I received the best service! I highly recommend . I received status updates. They provided me shuttle service . They were quick with the repair . Very friendly atmosphere, & the cleanest auto shop I veever been in! I had never used Bill s before, & now I m telling everyone this is the place to go for any service needed on your vehicle! ( from oil changes , brakes, tires, maintenance, & repairs).

I am a first time client of Bill s Auto and I will definitely return for future maintenance. I had Adam as my technical advisor, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated how transparent he was regarding the services and his advise. I have previously gone to dealerships and I feel like I ve never gotten such clear feedback as Bill s has. Frank also was my driver during the maintenance period and he was very friendly as well!

I brought them a mess and they gave me my Cadillac back. A previous vendor had my car and worked on it for over two and a half weeks and after $3,500 plus worth of repairs it still ran the same (continuously misfiring). Alex and his team were able to quickly diagnose the issue, gave me an honest and clear description of the problem, and a reasonable estimate of the cost. I approved the work and my car runs like it always did which is smooth and quiet. They discovered a number of mistakes the previous vendor had made that was causing the ongoing issue. They gave me documentation to support their findings so I could follow up with the other vendor. They also fixed a number of minor things with my car for no charge, charged my battery which was low from sitting for so long, and cleaned up the grease prints left all over my car from the last vendor. They always kept in touch with me. I never felt like anything was less than above board. Plus the final invoice came in almost $300 less than the estimate. I am extremely happy with the final result. My father used to always say Penny Wise Pound Foolish. There couldn't be a better example. If your car means something to you, take it where you know it's going to get expert care.

I ve been bringing my car to Bill s for all servicing and fixes for probably 20 years or more. I find them to be reliable, honest, trustworthy, and highly competent. I trust them and recommend them to family and friends.

We have taken our cars and motorhome to Bills Quality Auto Care for a few years, They have always been so fair and helpful when explaining what our vehicles need. The most recent is when we took in our Jeep and they recommended a BG Fuel System Service. We were so amazed that we gained almost 2 1/2 - 3 miles per gallon. In this day and age and the out of control gas prices, that is truly something to be thankful for. We recommend Bills to everyone we do business with that need mechanical expertise, as we are a Mobile RV Inspection and Repair service. Bill, Adam and Alex, and all the staff are the best. Extremely professional and very friendly. I felt like I was listened to and respected. They asked good questions and kept me up to date on the repairs needed and their progress toward completing them. Estimates of cost and time were clear and accurate, no surprises. Very reasonable, as well. Really appreciated the shuttle service. Bill s fixed a problem that they found to have a service bulletin for that common problem. They repaired and replaced one part and charged me very fairly compared to the dealer service which wanted to replace everything for a total of 6 times more money.Very happy with the auto service and customer service. Will now use Bill s for all my auto servicing.Service: Transmission repair

I'd give less stars if i could, Alex gives some of the worst advisement I've ever received. bills seems to charge a lot more than other shops, so if you're older and don't care about spending all your savings. Alex lied to me telling me that he told me I needed new control arm bushings months ago, and that was %100 a lie because I would have bought the part and I wouldn't have had to leave my car at your shop for so long? Bills can't get in special parts. Alex wanted me to basically pay 2,200 to have bushings replaced on each control arm... A set of control arms is $200 lmao these guys used to be open on Saturday and now they make so much money they take Saturday off. just cuz they seem nice doesn't mean they wont twist the blade once its through your back. ive been coming here almost a decade. the longer you come here the more they will charge you, heck if they find out youre a Dr. they will charge you more. they told me to keep driving my car when it had damaged bushings. (At the time I didnt know this) Alex told me it was safe. and he wanted my steering and suspension to suffer, so i would be back about 8 years early for a new steering rack and pinion, (bills replaced my steering rack and pinion only 2 years ago, last 1 lasted 10yrs bills double charges you to look at what they couldn't figure out the last time... plus if the labor is SO high to do bushings should have just recommended new control arms. idk this guy Alex needs to step it up and Bill needs to stop buying Tesla's. Better prices for labor they will take advantage of who they can

Great work, my 2011 BMW 328 runs super smooth after all maintenance at Bill s.They got top notch people working there. They never push any work on you, they explain everything to you and prioritize the important work first.

As a female taking my vehicle to get repaired can be an incredibly stressful situation. Beyond oil changes and general maintenance I am relatively clueless to the terminology and verbiage used when assessing a vehicle.My Tacoma was not in good shape after a couple months of vigorous vibration and shaking I finally decided it was time to get it looked at. Adam walked me though the diagnostic procedure and told me that by the end of the day they would send me a link with photos and descriptions of what needed repair. They then offered a courtesy shuttle to get me home and within a couple of hours the link was in my text messages.The link they sent me covered items from dirty cabin filter, a cracked drive belt to my main issue, a damaged drive shaft and u-joint. Within minutes of receiving the link Adam was calling me to discuss what I was looking at in the images. He was incredibly patient, honest and provided much needed help. We discussed the repairs that needed to be done he provided cost and timeline. I dropped my vehicle off late afternoon Tuesday and by Thursday at 12 I had it back driving a smoothly as the day I bought it back in 2005.The quality at Bills is beyond expectation however their customer service is truly what every repair shop should aim to provide. They have found a forever costumer in me and I will continue to send my friends and family there for all their vehicle needs. Trust is such a huge component when dealing with auto repair and Bills goes above and beyond to let Thor customer know the service they are providing is honest and true.Lastly I have ALWAYS purchased my tires at Costco. As affordability and availability seemed unmatched. I was long overdue for a set of tires but procrastinating as the expense is typically pretty great. Bills notified me of the status of my tires and offered to replace them with the same tires I was currently using for less that what I pay at Costco. This of course was great news in itself. However, Adam informed me that the BF Goodrich off-roading tires I had been using for the past 10 plus years wear down quickly with regular street driving (which is only what the vehicle is used for). He suggested a longer lasting tire that was also approx $300 less in total. I am always very hesitant to trust the recommendations from auto shops as it s very easy to get oversold, or taken advantage of. Bills alleviates any of that concern and does an incredible job repairing the vehicle as well.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I usually do not do reviews, i feel the need to let people know Bill s Quality Auto Care is my new go to Auto Care for my car service. I had a battery issue. When i walked in the door the staff welcomed you and made you feel like you are the most important person in the room, i actually got to finish my sentence. When trying to explain what was happening to the tech i never felt rushed. I would take my car to the dealer and always felt like a number a different person to talk to every time. Bill s Quality fixed my problem without trying to add on services that i did not need. A true gem in Simi Valley. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. No more dealer for routine service it will always be Bill s Quality.

Adam was great to work with. They check the auto out. Provided results and recommendations for fluid changes, headlights 3rd brake assembly replacement. The service provided was excellent and the car runs really well. My headlights are now clear and I can drive at night safely. I had transmission fluid change and coolant replacement was very satisfied with my visit people were very helpful, Had oil change done was amazed how thorough they were they checked everything and sent me pictures of components and fluids have never seen such a thorough service.

The service team fixed everything they listed and the quotes were right on . . . No surprises.I especially appreciated their means of communication. It is paperless using links in text messaging and/or your email account. Their Inspection/Education Report promptly arrived after leaving their facility. Excellent documentation including good photos of the parts the service team worked on and details written in plain speak.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Smog certification

They are honest and I am happy with the car care. I needed a tire fixed, and they did it. Very special folks here. I just brought my Subaru in, and they fixed a problem that Subaru in TO could not find yet charged me over $700 .

I ve been going to Bill s for a while now and they have exceptional service! I went for a service recently and had a lot of ups and downs in my head with certain prices and whether I should get things checked up that visit and they were very respectful and kind on assuring me I was in great hands and the results speak for themselves. The team always does a wonderful job and Alex who usually always helps me is great and trustworthy! Amazing team and amazing results!

A few months ago, my teen son needed his headlights fixed and, by the recommendations on the Moms of Simi Valley FB page, I suggested he go to Bill s. They have been nothing but straight-forward, transparent and honest with all of the work they ve done on with his car, and I ve started taking my car there too.
