Everyone at Caliber was great. I am bad with names but the person who handled my job was great. He kept me informed everyday about the status of my car. He told me most likely the repairs would be done by the end of the week and it was. If I am ever in need of a body shop or know anyone in need I would not hesitate to use you again or would recommend you highly

Amazing job. I got updates daily as to what was going on and pick up date changes. They finished my vehicle a day early and even cleaned the inside/washed the outside. Everything was a breeze from drop off to pick up and the car looked brand new. Excellent service and work. I definitely recommend!

I was working with them through insurance. They made the process nice and simple, they kept me updated, coordinated with the rental place, returned the car. I think it took about 10 days to do the repairs. It was estimated to be done on the 31st and they got it done on the 26th. They even cleaned my car up and it was such a pleasant surprise! Would highly recommend! They were so helpful and informative.

Team did extremely phenomenal work on my car . They noted each points and fixed the vehicle . Extremely satisfied about the service provided . It is a hustle being a victim on some other person fault to go through this car accident . Empathic factor is pretty good with all team members from front desk till the mechanics. My special thank to Joe. I would certainly recommend this auto shop. Bruce took care of rental car the day I arrived to the auto shop till final day . Process was easy and team communicate with message on the part arrival and made sure to install original part on the damage area .

Great body shop. They got me in immediately (unlike other places that were going to have me wait 2 weeks) and handled everything for 2 separate claims. Everyone I talked to throughout the whole process was very nice and accommodating. Got my car fixed up better than when it went in.

My experience at Caliber Collision was perfect, I met a bunch of the team there any they are all excellent and went above and beyond! My car looks amazing! Better than when I bought it and I'll definitely be back to this location! I'd like to thank Anthony, Ramish and the whole team for an amazing experience and a job well done! Being in a car accident sucks and is very stressful. But Caliber Collision really made the process of getting my car repaired easy. After my car had damage to 3 sides of it, Caliber was able to repair the whole thing in a week. Plus my insurance made it so my rental car was ready for pickup at Caliber as soon as I arrived. They even returned my car fully gassed up and cleaned. Looked brand new. I was really happy with the customer service and care to my car. Would 100% recommend and use again.

The entire team was friendly and professional from beginning to end. Specially, Jovaughn was sure to update me on the status and progress of my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able complete the repairs. The quality of work and efficient process made this whole ordeal less of a hassle than one can anticipate. I first went to another Caliber Collision in a different area, but was disappointed by the staff, facility, and parking accommodations (crowded & seemingly dangerous) overall, so I decided to use this Simi Caliber location instead. Not only were the staff a huge improvement over the other place (they seemed to really care whereas the other place had a laissez faire attitude), but the Simi facility itself was so much higher quality with a clean, beautiful waiting area, coffee machine, table at which I could do some computer work, and safe spacious parking lot in front. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly to others.

I cannot give these people enough stars! Ramish (Mish), Anthony and Trisha went above and beyond in more ways than I should probably disclose. They have earned my lifetime loyalty...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO TAKE THEIR CAR TO CALIBER COLLISION!!!...They repaired my 2006 Honda S2000 back to utter beauty, using the poorly fitting aftermarket bumper, and crafting and sanding it down to actually fit and make all the lines match perfectly, which is far from how it arrives from the manufacturer, as people who buy body kits are aware. Also, red is hard to color match, and they did so perfectly! I had a front end accident on the freeway (fell asleep at the wheel), wherein the front bumper was utterly smashed, airbag deployed and seatbelt locked. They even replaced one of the headlights and repaired the other by buffing it back to that brand new clear lense that you only see on new cars. No more of that old car foggy headlight look. Plus, they clear coated both headlights so that they remain clear, preventing me from having to have it re-buffed twice per year. Also, now my Honda logo on the steering wheel is new and shiny, instead of the faded peeling one that was there before.They were extremely patient with me, provided amazing (truly amazing) service, and did even more for me than I have described above; however, as I said above, I do not think I should disclose everything they did for me because they went extremely above and beyond for me.Mish and the staff were completely empathetic towards my passion for my beloved S2k (car) and the difficult situation in my life that I am currently battling. They were down right inspirational with their kind words, understanding and service.I was so happy to see my car in such great condition, accompanied with their beyond expectations service that I gave them all numerous hugs (seriously, many many hugs to each of them), and even a kiss on the cheek to Trisha, as they truly took great care of my car. (Yes, I hugged my car too.) My convertible top is badly torn back with a gaping hole and they took the care to keep my car inside and made extra sure it was inside before it rained (my car was in the shop during the rainy season).The entire staff also took part in taking exceptional care of my car, as they greeted me upon my picking up my car. Everyone from the parts ordering department, to other customer service staff greeted me with smiles and help. I am sure more technicians in the back also provided my baby (car) the same love, affection and great care that sacred automobiles deserve.And they detailed my entire car too; so, it was completely shiny and beautiful all around. Even though the top/roof is gaping open, they managed to wash and polish the whole darn thing. Truly amazing service.And of course, they worked with my insurance company (Allstate) flawlessly. There were additional supplemental costs associated with my car s repair due to the aftermarket parts and extra work needed to make them actually fit, and I did not need to intervene at all, whatsoever. I just received email updates from my insurance company and the staff at Caliber Collision advising me of the expenses being paid, handled, taken care of, fixed, etc.I cannot thank the team at Caliber Collision enough for their truly amazing, above and beyond, beyond expectations service; so, please spread the love that they put into their work and into the universe, and bring them as much business as possible.THANK YOU MISH, ANTHONY & TRISHA!!!THANK YOU CALIBER COLLISION!!!

Someone hit me on my front driver side corner. I went through insurance. The repair on the front looks great, but A lot of little things where wrong. Bad alignment I had to get my truck realigned.The door panel master switch not put on right which bent the tabs on the door panel. Inner fender liner missing bolts. I also had them fix the bedside which I had scraped a tree offroading on my 2019 Tacoma, they said they can repair it to where it looks like new. I paid $2200 The bedside repair is not straight. It's not bad but its noticable. The manager Misch told me its not that bad though. They could have got the bedside straight. The part that isn't straight should be easy for a body shop to get straight. Seems like they need better quality control.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

By far the best car repair a shop. Having to get your car fixed is always inconvenient but working with caliber makes ease out of an inconvenient situation. Caliber Collision just did a fantastic job repairing the damages to our side-swiped vehicle. Every one of the CC workers we had contact with was helpful, courteous, cheerful and positive. They had the repair work quickly finished, the vehicle sparkling clean, and all aspects of the job completed much sooner than we expected! The repair work was flawed and had to take it back. Then I get it back and the hood has swirl marks all through it. Chasing them down for ETA on trim parts they ruined during repair, asked last week and no response. So I have to text again. This has been a total pain.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I've been dealing with body shops for over 30 years now, and it has always been a nightmare until now. I recently had some body work done on my black 2008 Explorer. My service writer was Isaiah O'Campo, a great guy. He sent me an email estimate of all the work, how much time it would take and the total price. EVERYTHING he said was exactly how it played out. It was perfect the first time (that never happened before). I am very impressed. I will use Caliber Collision for all my body shop repairs, and would recommend Caliber Collision to any of my friends that need a body shop. The entire event, including the shop itself is totally professional. I really like that.

Had my car serviced here after an accident that affected my bumper. All the staff was supportive and attentive, the specialist Anthony was very communicative and helpful. So, you re looking for the best place to get your car fixed? Well, stop you found it! Caliber collision in Similar Valley was absolutely fantastic through the entire process from drop off, to pick up and payment. Every step of the way they were simply amazing. Anthony was my advisor for this trip to the body shop and he was very friendly the entire way and did an excellent job of keeping me completely up-to-date with what was going on with my car throughout the time it was there. Corey was also very friendly and helpful when I was paying for my deductible.As for how in the body work was? I couldn t have asked for better, the car literally looks like it came off the showroom floor! They even shined my tires for me. I walked in early morning to get an estimate and they made me fill out my information and came back told me sorry I don t have anyone to help you. So why not be upfront from the start so I don t waste my time. Nice way of getting ride of a customer.

The repair was completed early which was great and the repair was done well. The bumper looks brand new and they even detailed the outside of the car. My only issue was getting a call back in a timely manner when I wanted to know how long it would take but I understand they are busy working on repairs.
