This was the most awesome car buying experience. Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep is the best! The people were so friendly and went above and beyond to get me my new Jeep gladiator. My sales person Alex was so easy to work with and Tom one of the managers was very helpful and funny and Asad another manager went above and beyond to get my financial deal done. Debbie in finance was so easy to work with and efficient. I never felt so important and they gave me all the attention I needed. I drove 3 hours to get there to get the exact vehicle I wanted and I would drive there again to have such a great experience.

One of the better dealership experiences by far. Big shout out to the whole team. From the moment I pulled into the lot to the second I drove off in my new Jeep Wrangler Willys. Exceptional experience all the way around. This team knows how to connect, understand, listen and get you exactly what you need. Highly recommend. Oh a the service team is hands down the best service team in the business. Whoever runs the parts and service team is doing a phenomenal job at leading and managing the entire experience. Way to go guys.

Dear Navi Singh and Ravneet Malhi,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your dealership staff. My recent experience at your dealership left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.I had been in contact with Tom regarding a vehicle I was interested in. I clearly communicated to him that I would be driving two hours to come see it and took the initiative to call in advance to confirm our appointment and agree on a suitable time for my visit. Upon my arrival, it was evident that everyone was aware of my purpose there to inspect the vehicle. After test driving it, we proceeded to discuss the financial aspects, including running numbers for a potential purchase.However, unbeknownst to me, another family was simultaneously considering the same vehicle on the other side of the building. Despite my presence and ongoing interaction with your staff, no one bothered to inform me that there was another party interested in the same vehicle. It was only after completing the loan application process, while I was there with my three children, that the sales representative returned to inform me that the vehicle had already been sold, and consequently, my application would not be accepted.I find it utterly unacceptable that your staff failed to communicate effectively with each other and with me, the customer, throughout this process. It is disheartening to learn that despite the presence of two finance managers in the same room, neither of them was aware that two different families were pursuing the same vehicle. This lack of coordination and transparency resulted in both families wasting their time and effort competing with each other, instead of being treated with honesty and integrity.I was assured by Tom that nobody knew about the other family's interest in the vehicle, but the fact that two separate families were negotiating for the same car within your dealership without any awareness or coordination is deeply troubling.As a customer, I expect better communication, transparency, and professionalism from your dealership. Such incidents not only reflect poorly on your establishment but also undermine the trust and confidence of customers like myself. Bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from my son, and it s been a joke trying to bring this truck to its intended value.Sooner after bringing this truck home, we realized the mistake we made, it appears to. Not only have been in a serious accident, but was repaired extremely poorly.I explained to the sales manager that we had just went through a night mare with the 3 series we were trading in, that we had for a week, and this team promised a good transaction would take place.However if you re reading this, obviously there was no type of professionalism conducted on this dealers behalf.$24k and this truck needs a lot of work driver door doesn t close, front ends falling off! Do your research, and don t trust this dealer.

I just bought my first ever car from this dealership a couple days ago. I bought a Jeep Wrangler and it was such a memorable experience. Tod helped me beginning to end. He provided a calming and welcoming experience, even when I was nervous. We went on a test drive that I will never forget. If he wasn t there, my experience would not have been the same and for that I thank him for his great customer service from my mom and I both. I will be definitely coming back and recommending to several other people. Talk to Tod and your experience will be ten times better! We then talked to Donna in the finance department and she was just as incredible. Thank you to both of these special people for a wonderful experience.

My wife and I went in to purchase our Jeep Compass at lease end and were immediately greeted by Sergio. He met us with a smile and got the paperwork started right away, we loved his enthusiasm! The process was fairly straightforward since we were existing customers and Sergio got us onto the financing stage to complete the sale.Our only issue came on the lending side, with the lender (Ally) that was assigned our lease. Without creating a long story, Debbie and the GM Mike at Simi Valley CDJR went above and beyond to ensure that our lease agreement was honored by the lender, which boosted this experience to a five star (and above). This is a team of individuals that are excited about their products, and more importantly they are driven to making sure their customers are taken care of with respect. I hope this team is around for our next car purchase!

I visited the dealership to inspect a vehicle listed on their website. I appreciated that there was no pressure from the sales staff during my visit. I had the pleasure of conversing with Dylan and Andrew, both of whom were exceptionally cooperative and accommodating. I intend to return soon to further discuss the terms, and I'd like to extend my gratitude to the receptionist for promptly connecting me with a sales representative in person, rather than relying on potentially bothersome intercom systems.

I recently visited this dealership with high hopes of finding my next vehicle but was met with a disappointing experience, especially during the finance phase. While the initial interaction with the salesperson was pleasant and professional, the situation took a turn for the worse upon meeting the finance manager. His approach was not only lacking in basic customer service but also in sensitivity and professionalism. Without a thorough understanding of my financial situation, he confidently asserted that I could afford the vehicle at a higher payment than I was comfortable with, an assumption that was both presumptuous and inconsiderate.The finance manager's demeanor was far from what one would expect in a customer-focused environment, marked by an unwelcoming attitude and a short temper. This interaction starkly contrasted with the positive beginning of my visit, ultimately leading me to decide against making a purchase. Excellent service and repair of my engine (head replacement due to engine misfiring). However, did need to tow van back the following week due to incorrect attachment of fuel line which caused van to "die" while my wife was driving. Problem was corrected in a day at no charge. I guess "stuff happens". Alex was most helpful throughout the ordeal. BTW - the fact I needed a head replacement after 70K miles is a Chrysler issue so it's hard to pin blame on a single dealership. The service I received from this dealership was excellent in spite of my anger with Chrysler.

The customer service was abysmal, with managers who seemed more interested in yelling at customers than helping them. They didn't let me speak or address my concerns, creating a hostile environment. Save yourself the headache and frustration avoid this dealership at all costs if you value your sanity and want a positive purchasing experience.

Won t give you a price unless you stay for HOURSWon t call you back or email backAll the trucks I looked at worked scratched badlyDon t waste your time, I stopped by for an hour looking at a truck. I told the salesman the truck I was interested in and asked if he could give me a price. I left my contact info and said I had an appointment I had to leave for. The manager comes over and simply says look there not willing to give you a price on the truck that s already two years old sitting on the lot unless you sit down and negotiate. I replied saying look I came in today, spent an hour here and I can t get a price. Never called back, never emailed back. Unless you want to waste 8 hours of your day negotiating go somewhere else.

LOVE this dealership & all the staff! Specifically Jovon, Andrew, Axel, & Dylan, each of them were so kind & helpful in their own ways! This might be a long review but I want to give each of them the credit they deserve!I came to Simi Valley CDJR after a disappointing experience at another dealership & Jovon immediately treated me with respect, kindness, & an urgency to get me into the car I wanted. Since they didn t have the car on the lot they worked hard to find the car, make the deal, & get the car here within an hour so I could go home with it that night!Andrew helped me to finish up paperwork & spent time talking to us & never seemed like we were bothering him or he was in a rush. He made us feel very comfortable & worked to build a wonderful relationship!Axel in finance was so kind & took his time explaining everything to me since this was my first time buying a car. He answered all my questions & reassured me that there was no pressure to sign anything until I completely understood it!Dylan helped me get the car all set up with the app, Jeep Wave, & all the other little tricks. He was patient & kind when I didn t understand & needed an extra explanation!I came back in the next day to drop off the pink slip for my trade & each one of them remembered who we were & immediately acknowledged us! Even the other staff who we didn t deal directly with remembered us. Everyone in the dealership made sure we were comfortable & created conversation while we were waiting! I could not have asked for a better experience when buying my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee & I am excited to continue coming here for all my car needs!

He was enjoyable to go through this process with, a happy person, absolutely no pressure and treated me with respect even though he knew I was info gathering and not buying that day. Been taking my 2016 Durango to Simi Dodge for years, this recent service was horrible. The service and part that I paid to have replaced still doesn't work. My car was given back to me with the battery panel removed and passenger seat pushed all the way forward. After calling and complaining that the problem isn't fixed, I'm told to take my car in again. What an inconvenience. I'm very disappointed with the service.
