I had gone here to get my headlights calibrated properly. The audio/radio stores in Simi wanted to charge me $120.00 per hour. These guys did it for $50.00 Thank you guys. Thank you for not price gauging customers. Greatly appreciate it. Will recommend others to A&D automotive as well.

I'll never go anywhere else. Ask for Dave...straight forward guy that tells you what's broken, the cost to fix it, and when it will be ready. A comfortable environment providing excellent work at fair prices. If you need your vehicle fixed, A&D will fix it.

I never heard of A&D Automotive until someone recommended A&D Automotive so I brought my car with problems that was not solved by the previous repair service. This was my first visit with the service station. I was impressed with the way things were handled, Because of the efficient service I brought my second car. I am very satisfied and I am going to stay with A&D Automotive to perform repairs from now on.

Honest as the day is longMy service light had been on for a week. Thinking it was just to service engine soon at 228k miles. It ended up that the diagnostics stated that it was the catalytic converters were bad. My truck really needed 2 of 4 changed but at 19 years old and 229k miles, they are $1200 each. Dave suggested that I could get by with just changing one. I plan to drive the truck until it drops, but if Dave keeps it running like he has all these years, I never get a new one......Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I was a bit disappointed. I told them I had transmission fluid, leaking all over the undercarriage. They told me the leak would be fixed and there would be no more leaks. Not the case. I don't think they did much of a test run, from what Dave said the first time. I took it back and they said, what they fixed (transfer case seal) was not leaking, but the the front transmission seal was.I can see where you fix the first seal, you see, but I don't think that was what was causing so much of the leaking to begin with. My whole premise when I took it in , was to determine, with a 40 pt AAA check, if I should just park the car, and start tearing into it. When they said it would only be about $300 dollars, then I decided to go ahead. Now, I am facing 800, just to take the trans out before they can fix the seal............Not happy about this and wondering what AAA might think of this.On a positive note, the owner, Dave is a great guy, and I think the mechanic was at fault, but he did not stick up for me as the customer, in the fact that I am out over $300 and lots more to fix.
