Had an accident insurance claim and G&C was recommended by the insurance company. Pretty big job. David was a pleasure to work with! Excellent communication with updates. Got the car in ASAP and worked very well with the insurance company. Lots of work on this one but car was repaired in a timely manner. David even dropped my car off at my home and picked up the rental.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We brought our car here for an estimate which took over a month to recieve. It came in at over 5K. When my husband questioned them they got defensive about the quote. So we took it to Daniele's in Sonoma who gave us a quote within hours of $2100. G&C is clearly taking advantage of the Insurance company which is dishonest. I will not be going to them or recommending them to others in our community. It's disappointing.

I had an excellent experience at G&C Auto Body in Sonoma. The staff was INCREDIBLY kind, especially Frank, Luis and the receptionist. They take great care of their guests and do phenomenal work. I was planning on having my car in the shop for a couple of days. They finished working on my car in about six hours. A rental car was ready for me upon dropping off my vehicle. It was such a smooth transition. I highly recommend them for any and all vehicle repairs.

This is hats down the best car service I've ever received. The gm David and his staff are super professional and nice. This shop ended up taking great care of us, and dealt with me very cordially even when I was a bit rude to some of their staff.My wife's catalytic converter got stolen on her 2007 Honda Accord and our insurance company sent us here. I can see why they have such good reviews.Quick repair. Friendly staff. Even came and picked me up from my home when it was time to pick up our car. Thanks G&CServices: Exhaust, Electrical, Welding

This shop is great! I had some issues in getting my car fixed and they were able to help me every step of the way. They make sure to go above and beyond for their customers, even driving me to pick up my rental when it was late! Frank was so amazing and incredibly helpful in ensuring that my car was repaired to G&C's satisfaction. I would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needed service done to their car. They even washed my car for me! I will be coming back for any future repairs. Thanks guys!!!!

Very nice shop, professional people and well-managed in every aspect. Worked with insurance seamlessly, arranged all the details to deliver my rental car, kept in touch at every phase of a major body repair job. Frank Robles, the GM at this G&C, is amazing.He went way beyond by getting the repairs done same day, personally giving me a ride home, and being incredibly kind and honest. Sonoma is lucky to have him.The work the shop did is flawless and was completed sooner than I expected.Elizabeth at the front desk clearly takes a lot of pride in her work. She is incredibly professional, polite, and helpful. She greats you by name, offers you multiple beverages, makes extra calls for you and generally creates a very welcoming and comfortable experience.This shop is unlike any other auto body shop where I've ever been. I will absolutely come again and recommend Sonoma G&C to everyone I know.

Simply AMAZING!! The staff at G&C were super friendly, helpful and most importantly professional. G&C made sure my car looked spectacular, which I truly appreciate. I drive a 2019 and my insurance wanted to use after market parts for the replacements. G&C made sure that my car obtained the parts from the car's maker. I totally reccomend this shop!!

I took my auto over to G&C in Sonoma. Frank looked over the damage, took photos, and gave me a detailed estimate for parts and repair. Within a day and a half..the work was done. Five Star quality, and the rental car was easily accessed. The total was a lot less than than first estimated. I am really impressed with G&C auto body, and Frank is a great fellow, who really knows his business. Top Notch !!!!!

Sonoma G&C are awesome. The manager, Frank, is careful, friendly and efficient. The woman at the front desk knows her stuff. Very professional office. I felt totally confident and the end product was STUNNING. Perfect work. I got hit by a State Farm insured, which brought me to this shop. Thinking of switching to State Farm, too...

Had a window replaced due to break-in 5 weeks ago. My initial experience was horrible, having promises made that were not honored, leaving phone messages that weren't returned, needing to physically go to the shop to get information. At my second "drop-in" visit, Dave introduced himself as the new manager and my entire experience turned around. Dave was very responsive, completing the job in 2 days and made follow-up calls to make sure everything was satisfactory. I can't say enough positive things about him - he's definitely an asset to the company and saved their reputation in my mind!

Frank Robles at the Sonoma shop handled my claim flawlessly and quickly. The staff was very professional and the front desk set up my rental and had Enterprise come by the shop and pick me up. Outstanding job was done to make to repair my truck to factory specs.

G & C was the BEST ever company that i have ever had contact with to fix my car in the best way with no shortcuts and as a little bonus fixed a ''bump'' in the front of my car that was totally unrelated to the insurance claim. their communcation was always up to date and they were able to fix the damage to my car in less time than they estimated...the entire episode was a pleasure, and the staff was very helpful and friendly and especially Frank Robles was exceptional.....for any future ''bumps'' i would return to this facility in Sonoma

I will be taking my vehicle back to G & C Autobody in Sonoma because of the excellent and honest service I received from Frank. Someone hit the back bumper of my vehicle and did not leave a note, so I was left to have to fix my bumper and another auto body shop quoted around $1,000. I have insurance but it still would have ended up costing $500. I got a second opinion at G & C and Frank came out personally, looked at the bumper, told me exactly what I needed to order from the car dealership, and said he would fix it at NO cost! Why? Because it was pretty much cosmetic and he was honest: he just said it wasn't worth spending all that money when ultimately it was likely to get bumped again, maybe more substantially where I would really need to remove the bumper and have it replaced. He could have charged me, but instead told me it could be buffed and painted over and he didn't see the need to charge me for that. So incredibly helpful and so gracious. It earned my trust that G & C Auto Body in Sonoma was going to be honest about true repair needs in the future. Also, the staff there was super friendly and nice and that makes a huge difference in your day. Thank you, G & C Auto Body Sonoma!

I HIGHLY recommend this Body Shop. My truck, a 2016 Toyota Tacoma, looked better than new when I picked it up. The attention to detail was excellent and Frank went out of his way to get the truck to me for my move, making me feel like I was his only client. GREAT PLACE to bring your vehicle.

I went into G&C today. For starters the women at the front very nice. Anyways I had a problem I had created with my car handle. The guys there were nice enough to spend 20 mins to help me fix my mistake at no charge. They even declined a tip. Thank you Dimitri and Fabian. Hands down awesome place.

I brought it to the Rohnert Park office but it was actually finished by the Sonoma office. Both offices were prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Fast and timely repairs to my baby!!
