Chris did really quick work, and had very fair prices. Never had been to Sierra Madre either, and it's quite a nice little area. Glad to have found this place. He said he's been there for over 20 years, so I think it's a great place to go for all your Honda maintenance.

Chris: the mechanic is fantastic, honest & has integrity so please get your Honda/Acura serviced there. I've been having my Honda serviced there for years ! My Accord is 24 yrs old & still running thanks to Chris. He will only repair what really needs to be done, nothing more. No reason to pad your bill. Completely honest good guy ! Never lies to customers !

My mom brought in our 09 Honda Civic to this shop for the first time today. Chris was very helpful and honest. He provided excellent service! Great experience! We will definitely be back!

Chris is a great guy. I called ahead and made an appointment for an axle repair job. He booked me the following week. When I arrived, he quickly diagnosed my car and said both driveshafts need fixing. I agreed and left my car with him. No longer than 3 hours, I get a call back from him saying it's ready but that only one driveshaft needed replacing, and I didn't need to pay for the other one. I went back to get my car and he completely fixed the problem with half of the quote he originally told me. If you have a Honda, don't look for another mechanic other than Chris. My one regret is that I didn't find him sooner. I'm only coming to this place from now on and I'm recommending my friends and family.

If you have a Honda in our area you must visit Chris at Sierra Madre Independent Honda Service. Our relationship with him started with our 1999 Accord and that was three Honda's ago. We all need an upfront honest auto mechanic and that is Chris. He has my highest recommendation.

Chris is absolutely the best! Even though I moved 600 miles away, when I'm in town, I will call on Chris if I have an issue with my Acura. Honest, and he knows his stuff.

The owner is friendly and straightforward. I always take my Hondas here because it is walking distance for anyone who lives in Sierra Madre, he provides great service, and it is a fraction of the price of the dealership.

Sierra Madre Independent Honda was top notch.I drove up, within no more than 20 seconds Brian hooked up his diagnostic tool pulled the Check Engine Light Codes and went to work diagnosing the cause of the problems on my 2003 Honda Civic Si for free. I URGENTLY needed this fixed in able to pass a smog check so I could register my car.I had a code indicating the knock sensor had an issue, which was strange because i had JUST replaced it.Since it was going to take a little bit i elected to leave the car.After 2 hours he called me and informed me that he could not located the issue and then we kept talking and we determined it was that a non OEM part might be the culprit.Brian then asked if i could pick up the car the next afternoon since he had to order and install the part. I agreed. That was at 2pm.At 4:50, the same day] I got a call from Brian saying my car was done and i could pick it up. He even stayed 10 minutes past closing so i could get my car back.If you have a Honda Or Acura i HIGHLY recommend taking it to Chris and Brian at Sierra Madre Independent Honda. Not only are they great at what they do, they are honest and will not recommend excess services.

Chris resolved the loud banging of my windshield wipers on my 2007 Accord. He knew exactly what caused the problem and fixed it! Driving with quiet wipers is a big relief.Professional efficient service and trust worthy service.
