Walked in wanting to make my six month insurance payment per usual a week before due date. I was told I hadn't made a payment in a year (false because I have my mailed paper statement). Then was told I was going to have to pay thirty dollars extra because I walked in to make a payment on time and in the office. (Mind you there was a client ahead of me who walked in to do the same and he was not charged thirty dollars) She also said if I did it online the thirty dollars would be waived. I tried. There is no way to pay online. Only a phone number that redirects you to the same office that just rejected my cash payment. I was so confused and upset. It doesn't matter I changed insurance company that same day! Thank you Costco!!!DO NOT RECOMEND...TRANSAS

Always so rude. I have been going since I was 19 and I regret it. I had a girl there put in wrong information about my driving experience and had my insurance go up. There is never a time where I don t feel weird or unwelcome. The very last time I went, I had my boyfriend tell me that one of the girls there named Rocio was being very rude to him. When I got off the car I had experience the same thing. No customer service whatsoever.

I went in today because my husband scheduled an appointment over the phone. Once I got there, the lady/ receptionist whoever, I told her hi my husband had scheduled an appointment. She replied rudely no we don t make appointments here have a seat. The staff here is very rude and very unprofessional. Never again coming here.

They don t respond they want you to do all the work and charge extra for everything. Don t come here or any fiesta auto insurance all this is a scam I don t know how are they still up on business.. soo save yourself time and money!

They do not have good customer service. The girl in there was very rude. they say it only cost 24 dollars a months, but they have hidden fees. Be cautious.No tienen un buen servicio. La muchacha que trabaja all� es muy respetuosa. Cuando pregunte que me imprimiera la cuota me dijo de una mala manera no. No les recomiendo esta aseguranza por que no cuesta 24 dolares al mes es mucho mas. No gasten su tiempo all�.
