Wonderful experience! Perfect service, even had a follow up call to inform me of how my repair was progressing. They also didn t hesitate when I asked for a ride to the rental car location. I would highly recommend this company.

I got into a minor accident and Carstar made the repair process a breeze. Everyone was super nice and made me feel taken care of, they set up a ride to Enterprise and had my car ready after just a day! Would definitely recommend and return.

Great experience start to finish. The process was smooth, Tony was wonderful to work with. Communication was great, the car was completed on time. The detailing made it look like a new car. Very pleased overall.

Damaged front bumper when a piece of scrap metal came flying at my car on the freeway. The service team is friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a timely estimate. They made the fix easy for me. Formerly known as Simi Auto Body and now Carstar. Helped order rental car. Same company as before and even better. I will continue to use their service in the future when needed. Provided timely updates before, during, and even followed up after. Sep, our service writer, couldn't have been more helpful. I had to take my roof rack to another place to get it textured & painted, it didn't fit in my smaller car, so Sep dropped it off for me! Sep also called to give me updates on the body repair. Marisa in the front office was as nice and pretty at 5pm as she was at 8am! An honest, nice, friendly and clean shop.

I was rear ended and was referred to CARSTAR. It was hands down the most comfortable and easy repairs I have dealt with. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing the back and ensuring it was perfect as it could be, they were so incredible explaining the entire process. And always called regularly with updates. I went to pick my car up and they made the inside as pretty as the outside! Thank you Carstar I will always bring my cars here and tell everyone to go here!! The gal at the front intake is incredibly professional and kind!!

Friendly, well organized service and knowledgable. My car looks pristine and clean inside and out. Even a complimentary bottle if water to send me on my way. The staff is stayed in communication to let me know the ETA of completion of the repair. I would highly recommend CARSTAR city auto body.

Absolutely loved my experience with CARSTAR city Auto Body! From beginning to end they kept me up to date on what was going on with my car, they even called enterprise for me when I needed to wait an extra day for my car to be ready. The best part, they washed and cleaned my car for me. I was soo surprised and appreciative of them taking the time to do that for me. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone who needs their car repaired.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Good Communication from the time of check-in and leaving my vehicle to six days later, when vehicle was ready for pick up. Great job. Very satisfied. They even wash the car. i couldn't be any happier with this company! this is by far the very best company that i have used in my 45 year plus years of needing auto body repair. first of all, Krissya and Marissa were organized and very accommodating! Edgar also went above and beyond to ensure that my car looked as good as new when I picked up the completed vehicle. No detail was overlooked and the car's interior was just as clean as the exterior! Had my front bumper and other front end damage repaired on my 2016 BMW. The team at City Auto Body were very helpful throughout the whole process. In particular I was assisted by Sep, Jim, and Caleb. They did a great job at keeping me updated and answering all of my questions. I got my car back and it was nice and clean and looked better than it did before the accident.Service: Body & Trim

I have honestly used city autobody for all my vehicles repairs and since, I've been very happy with each outcome. I want to personally thank Jim for his professionalism and amazing customer service, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my repairs. Jim is the man!! This place is the go to in Simi Valley, they will take care of your car like it is their own!! I am so pleased with the two separate repairs on my 2008 Highlander. One repair was to replace and paint the lift gate which looks good as new now after the work was done. The other repair was to repaint my hood that had become pitted causing the paint to start chipping off. One local shop highly recommeded to have the fenders repainted to color match the hood to the fenders. Anthony at CarStar City Auto Body said yes the factory paint is from 2008 and won't be the same as a new paint job today but will be very close. CarStar City Auto Body's cost was about a third of what the other shop quoted. So I elected to just have just the hood sanded and repainted. (Not the fenders.)When I picked up my car I was thinking the worst...but was so impressed with the hood especially the color match to the fenders (that were not repainted). I see no difference in the paint on the hood and fenders. And to top off the repairs, they detailed my car. I keep my car relatively clean inside but it looks like the inside was detailed too. The added cool bottle of water left inside was a refreshing touch on a very hot summer day.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
