I have been going to the Simi Auto Spa since it opened and have never had an issue. Now that I live in Palmdale I don't get to visit as much as before. I decided to make the trip since my car really needed a good cleaning.When my car was being cleaned it was moved with the rear hatch open. I didn't think anything of it and when I went to pick up my car the rear hatch was open and the employee closed it after giving me the keys and letting me get in. I get home and walk around the car to see a huge scratch on my hatch.On top of that the express wax and wash that I got was lack luster. There were a lot of water spots on the car and the floor mats still had dirt on them.I will probably never visit this location again now that I will be spending hundreds of dollars to get my car repaired.I invite the owner to make this right so I can change my review to 5 stars.

I've had many cars detailed over the years at other places, but Simi Auto Spa far exceeded my expectations. My wife and I were both extremely satisfied with the complete detail they did. And the price was more than fair.

I've beening coming to this place for 20 years. Today was the worst car wash experience ever! I paid for a spray wax. The car clearly had dirt everywhere after the wash. They sprayed wax on the dirt. I asked for the manager today. He said you have to pay extra for dirt that was remains on car. Would not run car through wash again or refund money. He was rude and laughing at the situation. Just an awful experience!.

Went in the morning for a full car wash. There were 3 cars scattered throughout the 3 lanes. There were no attendants vacuuming the cars. 5 cars went through the self wash when one attendant finally arrived and began vacuuming a car in the full service line. I waited almost 15 minutes despite minimal vehicles to wash in full service lines. I decided to leave and run my car through LUV rather than wait there for who knows how long. Service is definitely slipping.

I ve taken my vehicle here maybe a dozen times. Always did a decent enough job. I took my truck here today and was told it s an extra $10 because there s mud on my car. It s a car wash - I m not bringing a clean car here. $10 extra on a $30 wash is offensive. An extra 33% at a car wash to . wash my car I rarely believe in second chances so I won t be coming back to a car wash that charges extra to wash your car. 2 stars because at least they told me beforehand and I had the opportunity to leave.

Love this car wash!! They take really good care of my car and it s immaculate when they hand me the keys! Everyone is so friendly, happy and some are actually singing or whistling while they work. You should check it out!!

It s ok. I use the pass so I can get my car washed as often as I want. I m picky about things being dried and window s being wiped clean~ that s a rarity at this car wash, therefore I usually finish it up at self vacuum spot.

Not a great place if you're looking for a good clean up on your vehicle. They were very fast but not detailed. My truck liner was still dirty and there are still mud spots near the tire. I got the same result as a gas station speed wash. The only good thing this place has is a nice cashier area and the waiting area has a big fountain but there are not a lot of chairs. I won't return.

First and last time I'm taking a car there for wash and express wax. New black car- now has nasty streaks and swirls. Looks like they used contaminated rags to dry the car. Never again!Services: Full body wash, TiresServices: Full body wash, Tires

They do an amazing job paying close attention to detail. Tip vacume guys as well as dryer guys. Awesome job. Will go back

Paid $50 dollars for a hand wash and dressing. I could have done a better job for 5 dollars myself at a self wash. Employees are lazy and rude. Do NOT go here. $50 dollars later my car is still dirty.

The staff was friendly but the service was not so great. I got the $40 car wash and my car came out still very dirty on the exterior and interior. Not much was offered to correct the situation. Needless to say I will not be going back. But they have an awesome saltwater aquarium inside.

I had the worst experience, I used to be a regular costumer with the monthly plan, but there was a day they were closed, so I took my car to a diferent car wash, spending money to wash my car because the services that paid in advance at this place weren't given. So the next day I asked the manager if they would cover for that lack of service they did. And his answer was to cancel my membership. They said they would reimburse any charge, but they charged again. So I went to get my car washed and the other manager backed the first one about the membership canceled. So they are charging for services that they are not giving. I don't think they should be managing a place when they kick the clients off. Besides they are getting in legal problems for not giving services already paid, twice. If you can avoid that place, they will take your money and not give you the service.

For what I paid for I didn t get. My 10yr old son could have done a better job of washing my car. Even when I pointed out areas that was still not clean. I got side eye and a head shake. The place use to be a great place but it has gone down over time. As you can see that I got a response to my comments but like they business their words are useless. I responded to their offer and asked for a person to contact when I arrived at the carwash to have my car redone and of course I received no response. So that just goes to show you that they are all smoke and mirrors. They will post something and hopefully you won't respond but when you do. You are left with a dirty car and no response.Service: Full body wash

I always get high quality service and appreciate the levels of services to choose from. Full cleaning inside and out. Suggest to have excess tire dressing wiped off before driving so it doesn't spin off into your clean auto when you start driving.

I do a monthly with this car wash in as one of the best that I ve ever encountered. All the personnel are unbelievably helpful, the counter cashier is unbelievable, and always tries to help me, all of the personnel that dry and shine your car do an unbelievable job at doing this.

I like the service. I have no complaints there. But what I didn't know, was that the monthly service of 49.95 is a reoccurring charge!! They've been charging my card for MONTHS and I've been there twice (in the same month). I called and they did refund 3 months. But still, no one told me it was a reoccurring charge. Nice little scam they've got going. Not everyone checks their bank statements every month!

We've been coming here for years. We enjoy their waxing service. The prices have gone up but, so much better than the California Speedway so its worth it. The staff are nice and your car is clean inside and outside with less manual work on the customer.

They were great and very professional. Jose the manager was really nice. I drove in as they were closing and they took me in. I will definitely be back here for my regular car washes. It took long and it wasn t even worth the time I waited, my car was still dirty after spending $26! Will not return, would not recommend. You re better off doing it yourself!

Just had my car wash and hand wax done at this location while I was running errands. I used to live in the area but now live in LA. Been to this car wash many times in the past and have always had good experience until now. I had asked for lemon air freshener at the check-in. Everything went fine until I was ready to pick up my car. The guy who gave me the key informed me that there is no lemon air freshener. I asked him to double check and he still said there was none, didn t bother to check. I had to go to another appointment so I called the business just to confirm. The lady at the front desk informed me that there was plenty of lemon air freshener and was unsure why I was told otherwise. She asked me to return to pick up the air freshener but I told her I had other appointments that I had to go to so I wasn t able to return. Long story short, it was a bad experience and I would never go back to this car wash again! Poor customer service overall and no effort in making things right, other than to return and pickup the air freshener (my gas alone costs more than that)! If you want bad customer service this is the place for you!

Was not impressed. When you have to rewash dishes after the dishwasher, you replace it. When you have wipe down all the spots that the car detailer missed when you get home, you find a new place or do it yourself. It was a $5 carwash that I paid $40 for.

Spent a solid $60 on the works and and interior coating. I drove off as they said my service was complete. Looks like the ONLY thing they did was run the car through the wash and the interior coating. Dog hair still all through the back seat. Car COVERED water spots, clearly not waxed or any care to the windows. Never EVER coming here again.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

The guy batted my Tesla's charge port and was very unfriendly at the entrance. When the car came out ready to pick up, I saw pollen spots still on the car within a second or two. They did pretty good on the inside but for a $70 hand wax, I shouldn't be able to see missed spots in 2 seconds. These guys used to be good in the past, not sure what happened.
