Had a major engine failure in my new car. Jessika my service manager did an amazing job keeping me informed throughout the repair process. The mechanic Dean who did the repair did an excellent job. I have no complaints. The parts manager John has been awesome as well.

I felt like I was treated as a valuable customer from the moment I arrived at the dealership. I was well informed and was given all the time I needed to view the vehicles without any pressure. From the salesperson, sales manager, finance manager and the general manager were all very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with and all addressed my concerns professionally.

Simi Valley Chevrolet promised that they would refund the last payment on my leased vehicle to get me to turn the vehicle in early because they said they needed vehicles to sell. I did not have use of the vehicle even though I had paid for the last month of my lease because they wanted it to be returned early. The used car manager told me that it would take three weeks to get my money back. It has been more than seven weeks and they have not returned my money yet. This is illegal - I have contacted their business multiple times and will be forced to file complaints.I also heard their employees telling other customers that their quotes are limited time deals and they are not able to honor their quoted prices. The other customers complained about the dealership wasting their time and using bait and switch tactics to get them to show up at the dealership only to be told that the price had gone up by a lot.During my lease, whenever I needed any help from them, they would tell me to call GM Financial. GM Financial would tell me that it was a dealership issue and I needed to contact the dealership. Simi Valley Chevrolet would refuse to help and tell me to call GM Financial again. Based on my personal experience, once they ve made the deal and gotten what they want, they didn t care about the customer or the poor quality of their product at all (the Chevy Bolt they leased to me had a nationwide recall and Simi Valley Chevrolet wouldn t help me with the recall).In my opinion, if you value your time and energy, avoid this dealership.

we were there all day and Ryan and Jose took care of us. They were patient and explained everything so we could understand. We had excellent service and are completely satisfied with the vehicle we left with. Ryan and Jose went above and beyond. We'll be back when we purchase our next car.

Marcus was top-notch. Amazing person who was super relaxed, professional and quick with the entire buying process. Very upfront and made the whole process stress free compared to the previous dealership I visited. Even the finance manager Lashawn was very professional and expedited the entire process. In and out with a new corvette in 2 hours!

Simi Valley Chevy was wonderful, they listened and did not try to push me to buy something I was not interested in. It was a very quick process and I left with exactly what I wanted a new 2024 Chevy Trax. Gabriella was so nice and knowledgeable, and I noticed they had several women employed on their sales team. As a woman buyer it is refreshing to see them embrace gender equality and put it in practice. In days past buying a car as a woman was somewhat intimidating. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel they valued my business. This is my second purchase from them and I will continue to return in the future.

I can t believe the service that I m getting from this dealership. A sunroof was added to my deal which I decided against a few days later. Now I m trying to get documentation that the money for the sunroof is coming back to me. Nobody can give me answers. I love my car but should have known better then to come to this dealership. I d heard things legally that money is mine and I shouldn t have to pay interest on it.and services were never rendered I asked to write up a new contract but was told it s not necessary. Now I can t get anyone to tell me anything or documentation that anything was done. Advice???

We saw the Camaro on-line at the Simi Valley Chevrolet website. We spoke with Isiah several times on the phone before we ever came to the dealership; he was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We had a great experience throughout the purchasing process. Isiah stayed with us the entire time we were there. Everyone from sales, to management, to finance were very honest and polite from the greeting to handing over the keys. The sales process clearly laid out our options and there was no pressure to purchase any additional dealer options (unlike the other dealerships we had just visited). Near the end of the negotiations we made a counter offer and the Simi Chevrolet Team came back with an even better deal!!! This was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a new car (and we've purchased many). Just so you know, we had previously walked away from two other dealerships after not being able to make a deal in the previous two days.Thank you so much. By the way we love the car!

Everyone that I encountered at the dealership were very friendly and professional and especially Alex Mayorga who assisted me with finding the right vehicle for me. He was friendly, patient and understanding. As a single woman having to purchase a car on my own I really appreciated this. Alex and the rest of the team guided me though the whole process and helped to make me feel less anxiousabout the whole process. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have been to, not only the presentation of the filthy vehicles but specifically the management that is in place here.My Husband and I notified the sales manager as well as a sales associate by the name of Gabby that we were interested in a Yukon. We notified them both that we were coming from San Diego co. (This is a 3 hour drive) a day before to make sure that they knew we were coming. The morning of the drive we called to make sure the vehicle was still there and to tell them that we were on our way. They said they had the vehicle pulled up and ready for us.On arrival we walked into the sales room, we were greeted with a argument from a customer accusing the service team of stealing items out of his car (major turn off), soon after we were greeted by a associate who asked us if we needed help. We told him we had an appointment to look at the Yukon and we d like to talk to Gabby. Gabby came out and took us to the vehicle. The vehicle was not washed, it had makeup smears on the interior and was no at all what you expect a new car to be. We asked Gabby why the car was so dirty if she knew for days that we were coming and from so far as well. She said you have to buy the car to have us wash it and laughed. EXCUSE ME? No you have to do your job and sell the car before we buy it. The experience was horrible and definitely not an establishment I d spend $76,000 at. The audacity of a sales person to talk to a us a customer in that manner is unbelievable to me!We called the sales manager right after our experience to express our dissatisfaction and he made excuses for the theft stating he can t control what the mechanics do (so theft is out of his hands?) and then he made excuses for why the car had not been washed. He told us that the sales lady used a bad choice of words but he didn t see the big deal with our complaint. He also went on to tell us to change out tact . The manager leads the team and the issues obviously start from him.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. YOU WILL NOT BE VALUDE HERE.

Avoid this place like the plague. Changes to advertised price via forced add-ons, endless phones calls because of no response, and issues to get proper electronic information to state to get a tag if you're an out of state buyer. Payed taxes unnecessarily for California and will have to for my state, whenever this dealer decides to file the electronic paperwork. An Exhausting nightmare.

My experience, their staff is polite and respectful. I was dead set on only leasing a vehicle for my company. I drive down for a 2500 HD Silverado but they said they don't do leasing on Heavy Duty Vehicles. Later I received a phone call to see how my experience was and why I didn't get a vehicle. The employee said to me "just put more money down". Lol!! That's my experience. I'm sure there all not like this, but WOW! Needless to say I did find a vehicle at Valencia Chevy.

My 17 year old son and I went in there yesterday. He has been saving his own money to buy his first car. We saw a Chevrolet Colorado 2017 listed online for 18,999 that had just over 113,000 miles so we called to see if it was available. Casey told us it was and to come in. We got there and were greeted by Casey and the truck sitting in front with a sign saying welcome Lori and son on the truck. My son took it for a test drive, we explained to Casey that he had a budget of 15,000. Casey convinced us to come so he could see what he could do we were greeted back with an offer of around 28,000. No negotiation was necessary and I told my son this was not the truck for him so we walked out. We literally were chased out of there being questioned about why we were not going to purchase their car because in their opinion it was a good deal. When a few words were exchanged because we disagreed with their opinions that it was a good price. Casey decided to flip me and my son both of his middle fingers. Honestly we will never take our business there EVER again!!

I went to Chevy of Simi Valley looking for the car I really wanted, I pushed and pushed to get the deal I wanted. It was unrealistic and I was pushing for a specific number, at the end of the day I wasn t treated any differently because the deal couldn t be made, nobody said any mean or sarcastic remarks to me because of my unrealistic outlook And every person at this dealership ,they were just themselves doing their job. Nobody was pushy,Nobody tried to sell me anything and I learned a huge lesson . So to whom it may concern if you re leery about dealerships, this is the one dealership I know for a fact that you can walk in their be in the wrong be incorrect and they re still going to shake your hand and say thank you for your time ,This is truly a rare dealership. Now I just need to go make more money. PS the picture is of my truck that literally just broke down again. L O L it happens.

My rating is based on the people at the dealership which were all great and made for a very pleasant experience. My only disappointment was that there was a charge for the "AVAS" system that was not included in the "Total vehicle price" sticker price. It was not an option that I wanted, but was told it was already installed on the vehicle and therefore could not opt out of taking it (so it was not really an "option"). Since it was not included in the sticker price, it seem to me to be deceptive advertising. They did reduce the price of the "option", however I still ended up paying $1,298.00 for it, which I felt was unfair. Since it was not really an option, I believe it should have been included in the Total vehicle sticker price, otherwise it appears as deceptive.
