First I pulled up at 1:00pm, at 1:15 I was finally approached and informed it would be a 35 minute wait. Before you know it. It was 2:00 and they told me to wait inside. As I was waiting inside, my car sat where I left it for 10 minutes. Then they pulled it in and I waited another 25 minutes for them to do a simple oil change. I was at this jiffy lube location for over an hour and a half. The workers were not rude by any means, but they need some better time management training.

If you want to take care of your car so that you do not have future problems with your car, I recommend them because I had a critical experience with this place, never, ever take your car to have an oil change at this place because they do not put the oil they tell you they should. They are going to put burned oil in my car and my engine almost destroyed. This is without a doubt the worst place you should ever take your car without charging me $144 for an oil change, without a doubt the worst place. and scammers

Best place for car service I will definitely come back. I did my oil change yesterday and Carlos and team treated me so professionally. They didn t try to sell me anything and gave detailed instructions on what next needs to be done. Thank you guys

Luis was very helpful. Originally I went to the Jiffy Lube on Tapo St in Simi Valley and the employee there , Josh told me that they couldn t do an oil change for my Honda Accord 1991. I told him that the previous year I had gone there but he persisted to say that they didn t have that oil brand for my car and therefore he wouldn t be able to do the oil change on my car. I was disappointed and confused so I went to the other Jiffy Lube on Los Angeles Ave. & Hubbard( next to the McDonald s) in Simi Valley, where I met the employee Luis. He was extremely helpful and he took care of my oil change. He was friendly and very helpful.

The person was nice and pleasant. My experience was not that good because I went in for a top off, I have been a Jiffy Lube customer for many years and could not get my oil topped off because I had gone beyond 3000 miles this policy has never existed before.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change.. I was greeted by Dee. He was very courteous and professional. Took care of the service and seemed very knowledgeable.

No up front pricing anywhere, they tell you once your inside with hood up. $140 dollars for a oil change on a v6 f150. Ridiculous. Second time coming here and will be my last. Maintenance is cheaper at the dealership. Guys working are nice but whoever makes prices is absolutely crazy.

Great service. Very friendly employees and reasonable pricing. I felt treating like a human being, which is nice. He was very kind and honest. Did not try to sell me any unnecessary services. He just told me what I needed, the options I had for getting it done, and that s it. Very straightforward, which does not happen often when a woman takes a car in for service. Excellent customer service. Prompt oil change service. I was glad to see that the service staff even took care of checking tire pressure for all 4 of my tires and topping them off with air. Highly recommend this place if you need an oil change.

Very efficient and friendly. My only complaint is that they don't open the second bay when there is a line. It could be twice as fast.

Quick update.The owner response is just for show pretending to care. Sent email per their request. It s been a week with no response.Sorry but This jiffy lube is a complete ripoff. Synthetic oil change with 4 quarts of oil is $130 plus tax. My dealership doesn t charge that much nor have other jiffy lube locations. The people I interacted with were nice but that price tag is just beyond ripoff. Especially no window washing (according to the invoice customer declined which I did not) no vacuuming (also states decline on invoice) no tire pressure check. Good thing is i always check my car for issues. Yes it only look 15/20 min. So very fast and no wait since nobody was at the location but sadly all that does not justify such price tag

I ve been coming to Jiffy Lube for over 7+ years. I ve always had majority great services no issues at all today just exceeded even more positive about Jeffy lube and his name is Anthony. As I pull up two out of the three employees leave to go on lunch of course I had no issue but I realize Anthony can come pop it in popping out popping and popping out with so much detail information about my vehicle and then talking about the type of service damage that was done by the last oil change not done by Jesse Lou may I add.But he wins over and over above hoping every situation that the issue was occurring with. Even went out of his way to grab an extra part to help with the whole situation when I tell you she has unbelievable knowledge and passion especially for letting people know upfront what really is going on there any like type of baby sales pitch Anthony is absolutely phenomenal and I hope corporate office sees us and really see him and hopefully that he can help others employees to be the same way.Thank you Anthony for letting me have this feeling that there are good genuine people out there it is refreshingService: Oil change

TBH, I was a little hesitant to come to Jiffy Lube, but Anthony assuaged all my fears and was incredibly helpful, honest, and quick with the work. He didn't try to upsell or beat around the bush, and really went above and beyond in everything he (and crew) did for me. These guys are A-OK, and I'll definitely be returning for my transmission fluid. Very pleased with the entire experience. Well done, Jiffy Lube.

Got home and oil had leaked all in my driveway where they didn't wipe down all the residual very frustrating and way too expensive for an oil change

Not happy! Have been very pleased with the past services. This time the invoice reflected they checked the air filter but the zip tie used to secure it was not removed, after I explained to the tec to cut it off to do the service and she agreed. While in the parking lot I noticed that the zip tie was intact and had not been removed to do the inspection that the invoice shows. When I questioned him his response was if you want me to check it I will ?Can not trust any of the work was actually done correctly or at all. The Manager is very confused and is all over the place in a rushed crazed manner with 2 customers on a Thursday at 3:00 pm? Very different experience than the last 3 oil changes 1 being $270.00 with premium wipers new cabin filter high mileage synthetic. I am nervous about what else was forgotten. Having another mechanic look through it today is costing me money. I am so disappointed can not trust your work.Service: Oil change

We went over what I needed to get taken care of and what they could do for me. As soon as I pulled up she told me and I should get out of my car she will drive it into the bay. She instructed me to wait inside. As I went inside to wait I watched them pull the car in and begin working on it right away. They were talking to each other and looking on the computer.She came in and and asked me if have been there before. Truthfully I've been there probably 15 times in the last five or six years. I said yes. So the total charge for your oil change today will be one $149.99.I was shocked because a few months earlier I'd change my oil there for ride around a hundred bucks.I've been going there for years with several of my vehicles to get the oil changed. She said I'm sorry our fees have gone up. I told her no thank you it was too much and I wanted to leave. She said okay. I went outside to wait for my car but it took about another 10 or 12 minutes because they had to put everything back together that they had already begun disassembling. I never gave them approval to work on my car I never agreed to anything. They're not the same jiffy lube they were before.

Single most expensive oil change I've ever received. Service was good and they were timely but the cost was 3x what I am used to at Walmart ($62 for labor on top of $80 for a standard oil change?). Just be aware of what you're spending before you go because I didn't see prices listed anywhere (I now know why).Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
