Refuse to work on my 2011 Cadillac CTS. Said they didn't have a qualified mechanic. They lost a lot of cache with me that day. :-(

Perry's was an absolute blessing! Ken & his team did a wonderful job. I called last minute & they still were able to get me in. Ken was friendly, upfront, & the price was fair! Went in a for a transmission flush and they gave me the car back with the plug missing. I had oil leaking out while I was driving! Very dangerous.I also had an oil leak that they didn t even bother mentioning. You can clearly see the leak from the bottom of the car.Came back with car issues and they just told me to go somewhere else.Ken is a good guy but shady work

The guys here are very nice. Ken is a good dude. However I originally brought my car here for an oil leak and got hit with $3,800 of charges. My car was returned with the same oil leak that I originally had. I brought my car back and they mentioned they are not transmission specialist and referred to me transmission shop that never returned my call. I reached out to multiple shops and they have all told me the same thing that poor work has been done and there is no way that the $96 charge I received for transmission line and leak repair was done because there is an obvious leak. I am now stuck with another $1500 repair with another company that could have been completely avoided if this was done properlyServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Complete trust here.!I have been taking all of my automobiles over the years here for service, now I have a newer car daily driver, classic Muscle car and an other car.Ken, the owner is straight forward. I have brought one of the automobiles in with what I thought was issue and all it needed was an adjustment.Honest place!Work is done correctly, professional shop!Pricing is appropriate.

I manage a long time local business here in Simi Valley. One of our special service vehicles needed special care. I was referred to Perry's by another outstanding Auto Repair shop in town and I am extremely happy I was! Not only did they take care of the immediate issue, they also fixed a problem I did not know about. They did it all on time and at a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much Ken, Jesse, Jose and everyone at Perry's for taking such great care of our vehicle!!!!

Ken helped me to figure out the issue with my Honda Civic Bearing. very polite manager\owner and reasonable price. They fixed the issue in less than 4 hours, very fast service. highly recommended to anyone

A colleague of mine recommended this shop so I decided to give them a shot. They did not disappoint at all. Their pricing is fair and Ken was very professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and if need be, I will be returning as well.

I only trust Perry's Auto Repair. I found them by accident (divine intervention) a while back. They did great work on my wheel bearings. And a great price. They dont try to upsell. Just the plain truth. I am now going back for a torn CV boot which i put off way too long.

I rarely write reviews but was compelled to gor Perrys. This is the most honest and fair shop around, and Im not just tooting their horn, pun intended. I will be taking all my cars here for the foreseeable future. I have told all my friends and family to go here. Take your car here, you cannot go wrong, best shop around.

I have been to Perry's a few times and they are very good at what they do. Prices seem fair and they don't try to upsale. I recommend them highly and in fact I am taking my wifes car there today. Stay Tuned :-)

I toke my son's truck to have the turn signal issue fix and they did a good job. Only to find out that the overdrive stopped working afterwards. They recommended that I go to a transmission shop in town to have them look at it. Sounds more like passing the buck to me to it fixed. It would make seens if it worked after the turn signal fix, but it didn't. Now they don't even want to look at it.

Pricey to say the least. Not impressed by Mechanics prognostics on work done, he couldn't even tell me the name of a part I would need replaced in the near future. Very polite though
