Came in for my appointment window and they refused to install my tires. Acted incredibly hostile, refused to explain or reschedule. Horrible experience, complete waste of time.To make things worse, when I called customer service to deal with this I was told just to wait and the order would auto cancel and refund. Instead the order got marked as picked up, presumably by an employee. Took tons of time to get my money back.

How is it that the system that allows the auto center to book service and bill, stays down more than the milkshake machine at McDonald's? Make an appointment and come and then sit for over an hour and wait for them to fiddle with their tablets before they can get started on the work. Not just this Walmart but all Walmarts that I've been to north of the valley... Fix the damn system or implement a paper backup that allows you to take people in and start work when the computers are down. I'm available for consulting services...

Walmart is not supposed to be "top-tier". We all know this. Being understaffed is not the customer's fault either. We don't deserve to spend hundreds of dollars to get attitude for services we paid for. Especially after being told the wait time would be an hour and they hadn't even started an hour in. 2 hours now for a tire change and they're still not done. Ridiculous.

Terrible experience. This place is a catastrophe. I paid for tires over a month ago and at that time they couldn't schedule my installation because " the system was down", so I called back every other day until finally a month later they were able to schedule me. I go to my appointment and they DONT HAVE MY TIRES IN. Wasting my time. I would recommend this place at all. Spend the extra money and save yourself the headache.

I will never go back here again, total disorganized place, I was here for a tire installation, they don't care what time your appointment was, after 3 hours my car wasn't ready and they say if you want we can do it another day. Don't waste your time here and don't deal with these unprofessional people.

Horrible Service, Auto center damages your vehicle, You purchase lifetime Balance / Rotation and road hazard damage protection and spend money on all of this to get no help. Can t even get scheduled for a simple tire rotation, first and last time I will ever go to auto center at Walmart. AVOID it at all costs, go to a tire shop elsewhere.

I was a HUGE fan of oil changing at Walmart in Palmdale it was nice and convenient i was able to shop will waiting etcBUT boy here was a headache... I came on my day off last week turned out they were only doing tires so I had to leave I came super early Saturday morning n had to walk out due to 2 hour wait and I would be late to work came again yesterday they said 3 hour wait I just took it I left the car at 5:45pm never got alert for it being ready finally at 8pm I called them no answer drove there with another car they were closed they didn't know where my keys were. there was no sorry when I said I have no key to get into my home or get my car. finally they found it I had to go back to my kids nanas house and have her drive me back for me to pay and go I got home at passed 9pm .... I guess I'll have to find somewhere else unfortunately

Great service by Lyle and his team, I had 4 tires (bought online from Walmart ) put on and aligned and balanced.Very professional but still personal,Appointment was right on time and installation time perfect.I even did some shopping while I waited.Thanks again to Lyle aka Coach!Job well done!!

Terrible experience!!!! I called to make an appointment over the phone, and it took over 4 times of calling just to get an appointment for a tire change. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment and we were informed that they were short staffed and we would need to come back at 4:00pm. No problem. After coming back from a bite to eat at 4:30, we noticed our vehicle parked in the same spot. I chatted with the employee at the counter, who apologized and said they would work on it right away. Another hour passed by and our vehicle was still in the same spot.I talked with another employee, the manager Vic who was incredibly unempethic and short with me. He informed me they called everyone with updates (never happened) and that we would have to wait longer. One more hour passed by, with several employees not caring to stop and talk with us. Tired, and upset at the lack of communication, we asked for our keys and finally left 4 hours past the time we were scheduled for.No communication from staff, very unprofessional. Just becauae the tires are cheap, does not mean the service won't be either.

The worst auto care service ever. I bought 4 new tires at Walmart, made an appointment, came 20 minutes before the appointment. They said it will be ready in 30 minutes. Ok. After 2 hrs they even didn't start work on that. The guy at front desk said that a manager is not there today when I asked. But I gave my car key to the manager and can see him there. He was just laying to me. After 2.5 hrs they started but they couldn't find a 4th tire. 3 of them were there but not the 4th. Finally they found it and completed the work but I was waiting for the front desk guy to do a paperwork and pay. It took me 4hrs to change tires and I paid $108 for the work and they they even didn't balanced it well.

Im regretting bringing my car here for tires. The guys don t seem to know what they re doing and very slow service. Been waiting almost 2 hours and they re just now starting my car. They said they accidentally took someone ahead of me .

This is the worst place, I came for an oil change and few days after I realize my car was leaking, I tried to reach them but they are always closed at 4, as this was urgent I did take my car to my trusted mechanic, they had to replace the whole oil pane because they at Walmart fastened the screw so hard that they broke it, the piece was $400 so I came to Walmart to have them pay for their mistake, they are always making different versions, lady at the front desk francis she s so rude and tried to blame me for not checking my car daily, Eric supervisor is a joke all the employees manipulate him. Don t lose your time and money here

I will give these guys a true and honest review. This was my very first time visiting this place for an oil change. I woke up 6:30 got there early right at opening. There were 2 other cars ahead of me. I sat in my car for 15 minutes before John approached me and informed me that I needed to go in and register my car inside I then went inside and met with Joe who was very nice and offered to help he then said that they were short staffed and that was the reason why no one came out in time to walk me through the process. I then I asked how long it's going to take to get my oil changed done. He said 45 minutes to 1 hour max. I went and looked around the store for over 45 minutes and came back and my car hasn't started the process of oil change. I then go out and I see that no one is Peking on my car. I asked John why my car hasn't been worked on yet? He said that they go by computers and whomever registered first will be served first. I also noticed that people who came after me were being worked on. I then told John and Adam that this is not right. They told me that I needed to talk to the manager. I went talked to Joe who apologized and said your car will be worked on next. My car then was pulled into the place to change the oil John and Adam were. Moving like snails and instead of finishing my car and all the steps to get me out in a timely fashion John began working on the car behind mine and left Adam moving as slowly as it can be finishing the job. After oil change and tire rotation it took another hour and half to get this done. Joe apologized again. While leaving the place I noticed that they never reset my dash board to clear the message of oil change

Terrible!!! Second time in a row I show up for an oil change and a very bad mannered employee tells me not to bother, as it's going to be at least two hours. An obvious lie, as I came out about 30 minutes later after doing some shopping, and the car that would have been ahead of me was all done and out already.

SIMI VALLEY, CA BRANCHBought my Goodyear Tires @ Walmart Utah during my vacation trip. Drove my van back home in California. Drove the van 4K miles total on the freeway then got a side wall cut at home. The total wear was one millimeter. A new one is 8mm thread. So I only used 12% wear on the tire. The tire is worth $70 new. They were charging me $20 on a 1mm (12%) wear as cost of the PRO RATE. It does not make sense! So I spoke with the manager. She said NOTHING SHE COULD DO, because the computer decides how much it cost for the wear and tear percentage. If you do the math, 12% of $70 is only $8.40. NOT $20.Out the door, I had to pay the $20 (1mm wear), plus $10 new hazard insurance, tax, & disposal fee. A TOTAL OF $35. PLUS I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE MEAN MANAGER. forget about the very poor customer service (delay) I have to deal with.

Worst service in aspect of timing. I had appointment for 3 and checked in at that time and after two hours was still waiting and they told my car is still in service. Only visit if you like to wait at walmart for more than 2 hours and nothing to do

I drop off the car and wait for them to call me for picking up the car, as they said so, however they ve never call me.Although the oil change package came with interior vacuum, it was not done when I picked up the car. Even after I informed them about the vacuum, they reluctantly did only the front row. The lady is not acting professionally and is always mad with no respect to costumers.

My experience, like a few other reviews, is no one picks up the phone and there's no voice mailbox. After ringing for 5+ minutes, it hung up. This is very frustrating.

Arrived at opening and after 90 minutes, still had no hope of getting service any time soon. Techs disappeared, watched a bay sit there empty for 20 minutes. Left and went down the street and got service within 15 minutes.

Fast service. Conveniently located next to good fast food restaurants. You can even shop around in Walmart while you wait. Staff was excellent and nice. Highly recommended.
