Great experience all around. Cannot say enough good things about the team here. My salesperson, Steve, was very easy to work with and did not try to pressure me into a decision. Will definitely come here again for any future car purchase.

We heard great things about this place and how much they respect first responder families so we decided to check them out. We bought a truck from them, waited 2 and a half weeks to get the truck as they said the smog codes needed to be cleared after replacing the battery: no problem, this is normal with diesel. We picked up the truck, and the next day noticed it was at 20% DEF fluid, and the oil was at 70%. Annoying but they had had to drive the truck to get the smog codes to clear so we disregarded it. Two days later we notice there was a chunk out of the back right tire. We bought the truck on a Friday, and noticed this on a Sunday, so we couldn t take it back to the dealership. We took it to 2 local tire places to see if they needed to be replaced and was told by both tire places that that chunk was grounds for replacement and all the tires were at 5/30 seconds, meaning all the tires were ready for replacement. We got quotes from both tire places and brought them back to the dealership on Monday. We were promised they would make it right . After waiting for a few hours while they looked things over, they offered to pay for half the price of new tires. Seemed unfair as we spent almost $70K on this truck, but i was willing to meet them halfway. That was until the price they quoted was retail price, versus the wholesale price, almost the exact same price as the 2 quotes i got from local tire shops. I brought this to the attention of the GM and he said it was the best they could do. I got a check for 50% of the quote they gave me and took my business elsewhere. Al and Bruce, the salesmen whom we met with were very nice, and Kelli, in finance, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. But we spent a lot of money on a truck that immediately needed $2K worth of work. It seems like an inspection wasn t done prior to sale so hoping we don t find more work that needs to be done. We were not diligent due to the reputation of this dealership and have learned our lesson. Hoping we can help someone from our mistakes.

Alexis, my sales person was AWESOME! She was polite, and responsive to my questions. There was ZERO pushy tactics, she and the finance manager Mike were transparent and helpful. I paid exactly what they said MSRP plus applicable fees. I bought the truck over the phone, and it was a pleasant experience.

Preston from Silveira was outstanding. He ordered our new car through Chevrolet and it was on the lot in a matter of a couple of months. Very easy to work with and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Silveira if you are looking at buying a Chevy.

Not great. I have had nothing but problems since I bought the EV. It took almost a year to get a recall corrected. The salesperson didn't do a good job- gave me a key that didn't work initially, didn't know anything about the tax credit. Overall, not good. I just picked up the car on Monday and now having other problems that weren't there before I took it in- tire issue that did not exist prior to taking it in. Not feeling like follow up to ensure that the customer is satisfied is a priority for them. The recall part sat for months at the dealership. I would never have been contacted, had I not emailed myself to inquire why it was taking so long to get the part.

This review addresses the bad experience I had with Silveira Chevy's service department. I took a car in for repair of a few issues, including a battery that kept dying. I was given one price at the outset, which then doubled to $3500.00 over time... a price I later found from 2 mechanics was twice what the repair should have cost. Even worse were the constant promises by the disingenuous service manager that my car would be done in a few days. This turned into having to call daily to see whether my car would be complete as promised... only to hear it would be another day. This daily extension of the repair time lengthened out to almost 2 weeks by the time it was actually done. Beyond this annoying experience, after paying the exhorbitant bill, my car battery died again 4 days after I'd picked it up from Silveira. As it turns out, the mechanics at Silveira had not read the code for my car's failed alternator, so as soon as the new battery was drained, it left my girlfriend stranded at work. We called AAA in the dark and had the car towed to the Steve's Smog, who identified the problem immediately and replaced the bad alternator (the original central problem missed by Silveira) the very next day for a reasonable price. Silveira was so disappointing as a repair shop... more so because I'd purchased my Certified Chevy car there a couple years earlier. That couldn't have been a better experience through Michael Salmas the Silviera sales team. I got a wonderful used car at a fantastic price. In conclusion: buy at Silveira, but avoid a bad repair experience by getting your repairs done at Steve's Smog.

I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 from here. It had low mile and seemed to be in good condition other than the tires looked like they would need to be replaced. I bought from a Chevrolet dealership thinking they would be more trustworthy. While driving the truck back to Nevada the check engine light came on and other codes for the emissions. I also had it inspected and it needs a whole new front end. There is no way they didn t know about any of these issues if they did a safety check and a service on it like they claim they do with their vehicles. I spent $45,000 dollars and need to spend thousands more to get it where it should be. Worst buying experience I have ever had! Will never buy from this dealership again!

Jordan was excellent at all times through the transaction. He arranged for the car to be ordered, ensured it was detailed and ready for us and then handled the purchase process efficiently and quickly. Then Jordan explained the features of our Bolt so that the learning curve was essentially complete at purchase!But in addition to Jordan, all of the staff are friendly, helpful, professional- not at all like the stereotype!Wonderful experience!

We visited Silveira because their pricing was lower than other dealerships closer to home. Preston took care of the test drive, answered all our questions, and located the car in the color we wanted. Absolutely no pressure, no sales hype, just HELPING us through the decision making process ... quite a pleasant sales process!

He worked with us, made a hell of a deal, and communicated with me through out the entire process. Mike sent us all the paper work via email and we were able to sign everything digitally and will have our truck delivered to us tomorrow. We will definitely be back to buy my next car through them.

Horrible dealership DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. Bought a van from them and within 1 week multiple engine codes went off. Attempted to work with service and was told they wouldn t cover anything. Bad salesman (Preston) and owner was unwilling to help. High prices, bad service, dishonest and very manipulative and misleading. Navy Federal has been informed and will likely not do work with dealer or affiliates anymore.Service team was polite but owner refuses service. Unwillingness to negotiate and focus on sales plus rude owner and ignorant sales staff. Again, avoid at all costs. They will take advantage of you and leave you with a bad car.

Will preface this with the fact that I am an LGBTQ+ individual. As such, I have had an immeasurable amount of horror stories with dealerships. I am very up front with how I expect things to go. VERY few dealerships go along with this.Silveira Chevrolet proved to be the gold standard of how to treat someone. Though I could have spent a bit less money from another dealership, It was worth it for the ease of purchase and the kindness of the staff. It is sad to say that respecting a customer is not always a given, let alone going the extra mile to accommodate a customer. With the demand the bolt has right now there is 0 need to go as far as they did. Alexis, my sales person, went out of her way to accommodate my extremely busy schedule and my very strict needs. Preston continued to search for ways to save me money until the very last moment and placed 0 pressure in the final purchase. They laid everything out before I even drove out so everything was a simple handshake away. Which was fortunate since I drove almost 100 miles to pick it up.The experience has been fantastic so far. And so far the Bolt has been a delight. Only 3 days old though so we will see. But if it keeps delighting, and chevy makes a worthy successor to the bolt, I'm sure me and my partner will be back for her to buy that in future from Silveira.

I worked with Mike, MJ, while going through the process of purchasing my Chevy Bolt. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was communicative throughout the process, and responsive to getting me the features I wanted on the car. They let me know that Silveira Chevrolet is a family owned dealership, and I felt that came across during my experience. I would definitely go back there for my next car and recommend them to my friends and family.

I like the dealership the people are nice, but I had a 9am appointment for oil change and they did not take my car in for service until 10:30. This was the second time I made an appointment and waited over 2 hours for my car to get serviced. If you are going to make appts for service than provide the service at the appointment time. It's very frustrating.

I am new to Sonoma and my 2016 Chevy Spark began showing signs of transmission failure. I found Silveira Chevrolet online and used their online service scheduler. I was able to find an open slot the next day to come in! When I arrived, I met with Abrianna in Service and explained the issues. She quickly introduced me to on of their service techs, Oscar. Oscar listened to my poor mimicking of the sounds my transmission was making. Oscar suggested we take a ride so he could hear for himself (I didn't blame him, my attempted voice replication of a transmission was awful). After driving for a few minutes, we returned to the shop. Oscar put my car on the lift and a few minutes later, returned to the waiting area and explained the problem, showed me a few worn parts. He explained that I was going to need a new transmission and clutch.Sorry for rambling, but the long and the short of it is, Abrianna was able to get me a quote within about 5 minutes, and said she would contact me as soon as the parts arrived. A few days later, Abrianna called me and said I could bring our Spark in the following day. It took a day and a half to complete the repairs and Abrianna handed me an invoice that was $800 under her original quote. She made my day...oh and more importantly, "Sparky", as we affectionally call our car, runs like it is brand new!I would highly recommend Silveira and their Service team!

After having the truck returned for the same problem twice with the condition still there I finally thought it would be best to take the tech who will be working on the truck out for a test drive to show him the issue as info can get lost or distorted before the tech gets the unit. After showing him the issue he was quick to confirm and was able to fix the condition and all is good. I have always had GREAT service and repairs from Silveira Chevrolet and I don't expect that to change and it was no big deal to get everyone involved headed in the right direction. Thanks to all involved!!

I found everyone I interacted with to be friendly and professional. My sales person Marc Rulmont was particularly mindful of my time, as was the Finance Manager Michael Tarvid. There was none of the runaround typical of a car dealership purcasing experience. Both Marc and Michael were always straightforward, friendly, and transparent. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had at a dealership, and this includes cars purchased at luxury brands like Mercedes, Audi, BMW, and Porsche.I got a great deal on my Chevy Bolt EV, had a pleasant car buying experience, and met some generally nice people. Can't beat that!

I needed new front tires for my Corvette. Ulises Figeroa gave me a completive quote and ordered the tires. All work was done on time and well. That is the 10 part of my experience. I also have a 1 rating for the Sales Dept. There was new Corvette in the showroom that I was interested in. I tried to make a deal on it but the best deal they offered me was $29,000.00 over the sticker price. I won't make that mistake again!

The people that worked in the back on the cars were very rude! One actually ran into my parked car when I brought it in for servicing and then said well I think this is both of our faults and well there's no damage so o well! He worked there and everybody saw it. I never got as much as an apology from anyone there about this! Also, when this place was owned under the previous management, when they fixed my cars they would provide a loaner but these people refuse! So, they make me rent a car from them and pay a lot of money for it! Overall just very very bad! The big boss that works there is the only one that had any manners but still he did not apologize either. I'm thinking of submitting a claim just for this reason as it just happened! Jerks!
