I thought I never had any issues and thought I always got great service at Just Tires until my last oil change when the truth was exposed. I took my car in for the "Best" full synthetic oil change like I always order and verified the tire rotation would be done. I even showed the associate the Just Tires email with the advertised sale prices and pointed to the "Best" oil change, $87.99. He advised me more than 5 quarts of oil would cost more due to the rise of oil prices. No big deal to me as my car uses 5 quarts, not 6 or more. When my car was ready, I was told I needed new front tires and the rotation was not done and I would only pay for the "Better" oil change, $72.99. Knowing I had only gotten about 50K miles out of these 80K mile tires, I asked them for a print out showing my tires were always rotated at every oil change so Costco can replace them for free. The associate looked it up and found the tires were not always rotated. When I asked why, he said he didn't know why and could not explain why. Then he said the tires are only rotated when the customer request it. I told him I always ask for the rotation and then asked him why should the customer ask for it when the service advertises it comes with the oil change. He had no answer. I paid for the 3 year wheel alignment, and knowing I asked for the alignment to be checked on a few occasions, I asked how many times the wheel alignment was checked, he said only on the initial service and one other time. If this didn't make me feel scammed, when I went to pay for the oil change, I was charged $145 for the "Better" oil change, double the $72.99. Granted he did claim they replaced two $10 air filters, but then he lied and said my car used more than 4 quarts of oil when he advised me at the beginning if it was MORE than 5 quarts it would be more expensive.I sent an email to their corporate HQ in hopes of resolving this issue and I have yet to receive any response. I will never bring any of my cars here again and I'm warning everyone I know about this and their scam. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I don't receive a response soon.12/16/23 - I received the autogenerated response. It's not only about the pricing, it's about not completing the services the customer pays for and shortening the life of tires by years. If the customer pays for a service you advertise, honor the service instead of charging for it and not completing it.

They over-tightening my wheel stud it was broken, but they didn't fix it. They simply leave it just like normal. The Wheels studs are just $10.I don't have any intention to reducing your online review rating. Also, I just want to tell to you If you broke down the bolt by over-tightening. Please try to fix it. Please try to fix it. Don't send it just like that.If you send without repairing, customers will not come to your service again.No matter how far you advertise online and this will affect your business.Also, you should analyze your competitor's service. For example Walmart Auto Center. They are providing Excellent service compared with the price much cheaper than you.

Highly recommend this location for new set of tires and alignment. Couldn't find any other place that offered the 3 year warranty for alignments, not even Nissan. Staff was very polite and took great care of me. Got in kind of late and the staff taking care of the alignment was soon to clock out for the day but still manage to take care of my vehicle, now that's customer service at it's finest! You won't be disappointed!

Have been going here since the 70's and bought a set of retreads for my first used car, a maroon 1963 Chevy CORVAIR Monza. It just happened that the service manager also had one, lowered (often wondered why since it was already as close as to the ground as legally "safe") with low profile wide racing tires. Prior to changing to Just Tires, it was a Goodyear Tires store, but, forgot the original name of the tire stores. Throughout the years, I've taken various cars I acquired for new tires and chrome wheels, including my "HOT 76 LT" (personalized plates) and eventually changed plates with "ITSJERS", get it? It's mine. Since then, it's been on all various cars I've owned and now on my final present car, a black on black 2008 Ford FOCUS SVT. Thinking of acquiring the retro black plates for my final hurrah plates. It would perfectly match the black on black theme of the focus of my review.

Great services. Fast and clean. They fixed the vibration that I had on my truck tires that others couldn't. Totally recommend.

Went yesterday afternoon and this older guy with a white mustache came out and asked what I needed. I told him I needed 2 front tires. He looked and said "about 500 to 600 bucks for both"...I just had looked at their website and saw some Kelly and Cooper tires for around $110 a piece plus installation close to $250...good enough for my Camry 2016...so I told the guy too much...he said cool, goodbye. WHAT? Never again. By the way their website either is a bait or their employees are not aware. Bad sales tactics either way.

My experience at Just Tires is always a pleasant one. I ve always found it hard to find a place that is reliable, gives quality service, and isn t always trying to sell you on 5 more things than you went for. They have outstanding service and the highest level of customer service. Joseph is one of the many reasons why this place is so great! I have to imagine he is also a big reason why so many people come back!

Did NOT visit the Tire shop other than to wait fir Safeway to replace my windshield. They apparently have their store at this location, and use the far left service bay.Windshield was replaced in 45 minutes, and looks good. There is an as yet unresolved matter of the total cost which I am calling them about when I post this.

Love these guys.. had a problem with my Goodyear travel trailer tires installed by another dealer. Just Tires Simi quickly assessed my tire issues and replaced under warranty all 3 (spare included) of my tires no questions asked and with absolutely no hassle. Thank you for keeping my family safe. They have my future business.

Just Tires, did an amazing job with getting my new GOODYEAR Tires on my Land Rover! I was helped by two great guys, Eric Short and Joseph Fleisher. They answered any questions I had and made sure that my vehicle was squared away. I will definitely, recommend this business for your tire needs. This is my new tire spot. Thanks guys!

Please avoid.Had 2 tires put on (those are fine) and an oil changeCracked my oil filter housing by over-tighteningBefore I found that out, I had a free inspection done on the brakes for my other car. Was told the pads and rotors were bad and had to be changed.What they didnt count on is I did the brake job myself and the pads easily had half the life left, same as the rotors.Liars. Scammers. Dont let them near your car. I got out lucky so far. Other reviewers werent so lucky.

I want to thank Joseph and his team for the great customer service and efficiency they have provided. My tire needed to be completely replaced and they took us in without a second thought right before closing. My husband and i wish they had a tip jar because they definitely deserve it. Definitely would recommend this place.

My rear tire kept losing air. When I arrived Joseph immediately inspected my tire and notified me it had already been patched twic and needed a new tire. They don t carrier my brand of tire but told me where to go to get in. They filled all my tires with air for me thank you for your wonderful customer service and I highly recommend Just Tires

Customer for 30+ years. Everyone I have ever dealt with over the years has been incredible and helpful, going out of their way to give me a great deal and professional service. Oh, best alignment machine in the business! Highly recommended.

They share false inspection details about your car.I asked if they can share the inspection details after I have already paid and agreed on having them change my tires. The manager Gilbert , shared inspection details that I thought were really sketchy. He gave me percentages and numbers as if he knew what he was talking about.I went to other shops and was able to verify that Gilbert is a complete liar. He said by my break pads were at 80% and my rotors at 40%, fluids was good and everything else were good.The truth is, they don t do inspections at all or have the expertise to do so. It wouldn t been great if Gilbert was just honest and just said that.I m sharing this for the safety of your kids and family. DO NOT TRUST these guys.

Awful customer service. I got a flat tire and found out the hard way that my lug nuts were extremely over tightened. The manager could not gaurentee that this wouldn't happen again. Save your studs and shop elsewhere. This is on top of unfriendly desk clerks and general apathy about customer service.Their warranty's are pretty good though, hence the second star.

They do good work. Competitive priced. They have certified mechanics so, the can do a better oil change than Jiffy Lube. Nice staff - they will try to upsell you, but just give them "the glare" and they will get the message.... :-)

My husband and I love this place, his most recent visit was above and beyond exceptional. My hubby is a cycler and rides back and forth when he drops off his work van. The staff at this location were so kind to pick him up when he got a flat tire on his bike. Thanks to them, he got his work van in time and saved him for many inconveniences.Thanks guys! You rock!

Just Tires at 2135 First St. Is without a doubt the best one in the franchise and the best tire shop in the city. Prices here are less expensive then big box stores like Walttmart and Costcoo (names not exact on purpose). The service is fast, the workers are polite. Joseph Fleisher really helped me out by giving me an accurate time on how long it would take and kept me on time for work. Fast service, clean shop, good people, great experience.

I came to the shop to buy 4 tires and set up an appointment. Show up on appointment date to find out they had lost all my info. Took them 4 hours to install my tires. Over the next couple of days I notice a tire is scrapping the inside body. Took my car back in. After another 2 hours I was told I had a cracked suspension or that my frame was bent.After all this it turns out they installed the wrong tire on one wheel. I complained and they offered me a free oil change, but there's no way they'll ever touch my car again.

This was the worst experience I have had at any type of store. I needed 2 new tires for my car. After 6 long hours in the waiting room (with my 1 year old in tow), I was told that the mechanic broke my rim and it needed to be replaced. The replacement wouldn't be ready until the following day and would cost me $300 for 1 stock rim for a Dodge Caravan. That didn't include the cost of the new tires that I needed! Total was expected to cost $700 when I was quoted $250. I left with only 1 tire replaced, and a donut spare on the other tire with my destroyed rim in the trunk. I was forced to take my business elsewhere to pay to replace what the mechanics broke. The whole experience was terrible and extremely costly due to someone else's negligence.

Came in for a replacement but they were honest and said my flat could be fixed, so saved me a bunch of money. Done in less than 20 mins. Great experience!

I've been to Just Tires in Simi Valley, Ca. twice. First for 2 tires which they charged 40 or so dollars more than where I bought the front 2. It took for ever, with a computer system that slower than actually hand writing an order. I only stopped there because I blew a rear tire in front of their shop.My second time, I went in for an oil change. Seems like they check other things to let you know about other potential problems lurking. But, instead they create new ones so you will either have to come back, or spend more money while you are there.Seems they poured some water in my master brake cylinder reservoir, after which they call me over to the car to show me a paper strip test that showed the fluid was contaminated. I'm a car guy, so I do what ever work I can myself. A month earlier I had done a brake fluid bleeding, and replaced the fluid. 2 days later after their test I checked the fluid to find it had gone from translucent to black.What's that tell you. I'm thinking about taking them to court, if the guys in my club who helped me bleed them a month or so earlier will appear on my behalf.Brakes are serious business. You take your life in your hands at these places.

Took my 2014 silverado in for alignment and two days later I noticed the while steering the car would track randomly. I then started hearing loud clunking sounds. Thankfully I made it home. Put the truck up on stands and found ALL a-arm bolts loose. This could of caused a huge accident. Tightened everything up and had the truck re-aligned by a reputable shop. Avoid going here at all costs!

Shady TIre shop BEWARE!!!! Bought some tires off a friend, called a day before and they said they could put them. Show up the next day and talk to the manager and he says they can do it. My friend is suppose to meet me there but shows up an hour late. New Manager says they can't put used tires on a car, but he can sell me new ones. I explain that I called the day before and talked to other manager early that day but he still refused. Liars who wasted my time and gas money. Saw them ripping off other people while I waited the hour. They told two different people different policies on fixing flat tires. Both times they sold them a new tire.
