Absolutely disappointed they repaired my pilot in white pearl and when I got called to pick up I noticed, the color was off and I had to return my car to have it repainted which took weeks and to my surprise they still didn t match it to the color of the body of my car. Then,I let the staff Armando , Michelle and owner Dino know and they refused to paint it the staff didn t care about my opinion ,so don t waste your time , money ,and energy coming back and forth. They are so unprofessional please choose elsewhere . They clearly don t care about their clients opinions . Overall worst experience. Not recommending you !

It's not often you come across a body shop that provides excellent service from start to finish. The Body Shop had good and honest communication with me and didn't try to pull any tricks. Rick let me know everything that was happening and explained it in full detail throughout the process. The staff as a whole were very pleasant and welcoming. Excellent work and quality service.

I needed a repair on my front bumper thinking I may need a new one. Manny Roldan helped me as soon as I walked in. He fixed it quickly and at no cost. I am most grateful.I ve been to The Body Shop several times now and I m always very pleased with the quality of their work.

Great Service! The quality of their job is excellent. Only one suggestion. After having the car for a month or so, maybe a little cleanning would deliver a better quality of service?? The Body Shop did an amazing job on my Cadillac SRX! Their level of expertise and professionalism has exceeded my expectations. Also, I am very grateful for an additional repair that was done at no charge. Not only was the end result exceptional, but the staff was amazing. Everyone there is super nice and they make sure you are completely satisfied. Horrible service. My 2018 Tesla had some damage to the left front corner. While replacing the bumper, they claimed they needed to remove the right fender and they broke the right camera in the process. They tried to order a replacement, but the one that came was black instead of chrome. When I picked it up, I pointed out that they didn't match. They said that the chrome cameras were discontinued, but perhaps they could find the right part.Later they called to tell me that they had received the part, and I needed to drive to Simi Valley again, but when I got there, they just stuck on a thin plain unbranded piece of chrome with 3M tape, which wasn't even a close match. I asked why they wouldn't make it so both sides matched, and they said they won't replace something they didn't break, even though they admit they broke the other side, leaving them mismatched. If they broke one side, the very least they could do is repair it so both sides match.They claimed they were familiar with working on Teslas, but I should have known early on that this was not true. Over the first week, I kept getting notifications that my doors were left unlocked. I would see that it was outside in the parking lot, so I'd lock the doors remotely. I went there to get some things out of the car and explained that it was being left unlocked, they explained "No, the Teslas automatically lock when you walk away with the key card." I tried to tell them that's not true and only applies to Bluetooth Phones with the Tesla app, but still continued to receive "doors were left unlocked" messages for the remainder of the time it was there.From the initial contact with the woman in the front to the final pickup, the experience was horrible. Very disappointing and would not recommend these people to any Tesla owners.

My experience with The Body Shop was extremely disappointing. Despite being referred by my insurance, they used aftermarket parts without my consent when OEM options were available. The communication was a nightmare they initially claimed my vehicle was ready, but upon arriving, they couldn't locate the work order, keys, or even my car. Later, they informed me of an additional day delay due to a supposedly overlooked grille replacement.Upon receiving my car, it became evident they hadn't replaced the front grille with an OEM part, as indicated on the bill. Further inspection revealed a non-functional fog light. When I contacted them, their response was lackluster, suggesting I bring the car back to check if the light just needed plugging in. Unwilling to endure more inconvenience, I inspected it myself.This experience has left me with a profound lack of trust. The Body Shop's use of aftermarket parts without transparency, organizational issues, and questionable follow-up make it clear I won't entrust them with my vehicle again, even if recommended by my insurance. My advice: steer clear.In response to your reply:I wasn't provided with any explanation. Had I been informed, I would have gladly covered the price difference, especially considering that my vehicle now only has one aftermarket part installed - the one you provided. Your delayed response of over 4 months to my review reflects the level of care you extend to your clients.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my Model 3 vandalized while charging. In such a distressing situation, finding a trustworthy and competent auto body shop was paramount. I am grateful I turned to Dino of the body shop Inc.From the moment I walked in, the staff was sympathetic, professional, and knowledgeable. They understood the intricacies of repairing a Tesla, which gave me confidence. Never had a car take as long as this did. I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks and it took two months. First I was told it was because they were waiting for the parts. Then I was told they were waiting for the exact specifications on how to repair it from the dealer due to the extensive damage. Was promised several times that it would be done by the end of the week and then got told it wasn t gonna be done till the following week. that happened repeatedly. Finally able to speak with the manager who was very nice. However, after voicing my frustrations to him,, it took me to ask for a discount. Yes, he did agree but he should ve offered. Then, when we finally picked up the car, there was a few issues that still needed to be taken care of. Yes, the manager did take care of them again but as long as they had the car you would have thought they would ve gone over the car with a fine tooth comb before returning it to me. Took weeks to order parts bc of back order. I understood that or took them at their word. Took my truck in on a Tuesday and was told Friday would be ready. Received emails on Wed&Thur that truck was on track for Friday. Come Friday was told truck now unavailable until Monday afternoon. Wasn't happy and told receptionist I was unlikely to use them again. She got snippy with attitude with excuse of tech was out sick. Then on Monday afternoon got another call that Truck unavailable now until Tuesday. Total labor hrs 12.9. Will never use again and my insurance took note of this as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car in after a hit and run into my new car. Michelle was friendly. Helpful and wonderful! Everyone was very professional. They only had my car for 4 days and it looks like new. They even washed it! Thank you also to Dan, who helped me with all my questions. I will refer my fruends to The Body Shop and give them a A++ rating!

I was in a a car accident and was rear ended unfriendly. The gentleman that run this shop are so friendly and kinda they even showed me empathy and compassion about my accident. Great customer from the moment you walk in. They kept me updated about my repair by my email and finished my repair in a timely manner at the projected date they had originally positioned . I would definitely recommend this shops to any friends or family to get repairs done here !

We had uninsured motorist crash into our work truck in front of our house one evening.We contacted our insurance company and they had The Body Shop in Simi Valley on their list of auto repair shops.We called them and Dino was our first contact. He was extremely compassionate about our needing our work truck to be repaired as soon as possible. He gave us a completion date of seven days.He had a skeleton crew but promised us that our truck would be done in the time he committed to. We were kept in constant contact with the ongoing repairs and any questions or concerns.
