I took my vehicle to Brian after an accident involving a Penske truck. Just a few weeks after bringing it in it was done and looked better than when I drove it off the dealership lot 2 years ago. I am more than impressed with Brian and the entire team. They have all gone above and beyond to make my vehicle perfect! Also I came back to my vehicle with a $50 gift card that the detailer had found under a seat and did not take!! Outstanding body shop. Had my Element repaired their work was perfect, paint perfect match, they cleaned inside and outside of car, Hailey was excellent to work with and drop off / pick up was very easy. I wish I could give more than five stars.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I did not have a referral or any reference of where to go after my car was struck while parked. I am so glad I trusted Kniesel s to do their due diligence and make sure my vehicle was perfect. From Teri at the front desk, to Josh who provided exceptional service from start to finish and Aaron who went above and beyond to address my concerns and make sure I was 100% satisfied. They truly are a great team and very professional. Thank you to those who worked on my vehicle and took care of it and returned to me cleaned and detailed. Thank you all so much. Would highly recommend them any day.

I decided to bring my RAV4 in after an unpleasant collision with a deer. Brian was my claim agent at Kniesels and made the process as simple as it could be especially while dealing with a lot of back and forth from the insurance company. I could not be more pleased with the service I got from the team there. Brian kept me in the loop with weekly updates and informed of any changes going on which was more than appreciated! Any future work needed will be brought here!

I spoke with Valerie when making arrangements to bring my car in. She was professional and kind over the phone. She made sure I was taken care of and even kept in contact with Enterprise Rental Cars for me, saving me the time. When I brought my car in Valerie was there and made dropping off my car quick and easy. I haven't had the work done yet on my car, but if the administrative service is any indicator of the automotive service, I am not worried about the outcome. Great experience so far. After my car was stolen and left in a desert in Utah I had nothing but bad experience with my original dealership, I decided to take it here where Bryan made sure to go above and beyond to get my car back to pre loss conditions and his service was exceptional. I will be returning for any further work needed on any car and would recommend to anyone who wants the job done right. Thank you Bryan!

Quick, clean, and transparent. I had my car repaired here after a collision. The experience was enjoyable and so easy. Drop off and estimate was quick and easy. The waiting area is gorgeous and comfortable (looks like a showroom for tile and cabinets and not a body shop). As for price, since the insurance company covered it, I'm not sure how competitive they are.

They did a wonderful job on my new jeep. They are extremely professional, kind and personable. Octavio held my hand through The process The reception area is more like that of a wealthy physician's office. All I could think was how much of the cost is going to overhead. Lol. Would definitely recommend them.

I had to have a new part ordered for a grab bar for my truck. The place it was ordered from had to have another day to ship it to the shop. Octavio Gonzalez was great about the whole thing. He got it the next day and had it installed in under 10 minutes. Great shop to deal with. I woulod highly recommend them to anyone. I have had several vehicles service by them and they are Great....Thank you so very much for the hard work.

Got into a car accident over the weekend and was referred to this company by my father in law. We ended up getting our car towed here where Michael was prompt to get back to us and handled us with great genuity, professionalism and care. Of all the stress of our ordeal, the treatment we received was the upside to our week. I definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks for the great customer service!

All I can say is that I am nothing short of impressed. I brought my Land Rover LR4 in after getting a scrape down the entire side. Michael A. handled it with promptness, professionalism, and made sure it was done in timely manner. Thank you Michael! The paint and texture match spot on and glad to be back on the road. If I EVER have any repairs that need to be done these guys are my go-to. Will highly recommend these guys to any friends, co-workers or family members.

Extremely grateful for Octavio and Kniesels. They helped me thru a very hard time, finished work on time and my car looks absolutely amazing and brand new again. Thank you for everything. Highly reccomend!!!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

Great service, excellent communication throughout the job. Kniesel's in Shingle Springs is also a great supporter of our community, and community events. I learned of them through their support of Scouting, but the service I recieved secured me as a customer for the future (hopefully not too often). :-)
