Great service! I was a first time customer this morning when I came in for a smog. Kean took care of the smog, was polite, and knowledgeable. Good price! Will definitely return!

I've always done my own repairs but occasionally, over the last 15 or so years, I've used this shop when I didn't have the time or the inclination to do a job myself. My wife's car developed a stuck open thermostat and wouldn't reach full operating temp. Not a check engine light problem but still a fault condition, the A/C wouldn't work. I had the parts but not being a big fan of working with anti-freeze (we have cats) I stopped by the other morning and asked Ken how much to change the thermostat. He quoted me $50 to $75. That sounded very reasonable to me so I left the car there all day. Late that afternoon I picked it up and he showed me a bill for $260!!! Sensing my outrage and his lack of a comprehensible explanation he took a whopping $30 off. In my mind this was just a Band-Aid on a bullet wound. Adding insult to injury, driving home I could tell the cooling system wasn't acting right. After things cooled down (me included) I discovered the air wasn't bled from the system, a fairly simple procedure that I did myself, and I m not even a professional getting $130/hr. If left unchecked this could have permanently damaged the engine. I don't know what's going over there but strongly suggest buyers beware. BTW, the car is running great again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Kean has been my mechanic for 10 years and is awesome!! He's friendly, knowledgeable, quick and well priced. I don't trust my vehicle's to any one else!

Kean's is honest and his prices are fair. I've brought my cars to him for over 15 years. I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing. It's nice to be able to go to a mechanic i can trust.

I have been going to Kean's for several years now. He is an honest mechanic as well as provides quality work. His prices are fair as well. I too have recommended him to my family and friends.

I have brought my cars and motorhomes to Ken for years. He is a good honest man. I find few like Ken in the automotive industry these days. He is always taken great care of my families vehicles. His prices are fair, service is prompt, and he tells me if the problem is critical or not to worry about it for now. He has NEVER tried to upsell me or repairs I don't need.Service: Engine repair

My dad and i stopped by today 7/2/21 i bring our own oil change and ask how much for labor. he reply back $35 and i ask if you can give $30 (i'm previous his customer) he start upsetting and told me if you want to do just do it if not "i don't care" because this place is not negotiable. don't go there if you dare be my guest.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I would generally suggest that you avoid this place. I brought my car in to get my AC checked with the suspicion of a leak, and they said they would check it out. They vacuumed the coolant to put in new coolant and sure the car was cool for a little while, but the leak was never fixed. They never checked or cared to fix the leak, just pumped in coolant for a temporary fix, which was not what I requested. I'm out $150 for a poor job. Shame on you.Edit: Spoke to Ken and he agreed to check out the problem further, will revise the review depending on the outcome of the situation.Service: Air conditioning

Great great experience! Came in one week asked about my engine light checked it for me and was super quick! Came back about a week later to get it fixed.
