Every time I have been in this store, it is bright, clean, and well organized. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I went in today and a very nice young man went above and beyond to help me. He was able tell me which headlights were the correct ones to buy, and even installed them for me. Thank you so much!

I've never had to wait long to get what I need here. The staff is professional and the prices are reasonable. Also has a drop-off for old oil and batteries.

If you buy parts here, make sure that it will actually work on your vehicle. Sometimes you have to go in quite a few times just to get the right part.

Tried getting a straight answer for battery replacing and installing, but they kept giving me early AI like responses. They got frustrated when I was asking for a non-scripted response. Sometimes talking to a human isn t like talking to a human.

I call and give them their part number and got " oh yea dude, we got it in stock" I ask him to verify that and put my name on it as I'm driving 15 mins to the store. He says he will. Guess what? It's NOT in stock. Got a shoulder shrug and told it'll be in tomorrow.....This is why I RARELY use AZ.To be continued.....Next day and guess what? NO.PART!Typical AZ. Done!

Our truck suddenly conked out on us and we ended up having to get a new battery at the Auto Zone across the large parking lot in this dreadful heat. Quinten traversed all the way to where we were broken down, installed the new battery for us, then made sure we were up and running before heading out back to the store. Two thumbs up for Auto Zone and Quinten! You saved our day!

I just came here, after being stranded with 2 lil children and getting a jump i headed to auto zone and the employee was outside testing a battery next to my vehicle and I asked if that was the battery tester he said yes and so I requested help after he helped the other person, he stated I'm not even suppose to be doing this right now he tested it and ran back into the store without another word to me. Very disappointed in that employee. He could hear my lils complaining but obviously his friend was his only interest.

I get all the help, advice and good price for what I need. I'm spending a lot on different parts and accessories so it's the right place. And for the staff, me being a non mechanical woman, they are the best to be patient with me.

No complaints...Employees always Helpful and knowledgeable. Love the cash rewards they give for me spending my $. Plus they've always had products im needing or looking for...Also total LOVE there tutorial help on website for doing repairs yourself. They are Excellent for Any Auto Needs.

These people are so rude they have zero customer service and I wore a mask and then I noticed the workers had there s below there nose and so I took mine off and they start yelling put your mask on and I tell them they didn t even wear theirs properly. We spend a ton of money here and the only decent worker is Mike. We left and didn t buy the two car batteries we needed and speakers and all the other things we needed to buy. The female then walked outside and was talking about us to her friend.

So yesterday I went to auto zone to get my stuff for an oil change , and I have to say that I was very happy with my cashier, and found out that auto zone has very honest people working for them. Thank you Auto Zone your customer forever Coleen

The people working here are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They're not afraid to point you in a cheaper direction either because they genuinely care about the customer and working on cars. The online deals and reward points are not too complicated either!

Poor service. Waited to ask about chains and the guy kept helping every other customer, leaving us to stand and wait. Went to Walmart and bought the chains we needed.

Very happy with the service provided. They tested my battery and it needed to be replaced. They did a free install and tested the alternator and the starter after the battery install. Staff is very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.
