After not being unable to find a new car in Roseville we had the best experience at Shingle Springs. Well worth the drive! Jamie was easy to work with on pricing and patient when we decided on a different vehicle than the one we had originally requested. Great experience!

Andy, Express tech, in the service department and the female service writer at the first desk are AWESOME!!! They helped me with a simple light bulb installation faster than I could blink an eye! Wish I got her name - but both of them deserve an award for outstanding service! I will be back!

Between the pervy old salesman who wouldn't stop staring and flirting with my fianc�, and the techs who can't do a simple air bag recall without me having to come back 2 weeks later (50minute drive after their screw up with no attempt at compensation, since this is the closest dealer) this place kinda blows! And I would go somewhere else. There are better dealerships in the area and better mechanics anywhere.

I gotta hand it to Jamie the sales manager. He got me into a brand new 2023 Honda Accord EX at a great monthly payment. I m someone who s in a credit repair stage of life and it was hard to get any approvals from anyone and Jamie did the impossible and got me financed through Honda at a very affordable monthly payment. Melissa over in the Service department is pretty good too! Will always recommend this dealership over others.

I can't say enough positive things about this dealership and its sales people.After being tricked and manipulated by two local dealerships close to my home, I finally decided to make calls to dealers outside the city. The first call was to Shingle Springs Honda where my call was taken by Brittni. I lucked out and my dream car happened to be on the lot!She wasn't able to hold it but fortunately I was able to get there in time to do a test drive, paperwork, and be handed my keys to a freshly washed CRV with a full tank of gas within 2 hours.I enjoyed her candidness about the car sales process, "Why would they tell you the car was on the lot just to disappoint you when you arrived?"... My thoughts exactly, C****** C*** Honda. *eye roll*My review gets better- a few days after driving off the lot I called for tips on getting Android Auto to work. Troubleshooting with Jason in sales because service wasn't open on Sunday, I felt validated in the steps I'd already taken and walked away with two new ideas for things to try (resetting the panel worked, by the way!).Thank you for a positive experience and for my shiny new car, sans headache.

Can t express how happy I am with my new CR-V, and even more with how awesome the people and the service here are. Absolutely worth the drive from wherever you are. We went to a more local dealership and the second we stepped on the lot we were getting pushed to go inside, but not here. Everyone is so kind. Special thanks to Nick for all of the help, such a cool guy! Nick even wrote us the cutest little card and we found it when we got home. Thanks so much to everyone!

Be sure to ask about that aftermarket charge, and when you tell them you don't want it, watch the base price jump. Salesman insinuated he was doing me a favor by not throwing my car keys on the roof. Fast-talking, sleazy tactics.

We get good service here as far as we know, however every encounter with the tech writers makes me lose more faith ever visit. Our last visit a young lady talk us out of them replaceing our brakes, so i had them change the oil and i replaced the brakes.

Dalton and the 2 girls at the service desk this morning were amazing to work with! They were SO SWEET to my puppy and just radiated positive energy. I feel like I made 3 friends! I look forward to seeing them again at my next oil change!

Purchasing a car now during the pandemic was a stressful event, Until I met Doug. I had contacted 15-20 dealers through out California who were trying to take advantage of their customers and increase the price high rocket! It was ridiculous! I lost hope of finding a good deal without the dealers adding a million markups and unnecessary accessories like nitrogen filled tires. I then found Shingle Springs Honda. Called them and gave it try. I was lucky enough to have Doug answer my call. Since day one he treated me like I was part of his family. He helped me find my dream car at the best price. Shingle Springs Honda is lucky to have a genuine person like Doug! Through out the whole process, Doug kept me informed on the whereabouts of my vehicle. Thank you Doug for making my experience buying for the first time a Honda the best experience of my car purchase life! If someone asks about purchasing a Honda I will personally drive them 4 hrs to you!

Great experience with servicing our Honda today.Everyone was nice from making the appointment, getting a reminder call, to dropping off our car and picking it up.All on time and at a very good price.I appreciated the smiles, humor, and kindness.We will continue to use Shingle Springs Honda for all our future needs.

I suggest you stay away from this dealer. They are fine when you buy a car, but don't expect any type of customer service from them after that. I've had a problem from day one on a 2021 Honda Accord sport special edition. They have been no help at all, and actually told me yesterday to take it up 5 miles to another dealer if I want it fixed. Even the general manager is rude! Definitely buy somewhere else!!!UPDATE: Got my Honda fixed at another dealer, the whole problem was how shingle springs tried to pair my phone. They didn't have a clue what they were doing! Told me I needed a different phone. No what I and everyone else needs is a different Honda dealer. These guys are worthless!re else. Love the car....hate the dealer!

Terrible customer service. Called gave the salesman all my car information to sell them was told they could match my offer from Toyota. Got there and boy what a joke. Got treated terrible. And they offered 500 less. Why waste my time to drive there for nothing.

I have absolutely nothing but good things about this dealership, they are honest, hardworking, care about their customers/clients, are VERY respectful, and will 110% get you the absolute BEST possible deal on the car of your dreams. Being a first time car buyer I feel as if they truly worked a miracle for me and still managed to keep my loan payments at an amazing rate. I HIGHLY Recommend Doug, he is very kind, generous, honest, up front, hard working, and genuinely an amazing person that I had the honor of meeting and working with. If you re looking for an amazing local dealership this is the one to go to friends. From one El dorado county local to all the others, and even ti people traveling out of town (trust me it s worth it)! 100/10 recommend! I'd suggest you stay away from this dealer if you expect a basic degree of courtesy and professionalism. It looks like most of the staff has changed in the past year, so don't trust the older reviews to be indicative of what you would experience today.Since 2016, I've leased 3 vehicles from this dealer. I came in yesterday looking to make an all cash purchase of a second vehicle and for some advice on options with my current lease. I had a vastly different experience from prior visits, so I left without making a purchase.After yesterday's experience, you could not pay me to come back. I've already started an apology tour to family members I previously referred to Shingle Springs Honda.Dear Dealer, I sent a full write up of yesterday s visit through your website s contact us and directed it to General Administration . I wish you the best of luck towards improving the customer experience.

I purchased a 2020 CRV Touring top of the line, haha. I had nothing but problems with this vehicle. To start the first day I was driving home and it was snowing and all the sensors started going off, I called and the manager said I was just trying to return in and there was no buyers remorse. I ended up taking it to Folsom Honda they reset the computer and it was okay for awhile. Next the guards in the front kept closing making the car loose power, I again called no one could get me in so I went to Folsom Honda After a week it was finally fixed, but while I was there I asked them to check the door locks because they were not opening and locking properly. They forgot and forgot to change the oil. I could sit around and wait for hours I had two autistic kids with me so I left. I then went to Roseville Honda, they changed the oil confirmed the locks were broke had to order the parts and well they still have not been fixed. lastly the sensor all came on again last night and I had to have the car towed once more the transmission took a dump. This vehicle is a lemon, but there are no lemon laws in California for a Honda. I have purchased 5 Honda's 3 in the last 10 years new, I have never ad this kind of problems with any of them, but no one not even Honda cares. They just want your money and then they are done, they wash their hands and dump all responsibilities.

The people at this dealership are very nice and very helpful. They made sure to evaluate the issue thoroughly as to not overcharge me, they fixed the issue with my car within a day and I haven't had any problems with the car since.

I was so happy to do business with this dealership! Since I live in Los Angeles, and this was the only dealership that had the car in the color I was looking for, I contacted them over the phone. I got in touch with Jamie,who worked with me and was able to close the deal over the phone. He even got me a great finance rate. I flew up the following deal and they already had the car ready to go and the paperwork ready for me to sign. Great Experience!

I have been taking my 2000 Insight here for about 6 years (for all my services). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. All of my experiences have been great and I highly recommend this place. I have not purchased a vehicle from them, but their service department alone is enough to sway me to look towards them first when my car eventually dies (250,000 miles right now).

The service i get here in exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to purchase a car here at shingle springs honda, not only do they give you the best deal but they also provide amazing customer service. Worst service possible. Took my car in (2018 Honda Civic Sport Touring) AC was blowing ice cold on passenger side and slightly warmer on driver side. My code reader read that it was main heater switch failure, an open in the air mix control circuit, and an open in the in- car temperature sensor circuit. When I took it in they said they wanted to run their own tests. Which is what ever. They called me several hours later to tell me I now have a leak and I need a whole new compressor unit valued at $2200. I was advised to have them not work on my car and I got it back. Now that I got it back I hooked my code reader back up because now my AC is not doing anything but blow hot air the fan isn't even kicking on now. And it looks like something was unplugged and not plugged back in. And the AC codes I was getting before are no longer there. As of right now I am on the schedule to have this repaired with a 1 year warranty thank you to the service manager for finding a way through this. Since honda is known for this issue

I'm equidistant between two Honda dealerships. I almost always take my car to Shingle Springs Honda. Their waiting room is small, their service desks are cramped and tiny and their parking lot inadequate.So why do I go there? Their service people are great - friendly, knowledgeable, never trying to upsell me on service I don't need. The next time I buy a Honda, I'm going up the hill to Shingle Springs Honda.

Came here for vacation and had to have my tires checked . Just wanted to write this review because the girl who helped us out ( I believe it was Melissa ) was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me a couple of options when it came to solving the issue with my tires which I thought was nice . Thanks Melissa for all your help and for your upbeat attitude :)

Was lied to by sales staff about features on the car then was told too bad after I bought the car. Finance guy didn't verbally disclose all the extra things I unknowingly paid for. Service is subpar, they rush and don't do everything they say. When I tried to talk to the manager, I was basically treated like I was just being a Karen. I would not recommend anyone going here to buy a vehicle.

This review is solely for the service/repairs section. I have constantly been disappointed with their service when taking my car in for repairs. Throughout my search for a new car, I strongly took into consideration the 100,000 mile honda service warranty, but now I regret my decision since I feel as though I have no choice but to come here for maintenance, where I ve had constant issues. When I took my honda in for service the first time, the repairman claimed there was a huge puncture in the tire, but when I took it to a friend, they easily patched the hole instead of charging me for a whole new unnecessary tire. However, the reason for this review stems from my experience with their service a couple days ago. I had come in to get my tire fixed again after buying all new tires from them, but they could not get me in since they were too close to closing (even though prior to coming in I called and they confirmed they would fix it that evening). However, they said they would order a new tire for me personally and put it on when I come in later. I scheduled an appointment and three times I asked how long the appointment would take and three times they confirmed 30-45 minutes. After almost 2 hours of waiting I finally asked (they did not even bother to let me know, I had to go up and ask) when my car would be done and they said they are waiting for a tire to be brought up from Folsom and my car wouldn t be done for another few hours. At this point, I had not planned this appointment would take so long and I had to go to work. Thankfully they were able to shuttle me home, I got to work on time, and I could pick up the car later that day. For the record, when they finally gave me a call to let me know my car was done, the appointment ended up lasting a whole 4 hours! All because they gave the tire specifically ordered for my car to a different client. I honestly dread coming here for service and will not be returning anytime soon. The warranty deal seemed like a great idea a few years ago, but now it will forever hinder my decision to buy a honda in the future.
