Long story short..Bad service! Rude people! They didn't tightened up the lugs and two fell off on the front tire and one fell off on the back tire. They aligned the tires and were supposed to rotate them.. they didn't! As i was driving off i went around two blocks and the tires literally felt as if they were about to fall apart. I took it back to them and saw the front tire was missing two lug nuts. I asked him really?? You didn't see it was missing the lug nuts or you just didn't want to tightened them up? He played it off saying he did his job. I asked him how? If i just drove off and now it's missing nuts? Bad feeling so i went to (M&M)shop and a nice mechanic there helped me by tightening them up. Thank fully. These incompetent mechanices at Reys couldn't even do that. One of the arms they changed didn't need changing. Carma will get them. They too have families.

Went for low tire pressure warning. Friendly mechanic checked all tires, even removed suspected one and put in water bucket. Determined false alarm (Honda Accord quirk). No charge, so I tipped him generously.

Driving my commercial work trukk and tires stripped on 101. Found this place on Google and it was the only spot nearby that changes tire on commercial trukks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot. They take pride in their work and do an AWESOME job! Thanks Guys!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My wife and I (both in our 70s) were in our motor home when a tire blew out. We limped the RV to Reyes Shop and we were back on the road in 15 minutes.Thank you to all the shop staff for taking care of us and so quickly.Awesome!!!

We got a flat tire on the 101 just north of Soledad and I was googled "tire shops near me". I called Reyes and Abraham answered immediately, confirmed he had our size tire in stock, and told us he could accommodate us as soon as we got there. We were back on the road with two new rear tires mounted and balanced in less than 30 minutes. Great service. Thank you, Abraham!

I was heading east out of Soledad on Saturday toward Pinnacles National Park when my car suffered engine problems. The tow truck took me to Gil at Reyes Tires and I'm glad that they did! He's a good and honest dude that got us back on the road quickly.

Had a flat tire on 101 southbound and took the off ramp to Soledad. Asked at the Chevron station where could I get a tire. A customer at the station said there is a place a half a block away. We followed this nice man to Reyes. They stayed after closing to help us try to find the right size tire, had to put on the spare and send us on our way. THANK YOU to the 3 men working there for helping a traveler in distress.

Over the phone they told me they had my tire. I was driving on a donut because I had a flat. I got to their garage and waited 45 minutes before they told me they didn't have my tire. Obviously he didn't check while we were on the phone. This was at 6pm and I ended up having to drive 200 miles to San Francisco on a donut. My favorite part is they gave me the rim but not my tire so the warranty I had was void. "We got rid of your tire"I would HEAVILY recommend against getting tire service here. Absolute waste of time and MAJOR frustration for me.

Outstanding.. Herman My Tow Driver, was more than professional for a young Man.. Great service. Fast. Ran in to some snags with the tow. But they saved my A---.. Great Job Guys..

Amazing service. Got here half an hour before they closed and they got me in and out with an emergency in about 10 minutes as I was heading towards Los Angeles. Thank you so much guys!

This place is the worst tire garage . Save your money and your time. They're a bunch of lazy thieves . The prices are doubled. ........ then they don't really want to do the work." Come back tomorrow " they said. Hahahaha. ...never !!!!!
