After being accused of trying to return a headlight that wasnt what i was sold and the "driver" saying that he would not do the return WITH a proper receipt, i was told to ask the manager. He then just stood around while we had to ask every person that walked by us if they were the manager. Talk about not going beyond his job description. Then why be behind the counter acting as if you are someone who works there instead of an uber driver??Ive never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by a retail establishment before. Obviously, they care nothing of customer service, little of customer retention and more of making sure they are paid to do as little as possible.I was trying to return a $100 bulb, that was the wrong one for my car. Not a $10,000 engine. But acted as if we were trying to bankrupt the company with that measley $100 return. Perhaps if the emplyees spent an equal time trying to make.customers happy rather than trying to ruin our day, $100 wouldn't cause their paychecks to bounce. They Refused to do anything for us. Acted as if we were supposed to know exactly what the alternatives to an exchange were, when we asked how much is the correct bulb, the response was "it depends" then stared at us blankly. No looking it up on their computer or anything. Make sure you are able to google everything you need answers for when going to this store, because thats what i was told to do when i asked for a copy of their return policy as well.The only way i would ever return to this store would be if there were all new staff. I would never waste my time on complaining about useless, lazy, overpaid staff; however, after how disgusted i am over this expierence, i will be forwarding this to their corporate offices. Maybe some customer training or a new job is what these employees need.

This place never fails me. Whenever I go somewhere else, I'm always gambling on whether or not they have my parts. O'Reilly always has what I need.

My engine light came on, and as usual, there was no information on what the problem was. I drove to this O'Reilly's and the clerk was friendly and helpful. He checked the car's OBD2 diagnostic port and was able to give me clear results. Of course, they weren't *good* results (why couldn't it be just the gas cap? Curse you, Automotive Gods!), but that's certainly no fault of O'Reilly's.At the very least, I knew what I was dealing with, which I greatly appreciated. Not sure what the code for "Too many bodies in trunk" means, but I'm sure a qualified mechanic will be able to figure it out.

Best price I found for my replacement battery and the only store to have it in stock in all of Simi Valley. Amazing help and best customer service I have ever received in any store! Jeffery was a huge help and knew his stuff! Thank you for saving the day!

Had a great experience shopping at O'Reilly's today! Michael was incredibly helpful and provided great customer service. Michael. assisted me in selecting the correct oil and filter, he even pointed out a sale!! Great service, will definitely be back :)

Good store good people and most importantly they have your parts ! I ordered rotor's that no one stocks normally and that's ok. These guys got me the special order rotors in less than a hour & 1/2 dealer item for me cheaper than the dealership. . Brandon helped me...

O'Reilly Auto parts has always had most of everything I need if not they can order it. As well as having very competitive prices and a good customer service history with me personally over the past years I would not hesitate to recommend this facility or chain to anybody who is in seek of anything from simple help to parts that you may need. Also sorry for the run-on sentence it was voice to text

It's unfortunate that one really bad experience can taint your view of a store. I've always ordered through the O'Reilly's near me. With my current work schedule I'm only able to work on the vintage BMW I'm restoring on the weekends. I ordered a part on Saturday and was told it would arrive on Monday. The following Saturday I went in early to pick it up. After 15 minutes or so they decided it hadn't been delivered. I'm not going to use names but one employee said to the other to just order it again.. I was a bit annoyed as my time to work on the car is limited. I told them not to order it . I would do it online. The 2 employees attitudes were far less professional than I'd expect from a parts store like O'Reilly's. I guess they don't realize the list of parts stores are endless . Word of mouth is powerful. Amazon prime is next day.

Went in to get filters and oil for my truck fleet, said they could have air filters the next day. Went in on the weekend (they said they wold call me when the filter arrived, but didnt) they couldn't find the filter. They sold it to someone else, even though I pre paid for it. They had to order another; two weeks. Went back three weeks later, still no call and of course they didnt have it, said it would be another month. The manager Alfonso kept asking me if I had a problem and was acting like he was hard. 300lb cream puff talking to a commercial account like that after their screw up. I hate going there as it has been on a steady decline and ALWAYS takes a half hour min but I alway try again. Autozone down the street had the filters in stock.

Staff is good. Quick to order parts. (Not so quick to call but parts arrive on time from my experience which is next day and they give you a time. I ordered two parts one is coming in at 9, the other around noon. Decent prices..I give it two greasy thumbs up

Went to Walmart to look for the right windshield wipers and both their book and their mini computer both had different sizes for the same vehicle and manufacture and nobody helped me. Went to this location and Christopher walked outside looked at the windshield wipers took one off made sure it was the correct match to the one I purchased and it was an exact fit and he made sure that I was taking care of from the moment I walked in to the store and all of the staff there were excellent. I will be a returning customer.

So tired of pretending healthy people wearing masks for a flu like virus makes any sense, and if I wear it under my nose suddenly everything is fine. It's so absurd it's painful. Will be voting elsewhere with my dollar.

Terrible customer service. Employees said we dont have Harley Davidson Parts or Data Base,"If he Cant Noboby Can! Said Employee?. I told i have purchsed spark plugs in the past without a problem.

Went there last night in the rain. Needed a windshield wiper. I didn't get her name but she was so helpful and changed the wiper in the pouring rain and I didn't even have to ask her to do it.
