebuilt one that they did not expect to last for than a year. A/C worked for about a month - 6th time .... I am at my wits end at this point, took it to MY mechanic and he showed us where the condenser was leaking in 2 separate spots and their was leeks in the lines. I AM PAYING my mechanic to fix the problem once and for all at the cost of $1125. Trying to get ahold of Matt (the owner) at Bee Back is impossible ... they tried but seemed to only temporary fix the problem, they should of sent the damn car to their mechanic to actually have the entire thing fixed instead of me having to take care of it on my own. AT LEAST I WILL FINALLY HAVE A/C THAT WORKS.

Purchased a Subaru From Tom at bee back motors I have had it 5 months not one problem took it to have oil changes every time they said car is like new I have driven it to New Mexico twice and over to Reno twice a month so happy thanks and I will be back I wish I could give 10 star review since them 2 other family members have purchased there too everyone is so happy thanks guys!!!!

Terrible customer service, it s a car lot full of lemons. I bought a car and not a day afterwards the check engine light came on and it s been a nonstop problem. Don t waste your time or your money here

Matt and Tom were very helpful not only with financing but selling us the vehicle at a very good price and work with us on payments not only did they take care of the minor things on site but they warrantied it themselves I highly recommend going to them they're honest professional and not fake friendly 100% the real deal quality cars quality trucks
