Huge thank you to ERIK LUNO I came in because I thought I had the wrong lights and he was kind enough to come check out my car to see what I needed. Turns out I had the rights ones and they just needed to be changed. He went out of his way to change them for me. Truly a lifesaver. I have been having a hard time driving in this rain so thank you Erik for helping me with my safety as well. I really appreciate your kindness. Happy holidays

I went in with a car battery that was very dirty and extremely loose about two weeks ago. i went in initially to get a new battery terminal because i has thought that was the problem. I asked an employee named Jordan S for help. He was more than happy to help me throughout the entire process, cleaned my battery for free, and also tightened it completely for me, without having me purchase a new battery terminal! He basically did a repair that would ve costed me a decent amount of money at an auto repair shop, for free! The car works great now, and i m still shocked at how absolutely great of an experience I had at this Autozone. I will never buy any car related products from anywhere else, thank you again Jordan for going out of your way to help me in a very tough situation!

Service was excellent. The store was busy when I walked in and I was immediately greeted by Erik Lund who then helped me find the correct parts and provided excellent customer service and advice. Thank you Erik!!

Went there to see if my battery was charging. They came out and tested it for free. Battery was good but alternator wasn't working. They had 3 options in stock! Grabbed the one with the lifetime warranty and 3 belts. I was so happy to get all of this done in 10 minutes. Thanks Guys. I believe the manager was Eric and the other guy was Victor I think they were both super helpful. My new go to store for parts. Lots of inventory and good service.

Went yesterday to get my rear wiper. Will helped me which one I need. Will and Eric installed my wiper and they were very professional and patient. I highly recommend this Auto Zone. They're always very nice and accommodating.

Steven B was FANTASTIC: friendly, knowledgable, courteous. I bought wipers for both of my cars and he volunteered to put them on the car I had driven there. I asked him if they were allowed to accept tips and he said no. I said, in spite of that (I was going to give him $5), would he mind installing on my other car? He said he would be happy to: that's the meaning of good customer service. What a great experience!

If you need parts for your car go here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Both my headlights went out at different time and both times I came in the service was great. The prices are fair and they even switched out the headlight for me the second time. Everyone on staff who I've encountered has been pleasant and I never have to wait too long.

Every time I go to this auto zone, the supervisor (the over weight brown hair freckle face guy) is talking bad about another customer that just left or talking bad about an employee there. If you ask him a question and don t know the exact name he acts like he has no idea what ur talking about and has rude remarks. I came in today 9-7-23 at 840am and asked if he had any oil change combos or anything. He said what do u mean in a rude way. I looked at him and said I know what I mean, he said I mean oil change deals? Of course we always do. So he did know what I meant just decided to be rude and chase me out with his rude comments. I won t be going back to auto zone. I do all 4 of my cars repairs from auto zone so Napa is gaining a great customer. Auto zone I suggest getting rid of this guy. He s they type that is a cancer to a business and will chase the customers and employees away.

Quite frankly the service here at this AutoZone needs work. We were in need of a new battery since it had failed on us on a road trip but the employees were not willing to assist with the inquiring of our insurance of the battery and replacing the battery. Then they followed to rudely dismiss us, thankfully my father was with us and efficiently replaced our battery with no assistance. So, I am not sure if they had a bad day; nonetheless they should strive to make some sort of minimal effort to meet their customers needs.

Went in this morning to buy some rotors, and Ernesto was very friendly and helpful. He helped me with finding the right parts, and even recommended a tool I would need for my rear breaks for me to rent. Came back and he quickly gave me back my deposit for the loaner tool and also helped me with a core charge return. This is one of the better Autozone s I have been to with great friendly service. Thanks Ernesto!

I want to say that the staff was awesome in helping me buy new windshield wipers for my car last week. After the purchase he mentioned that if I needed help installing them to come back. After the weekend I ended up back at the store and the manager Erik installed my wipers for me. I want to thank him and his staff for being so patient with me, and they were all amazing men!

Today I went to AutoZone the Simi Valley store 5717 and was so impressed by the service! I hadn t been in years and after todays experience it s the only place I ll go for anything car related! I was helped by Bradley not only was he kind and polite but he had so much knowledge about all the car parts and questions I had! He definitely made my experience so stress free and easy!

I stopped in to pick up a brake light for my vehicle. Josh was super helpful and he even went above and beyond and installed the bulb for me. I was very appreciative of his excellent customer service, professionalism, and kindness. If you need auto parts, swing into the Auto Zone!

Ordered a battery online, picked up the following day...fast and easy. Only problem, didn't get my old battery core refund in a timely fashion. I actually had to cry a bit to get my 22 dollars back.

Today, I went in to see if the good people at Auto Zone on Sycamore could help me put some wiper blades on my car. I told them I bought some elsewhere and tried to install them myself but failed. I asked if I bought some there, would they install them? With no hesitation, a very courteous young gentleman installed the wipers I already purchased! Within 5 minutes, I was on the road again. This kind of customer service is so rare these days! That's why I always return to this store for my auto needs.

This is a really good autozone. The folks that work there are nice, helpful, and don't look down on you for not having tons of car knowledge. Josh came out and put on my wiper blades while it was pouring rain - really cool guy and excellent service!
