I called this morning, was told to come right in. They fixed my tire, cleaned the rim at minimal charge all in record time. Friendly service and Will DEFINITELY have all my future tire and brake Service. Thank you Dewitt's!

I blew two tires on a pongol and Sonoma. I spoke with Steve at dewitch's tires. He informed me he had no tires of my size in stock and did not carry any used tires in that size. He said. Hold on a minute, he made a phone call. And within 40 minutes, he had me 2 tires there. Brand new kid human, his crew. Moved absolute mountains to get me out of the gym. I was in and I cannot say more good about them all. Thank you. Do it tires, you guys are extremely efficient. Well priced well staffed in top of the power. And I will always call you whenever I'm in need. In that neck of the woods, you're so amazing.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this tire place that I feel compelled to share. I called ahead to inquire about purchasing new tires, expecting to receive some assistance and guidance, as I wasn't entirely sure about the tire size I needed. However, the lady who answered the phone delivered nothing short of disrespectful and unhelpful service.I understand that tire sizes are essential information when purchasing new ones, but isn't part of their job to assist customers in finding the right fit? Instead, the lady on the other end of the line was dismissive. She made it clear that she wasn't willing to provide even basic guidance without knowing my tire size.I felt utterly disappointed and disrespected during this interaction. It left me with a sour taste in my mouth and a strong desire to take my business elsewhere.hope they can take this feedback to heart and strive for better customer service in the future. As a result, I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking tires or assistance.

Extremely happy with choosing DeWitt's to patch our flat tire.Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. We were 3rd in line when we arrived, and we were still taken care of quickly (under 15 minutes) and with only $40 spent.With great, affordable service and no BS, DeWitt's should be everyone's first choice in the area.

Had a screw removed from a tire the other day. They checked for a leak and found none, then checked my tire pressure all around. Great service with a smile, and no charge. Glad we have this business in town.

No fancy showroom, just good ole fashioned service. I showed up with my RV unannounced and in about an hour I left with five new Cooper tires at a reasonable price. Tom was friendly and professional and his crew the same. I will return.

This place is great. Tom is super helpful and kind. The guys are friendly and work fast. They always try to fit us in as soon as possible, usually same day service. I highly recommend.

I had a blown out tire on my Jeep and I was running late to work. I stopped in to DeWitt's Tire to see if they could help me out. I was very surprised that they had a great selection of tires for my jeep and they were in Sonoma CA this whole time. I will be going back to this Sonoma CA tire shop again.
