I had a long time mechanic who passed away. I was referred to Williams Auto Care and will be a long time customer. They are fantastic. Fair in pricing, detailed in their work and customer oriented!. They identified future work, but did not proceed with the work!! I appreciate that. They will get all my business.

I was very thankful to have William s Auto Care recommended to me. My wife and I have been caring for family in the area since the COVID outbreak and found my mother in law s car was due for a service. I was easily able to schedule an appointment and have her car in early the following week. Upon arrival, I was pleased to see the staff were adhering to recommended COVID precautions to include wearing face masks, providing hand sanitizer and wiping down the interior of the car once the service was complete.The service itself was spot on and I appreciated the complimentary inspection. We had a couple items that might need some attention in the not to distant future, but not absolutely necessary at the moment. As such, they didn t try to hard-sell us anything, and I truly appreciate that.This is a great shop that has been around for decades and it is east to see why. I would definitely recommend William s!

Simply the most trustworthy auto repair shop in ALL of the Bay Area. Prices are reasonable with a nice place to hang if needs be. Good coffee too! (Keurig) Love William and his staff-inc Monika & men. I felt guilty & remiss for NOT mentioning McTavish~the most loving yet energetic of a labradoodle I have ever seen. Tip: bring SMALL pocket treats & ask first but he loves 'em. Time simply flies by...

I received prompt, excellent service. I got an oil change and a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle. I will return to William's Automotive Care Sonoma for all my auto maintenance needs.

William's Auto is always ready to work on my car no matter what! The staff is professional and the work is completed quickly. I'm on my 3rd automobile over the years and I 've taken all of them to William's Auto.

Longest tenured sole proprietor auto shop in the Valley. Low key, quality work at a fair price. Everything from tires and brakes to engine diagnostics. Open 5 days a week and half days on Saturday.

The guys there at Williams Auto are always attentive to the needs of our vehicles as well as making sure it s done in as convenient a way as possible for my schedule...Polo and the guys are great to work with!
