Over more than 30 years of vintage racing, I've had lots of experience with lots of shops, including many at Sonoma Raceway,, supporting some of the most desirable (and valuable) of cars. Out of all those experiences, McGee Motorsports (and Mike Thompson) stand out for excellence. Tremendous support of customers no matter what the need (or the schedule), extremely knowledgeable and careful and thorough. (I came to them initially after the car had been supported by a highly touted local "expert" on the make. You would not believe the issues they found, some of them involving my safety, that were never mentioned to me before (and I have always emphasized that I am not interested in saving money by cutting corners).
