The team at Iron Horse are amazing! Craig and Amy are a pleasure to work with. We had an issue with an incorrect part being sent, which was my mistake. They were patient as I got the new part in and got our vehicle back together in perfect condition. I will also take my vehicles to this place. I am not in Simi but will drive the extra miles to only take my vehicles here. It can be hard to find an auto body shop you can trust so it's awesome to know these guys are honest and will take care of you.

Iron Horse is a locally owned body shop that does excellent repair and paint work. Our 2010 BMW 528i now looks brand new, inside and out.

The woman receptionist is very kind but the owner is very rude! I went in to do an insurance claim here - Wanted to support a local business and the owner was very rude when I asked if I could use Wi-Fi and stick around during the repair. There are lots of homeless people wandering around outside the facility and I wouldn t recommend it if you have a valuable vehicle.I wound up going with Caliber Collision in Goleta where everyone is polite and there s a wonderful waiting facility and no gang of creepy homeless people outside

They did a good job fixing my car. I am just disappointed because my car has a small dent on the right side from a man hitting my car with a store cart. The day I took it in, the guy helping me offered to fix it. When I received it, everything looked good except the right side. Either he forgot what he said he would fix. I was just shy to ask what happened. I left and called my insurance to find out I had to go through another claim to fix that minor. I had told my insurance claim agent what had happened at the shop and he said "You should take it back and have them fix for what they promised". I never went back because I tend to be shy to ask for help when I have already done so. They are very friendly whatsoever, yet to this day I feel sad because my car looks pretty in shape just that small dent bothers me at times. Then again, I hardly drive so let's see when I fix it.

Amy and Craig were fantastic to work with! They fixed my car, didn't upsell me in any way, and wouldn't even take the full amount of the quote they gave me! So honest and nice! It is rare to find a competent and honest service privider, especially when it comes to automotive. I'm super grateful and will be a customer for a long time. My new go to!!Service: Body & Trim

Took my car here for a second estimate. Craig helped me out and was very professional from the begining. They fixed my car in less time than i was expecting and, I was able to save some money on my deductible. Which was very much appreciated! Thanks to Craig and his staff who helped make my car look as good as new again!!

SOOO happy we got in touch with these guys. My girl friends Mazda was involved in a hit and run and several auto body shops turned us and our insurance away.Iron Horse Auto Body stood by us when no one else would and those actions spoke louder than words.

Embarrassingly I backed into my wife's car while sitting in the driveway. Dylan Beard made the pain go away. I had options to chose from and they fixed it! I would recommend this shop for any type of body repair!! They know how to do it right!!

I was worried about taking a black collector car to a 'body shop' for small repairs, especially since the price they quoted was lower than I expected but these guys are good. Car came out great
