I have taken my personal vehicle to West Coast Performance three times with in two years. Each time has been a pleasant experience 100% family own shop that is very welcoming to new customers making you feel like family. To my understanding it's a family own shop Operate it by the father who is teaching his two teenage boys the skill traits needed to be a honest and professional mechanic. The sons and wife help with the office and translation. West Coast Performance staff is very respectful and super fair with prices when it come to labor and finding you the best option in replacement of parts. I never once had to go back with the same issues and my jeep wrangler run amazing !. I know if I were to have any Mechanical issues in the future. That I could depend on West Coast Performance to resolve my concerns. And I highly recommend this shop to my fellow wrangler drivers .

Came into this family owned shop, son and dad working. Quickly checked my engine light and Figured out what was wrong with my vehicle. They ordered the part needed and asked me to bring my car back the following day. My car was fixed in a quickly manner and it hasn t ran this smoothly in a while. These guys are great and affordable. It's a family business meaning father and his boys and wife is cool too. There was a time when no nechanic could get my car started it was just dead and one of the sons went to my house and did something idk what but it started quick! Always reliable and find the problem within minutes. Really good place.

Terrible. Do not bring your truck to this shop for repairs. Do not expect courtesy or professionalism at this shop or you will be sadly disappointed. It seems prices here vary depending on which employee you ask and how much cleavage you are displaying that day. Regardless, you will pay more in the long run by coming here. I was aware the parts my truck needed may not be genuine Chevrolet parts but I was not aware the parts I paid for were not only not new, they were also the incorrect size. It took days longer then they said it would to fix my truck. My truck stalled at least three times soon after the repairs were made, although it did start eventually every time. Fast forward five and 1/2 months and the same thing as before has happened. I was stranded half hour drive from home at 1:30 am. I had to have my truck towed to the nearest repair shop. This time, I had my truck fixed at the dealership. It hasnt driven so smooth, so reliable, so much like a new truck since it was a new truck. I was given a written warranty. When I asked for a written warranty at West Coast they said "dont worry about it, just bring it back we will remember ." They never provided me with anything in writing. Some locals i became friends with told me this shop was great when it was run by the current owners father years ago-seems it took a plunge once the mans son tookover the business.
