German auto specialist is a great place to bring your BMw or German vehicles. They are fast, busy because they are really good at what they do and hospitable. They give you a free check up to see what s wrong with your vehicle and then they fix it. You re in and out quickly. You can t go wrong here.

I dropped off my 2013 Audi S4 here for a number of things that I couldn't do myself in my garage (motor mounts and other things), and I was extremely pleased with the quality and pricing of the work done!Dave was extremely thorough and kept in constant touch with me throughout the process, and Ibrahim(?) did an excellent installing everything I requested. All the staff in the office seemed extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They did not have any problems with me providing all the parts that I wanted to be installed, unlike some other shops I have been to.I'm extremely picky when it comes to work done on my vehicles, and I will definitely return here when I need work.

Had a rear tail light out. The guys fixed it quickly and without charge! Shocked. What a team. Had me in and out in ten minutes and I was just a walk in. Great team. Offered me water and waiting area was clean and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, outstanding service and honest, fair pricing. We had an expensive repair most recently with our Mercedes; staff at German auto specialist attempted to find used parts to make the job less expensive. Over and above. Highly recommend.

The service was good but the reason I gave it four stars was a few months back. I did a 5000 mile service and it was $167. This time it was over 200 for the same thing.!! Then I ask Dave about it he said that was the price!

Came in for an oil leak and coolant leak. They gave me a free inspection and let me know what issues were found. Let me know my oil pan bolts were loose and didn t charge for me that. Honest mechanics and honest people. Never once tried to charge for something that wasn t needed. Will be returning in the future.

I took my car here for service of spark plugs etc it was done proper & a fair price. So I went back for convertible soft top hydraulic repair, my car was kept for over a week and nothing was done. The supposed Office Manager was ducking & dodging my calls, and I was being lied to by the other staff too. I was fed up and drove there to see that so called Manager duck me hiding in the work area, even having another front desk delivery guy tell me this person will return my callback, but he was in the shop this whole time. We were approached by the tech Ibrahim who informed us, he was not the original tech who was assigned to this project, he will personally take care of us and make sure everything will be fixed and done right professionally. Long story short, the hydraulic was replaced, but they replaced the wrong one, and nothing was fixed. The Owner Raven was patient & professional; However they allowed that incorrect replacement part to stay on my car free of charge, but I had to pay for labor, which cost $500, and to top it off my issue wasn't fixed. I also found out Ibrahim was the initial tech assigned to my project, talk about a twist. He is a Liar! I went to pick up my Benz the hardtop was put on incorrectly, warning light was on, I fixed it myself there. There was a warning light on my dash. I got home to find my hardtop windshield defrost plug was not connected and it was left in between the hardtop & the car. I used my tool removed the hardtop, plugged it back in and the light went away. I shouldn't have to know more than the tech. That is not acceptable nor professional. This is not a german specialist shop period. At best I would compare this shop to a pep boys level technicians, if even that. My brother informed Raven our last service tech left oil marks on the car and was left dirty, he offered a complimentary wash. We got there he informed me they had no time.

Okay, so this is an update. Initially, I was super disappointed. Had my husband's car like 3 months to pass smog. Bad sensors, replaced multiple times, a battery we didn't really need, a few tows, etc. BUT...electrical in a BMW can be a never ending phantom problem. They kept at it, kept replacing sensors (and stopped charging us for them), kept driving it, and didn't give up. FINALLY, we have the car back, they smogged it, and it's starting when it should. Raven and his shop most definitely stayed on it, finally got it figured out, and I'm both happy and appreciative that they didn't give up. We will be back.

Took my smart car in for a service , they serviced it and were able to diagnosed a few issues with the car and gave excellent feedback on the repairs and the costs to fix them . David was great and very personable. Have been going here for years and will continue to in the future.

I have a 2008 Volkswagen jetta, I called in and spoke to a gentleman named Dave , he was very friendly and went out of his way to help me . I am not quite ready to do the service on my vehicle yet, need to save up for if but will definitely be coming in , these guys go the extra step and seem like they genuinely do care.

The team at German Auto Specialist got me in and out with a replacement a/c compressor for my 2015 Golf in about 4 hours. Wished they could have just replaced the busted a/c pulley wheel bearing and a/c clutch but VW doesn't make it easy to just do that as those specific parts are seemingly impossible to track down for a 2015 (I tried.)

I always have my 20 years old Porsche Boxster serviced here and they have been super reliable and completely trustworthy. Gino is not only nice and knowledgeable and take his time to explain the work he done. I recently have my convertible top motor replaced within the same day. Super happy about it.

Waisted an enormous amount of time and money on parts that never solved the initial problem over a few month period of failed attempts.They misdiagnosed the same exact issue on my 535i four times! The main guy who s not even working there anymore, told me at the time that the mechanics misdiagnosed the car every single time, and were later fired due to lack of skills and experience.The 5th time however with supposedly new mechanics, the new young owner who is not a mechanic himself did not even call/text me to pick up the car, it sat for a week, and they still could not be certain of the issue so it never got fixed. I wish them well, nice enough team of people and really wanted to like them but they definitely are not skilled enough and lack specific training for fickle bmw s. Back to the best, my certified bmw mechanic in Westlake where it s always done right the first time.

I brought my e46 in after a low compression and misfiring diagnosis. I was under the assumption that I would need to replace the engine, and I even made the mistake of telling the mechanic what I believed to be wrong with the car before he had checked it himself. Left it with the mechanic for a day at his suggestion so they could do their diligance and Emilio had no problem revealing to me that the only problem with the car was a cracked spark plug. Emilio's integrity cannot be questioned; I will be returning next time I need something. Real ones only over there.

These guys are the best! From beginning to end, I felt well taken care of, and confident in the quality of workmanship they offered.I found them on google, prior to any obvious issues with my car. I initially spoke with one of their female representatives (sorry I wish I could remember her name!), who was very knowledgeable and informative about my car, before she d ever seen it! I planned on taking my car there, just for a general check-up and once-over after purchasing a 14yr old BMW. Well, before I could get to that, my clutch assembly completely gave out (sad face). But thankfully, my first thought was to get it towed to their shop. It was late at night and after working hours, but I was still met with a quick response and answer to all my questions from the owner himself! That s some old-world quality customer service right there!Needless to say, they handled everything beautifully and had the cleanest shop I ve ever seen! You can really tell this group takes pride in, and love what they do. I d definitely recommend, and will be returning for anything that may come up in the future. My car had a really bad oil leak and I could not find the root of the problem. I took it to a mechanic shop and they told me they didn t specialize in German cars and recommended German auto specialist. Took my car in and they found all my issues right away and every person I spoke to was amazingly professional and guided me through the whole process of my repair from part ordering, part arrival, parts being taken off and replaced, road test. They even got my car done a day earlier than expected and stayed late for me to come and pick up my car. If you have a German car then you need to have it taken care of at German auto specialist. They do quality work and the staff is amazing. They also have amazing prices on repairs. Will definitely be doing all my business with them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change
