Open for business at 8a. The guy opening the business was super!! Unfortunately for a business that does window tinting, there's no one there that does the install. The morning guy kept apologizing and coming up with new stories why the guy wasn't there. All BS I'm sure. I waited 3 hours for a "replacement" installer. Then another 2 for my car to be done. Left at 1pm and I was the first car of the day. Install looked okay, time will tell.I'm pretty sure at one point the owner cruised by for a minute. Shows no concern for his business, customers or putting his employee in the position of having to do "song and dance"!!!Update-Changed to 1 star from 2. Passenger window has bubbles and trim across bottom of rear window is a hack job!! Definitely NOT going back to this place to get it fixed!!!Service: Privacy window films

Fair price, they go beyond. This was my first time here. After getting a couple of estimates somewhere else I decided to go with them. I picked up my car on mother's day and I loved how the detail note left on the dashboard. Can't ask for more this is exactly what I needed, I love driving my car with tinted windows even my husband doesn't need to wear sunglasses when driving my car.

I have used premier for my last 6 vehicles. Called around for pricing and Fidel was willing to price match the competition. I specifically asked for 3M film, and was reassured that was fine. I made an appointment for Saturday. He arrived at my home about 10 minutes late, oh well. I set up a ez-up for shade, and provided a electrical cord and water to drink. I once again verified that he was using 3M film, and he said yes. He proceeded to start the tint job, and so I went inside. I came out about 3/4 way done and happen to see his boxes of tint sitting on the floor. It was Excel IRP 45 from American Standard Window Films. I questioned Fidel about this. He originally ignored my question, so I asked again. He said that he put the two 3M rolls in the ASWF boxes. I let him finish and paid him. He wrote on my invoice 3M, and told me he would send my Warranty card for 3M. I asked to see the 3M film in his truck, because 3M prints their logo on the film and has to be cleaned with rubbing Alcohol. He said that 3M stopped printing On the film because installers complained. Don t get me wrong, I m no expert in the industry. Things can change. But I can smell bullsh*t. I don t know anything about ASWF, and it could be a great product, but it s not what I asked for specifically. Unfortunately Premier has lost a customer, and I want others to be aware of my experience. Also still haven t gotten my warranty card, even after multiple texts and being ghosted.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Please work on your communication with customers. When I dropped my car off at 8am no one showed up for 10 minutes. I was told the car would be complete in 3 hours, at 11am. They called to tell me it was done at 3pm.I brought the car back in to get bubbles removed. Appointment at 8:30am. I waited until 8:40am and no one showed up. I was late to work because of this. I dropped the car back off at 12pm, after I was told the work would be done in an hour. No one ever called me. I called them at 4pm and was told it was done then. There are still bubbles on my back window. I can't waste another day of my time to get such a small issue fixed.The tint looks good (minus the bubbles in my back window) and the prices are good, but customer service is terrible at best. I wouldn't recommend using them just for the headache this has caused.

Booked way too much cars to get done took my car in and twice they were not able to fit me in even though I made appointments for both days. If they are short handed they should be considerate to the clients and be honest and say that they can't to the job on time as promised. As a business owner if you can't be honest and open then you have no business offering a service that can't be met on a timely manner its a good work ethic.

Horrible service. My husband got his window tinted 5 years ago. The tint began to bubble so he brought it in mind you we now live about hour and a half away. He had all the documents for the warranty and even even scheduled appointment. Car was left early morning. Late evening we had to call in for status on the car and they still had not even started working on it an hour later we got a call that they would need more time in order to remove the tint carefully so that they would not damage the defroster that are on the back window. We had to schedule another appointment. Car was brought in early morning once again it was not done till about 7pm. Come to find out they had damaged the defrosters which they had supposably needed more time to avoid. Reluctantly they did agree to fix the damage they had done. We had to drive out once again to Get rear window replaced. Car was dropped off for 10 am appointment. Called in at 5pm for status and they had still not started to work on it and we were told it would take another hour. It is now 7:00 and after calling in again we were told they still had not started and would need another hour. Overall has been the worst experience and truly believe it is all because he was not a paying customer. They may stand behind their warranty but at their convenience. Very disappointed after several years of great service.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a window tinting shop. The owner is careless and yells at his employees and customers. I dropped of my classic car per my appointment at 9am on a Sat morning. No phone call till 3pm staring it wouldn't be done they needed anoher day. I said ok no problem go call on sunday and the owner says I have to charge u more I am taking your rear window out. I never consented to this per our agreement contract for tinting my windows. The owner was extremely rude and said I will take care of this and eat the extra cost. I said you should because we had an agreement to tint the windows and never agreed to removing the window. To make a long story short he needed the car till Monday. I show up Monday afternoon my rear window is scratched badly and he said the windows were also scratched. I refused to pay until he fixed the issue. I came back next day it looks like he did a terrible job buffing out the scratches and a very special sticker was ruined on the back window that had very sentimental value as my friend that built the car put on the window before he passed away. I went to pick up the car on Tuesday there was a mess all over the inside rear window "silicone" uncleaned and smeared all over the inside. My vinyl top ruined and stained. My window had some type of overspray which I cannot seem to remove. The owner denies everything and blames me. Don't bring your car here the owner is a snake and does extremely poor business. Never again. I will see him in court for the damages.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I'm so happy they fixed my front driver window. It was not the window broken it was the regulator and I'm thankful for their patience to fix it cause I knew it's going to be difficult to find the regulator because basically my car is an old Acura 2003 CL type S. The owner Fidel was very kind. Thank you so much guys and thank you Shelley too. I really appreciate all the help.

DO NOT GO HERE!I had an appointment this morning, the owner/installer did not show-up to work. The friendly receptionist attempted to call him numerous times. Upon finally answering the phone, he stated he was in the hospital, then five minutes later he was moving into a motel 6. He couldn t get his story straight. I felt bad for the receptionist who was frustrated with her clown boss. I was told several times he was on his way and that he was two minutes out. He never showed. I wasted half my day waiting on this clown. While I was waiting, other customers were coming in to pick-up their cars thinking that the work was done, no such luck. This place is a joke!DO NOT GO HERE, I WARNED YOU ALL. LOL!

Couldn't be happier with the tint i had installed on my car.. He also fixed a crack in my windshield for me. I've sent both friends and family to him for service since and they all have been very satisfied... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOUR WINDOW TINT AND AUTOGLASS NEEDS

********Warning They Do NOT Honor Warranty*******I got my windows tinted there three years ago, And about six months ago I started to see bubbles in my rear window. I took it back to them to see what we could do about the window and they asked if I had the warranty card, I told them the warranty card got damaged but I do have the receipt. I was told even if I brought them the damaged paperwork that they couldn't even read they would fix it for free, But since I only had the receipt it was going to cost my $160 to replace. Clearly this place dose not stand behind their work. I understand they need for a warranty card but if it unreadable why does it matter if I have it or not! I have the receipt to show the work was done there!

They get the job done but they don't stand by their policy. I got a tint job done in December of 2018, got a fix it ticket in late February brought my car in to remove the tint and they want to charge me when I was told it would be free of charge to remove the tint since I was a returning customer. Brought my car in and that was not the case .

I've been going to these guys for 15 years (at least 10 cars) and always get the best service out there. Affordable, fast, quality work at a great price.

I'm guessing premiere window tinting is permanently closed . I took a number of cars there and they always did a very good job and stood behind their products and labor.. two weeks ago I went by there to get another car done and somebody was in there remodeling.
