Carstar Body Best did a great job repairing my Tesla - the front took a hit - and also in replacing a side mirror.They were professional and friendly throughout, and kept me updated on the timing (getting parts took awhile).I definitely recommend them!

I ve been a client since I moved to Sonoma 16 years ago when they were Body Best. This place offers wonderful service. Body Best was quick, friendly, and thorough when repairing damage to my car. The staff was excellent at liaising with my insurance company and the rental car company assigned through my insurance.Debbie and Alexis were extremely responsive to any of my questions and concerns. If I ever get in an accident again (fingers crossed I won t), I would not hesitate returning here. I have had very good experiences with this team of people. Great customer service, keeping me in the loop about when to expect my car and text messages with updates when they were needed. Even timing of the job to coincide with a loaner car since my insurance didn t cover a rental car. Very happy with the quality of the work on my M5. Nothing more I can say about that. I feel that they truly take pride in what they are doing. I can recommend Dino and his team at Body Best/CARSTAR

My experience with CARSTAR was very positive. From administrative to the end result they were proactive with updates. I didn't need to contact them for information regarding the status of my car. The damage to my car was substantial, and the repairs were excellent. My son was in a car accident and the car was not drivable so I called around different shops seeing who was available. Ended up putting the car in the Suisun city shop but they called me immediately to let me know they didn t have any availability and to try the Sonoma shop. The customer service from the beginning to the end was superb. Super friendly and helpful staff. They are on top of it. They made sure that my car was towed using their own tow company and let me know the very next day exactly what was the outcome of the vehicle! They were quick to submit the documents to the insurance company and now we are getting a pay out immediately. In the future when/if we have a car accident we will be using their company for sure.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give them 100 stars, I would! Never in my life have I encountered such above-and-beyond amazing work and customer service at a body shop. I mean, nothing even comparable. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to use them since all the body shops near me were either extremely rude on the phone or told me they wouldn t even begin to be able to look at my repairs for 3 months. Not only was CARSTAR super helpful and friendly from the very first phone call, they got me in that day, and finished my repairs almost a week ahead of schedule. They also kept me updated by text throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and were so kind and helpful with managing my rental car situation. Absolutely recommend CARSTAR and will continue to use their services in the future (in spite of them being 45 minutes from where I live!).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was amazed at the cleanliness the friendliness and the quality of the work. Everything was promised on time I was kept apprised of the status via the text service which was nice. Car came back looking better than when I bought it brand new! Brhett who was my representative helping me was first class I ve recommended him and their shop to my daughter and a couple friends so I hope they go there because I know they ll have the same experience I did.Service: Body & Trim

I got rear ended and needed my car to be repaired and CARSTAR was willing to take my car in while others would not. I appreciated the front desk staff s kindness, especially Debbie who was very cordial. Also, the text messages were very informative regarding the time line and costs of repair.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Body Best prepared the estimate and worked with the insurance company making the process very easy for me. They kept me informed throughout the week so I knew exactly what was being done and that the car would be ready as promised. The car was actually done a few hours early. The work was extremely well done. The entire car was cleaned inside and out. I highly recommend this shop if you have the unfortunate experience of needing auto body work done on your vehicle.

Top notch! My auto looks like new. The side door was smashed pretty bad. They did an excellent job. Made an upsetting situation less painful. Loaner car helped enormously too. Anthony M. and the CARSTAR team provided excellent service, from start to finish.I was rear-ended by a driver who was insured with some discount insurance agent who was trying to give me the runaround. I asked Anthony to intervene on my behalf and deal with the agent directly. From that point forward, the repair experience was seamless. CARSTAR provided me with a loaner car, Anthony dealt with the insurance company and kept me informed and up-to-date by phone and by text at all times. He was thorough, courteous, diligent and professional. Anthony took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Within minutes of me calling in , he had already picked up my car from the tow yard, and let me know he could start working on it.
