Got there right when they opened, was greeted by Taylor who was extremely professional and so nice. Took my information, came back over within a minute or two and apologized for the "delay," due to a computer delay. Didn't even think there was any delay, actually. Gave me my quote and said it would be done in 15 minutes. I don't do any work on cars, but I am fascinated with people who have a different trade than mine, so I stood outside the bay and watched them work on my car. As promised, 15 minutes later, my car was ready. Everything on the checklist that they checked, replaced, etc. was completely done. Great professional and courtesy job!! Thank you!!

I was totally SHOCKED at the price of my oil change. $80 WITH a 20$ coupon, after it was done. If I would have known the price in the beginning, I would have left and gone elsewhere. I have gone to Jiffy the past few times so I did not think twice to going back. Man, I should have checked first... We also needed my wifes oil change done so we did some shopping and found Firestone did her car for like 40$. I asked for quote on my truck and they quoted $45. I WAS PISSED!!!! You guys start the job before letting customer know the price / then its too late. I will never come back to you and I am informing everybody about my experience on social media. Starting yesterday- Shady at best . #lost a customer

The personnel at Jiffy Lube were great! Very courteous, friendly and efficient. Servicing my truck took only about fifteen minutes from start to finish and the price was reasonable.

Very fast service did not wait more than 15 mins for everything. Just would hope they would have mileage sticker in stock and left grease on my hood. I went back to ask about both. I think they were short handed but they did. Great job.

The place is dirty. Super rundown the young people running the facility, I didn t feel very good about it after the job was done. They didn t show any other fluids, didn t check my air filter, didn t check my tire pressure, and the price was steep. I actually pulled over , and checked the oil after the fact myself. laid underneath my car to see if the oil filter was even changed .

It was chill. It was cool. The colors were very Jiffy lube like. . The staff was legit. Oil change was done right so that's what's up. In and out we went.

Clear communication and FAST -- for an oil change, I got in and out of there in 15 minutes. My only issue was the price, which was a hundred dollars over what is advertised online for my type of car. But I left with a coupon for my next oil change, so no real complaints here.

This oil change was literally faster than a pit stop. It took less than 10 minutes. Very effective and super friendly. Will definitely come back again.

The crew were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. The price was equitable with other fast lube shops but Jiffy Lube sent me a coupon and I appreciated that a lot. I will keep going there for service!

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube. I am always greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff and the communication is great. They thoroughly explain what they will be doing and the cost. Keep up the great work! See ya next time!

Got the service done. It was more expensive than I thought though. I suppose prices have gone up everywhere. I was able to use a $25 coupon. Friendly staff. Would ve been nice if they had vacuumed and cleaned my windshield. They used to do that.I do feel peace of mind knowing there s fresh oil in my engine.

Stopped in for an oil change and they were attentive and thorough. My tire actually had a nail in it and wasn t safe to drive. They made sure I knew and explained a patch vs replacement. They even referred me to a tire place for affordable tires to get it replaced before my long drive back to SD. Definitely would come again!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The oil change was fine and timely but I bought the high end windshield wiper blades which Jiffy installed. Half way to morrow bay one of them flew off snd Highway 101. I hope no one was hurt. So I am disappointed

Jiffy lube said my brake pads were dangerously low and was going to charge me 650.00 I declined and went to my mechanicOnly the front pads were low and they turned the rotors which jiffylubee was not going to do.I was charged 260.00 stick to oil jiffylube stop ripping off your customers!!!

Excellent and professional service. They also honored my military of discount 25% off. Awesome team! Highly recommended. They took care of my serpentine belt and took care of the oil change as well. Satisfied!

Quick, mostly friendly. Clean your waiting area. I felt like I needed a shower after I left. A little paint and all purpose cleaner goes a long ways.

Employees were great! They were all kind and got my car in and out fast after the other cars. They were also great on communicating with me on what the wait time will be and how long my car will take. They even went above and beyond by asking if I needed assistance putting my stroller in my trunk. I would definitely recommend people to the Jiffy lubes off of E. The first one did not open. The poor kid working there stated he was unsure if they would open today.???The second one would not honor the coupon emailed to me from Jiffy LubeLet's see how the third one does....The third one failed, too.
