Tori, Josh, Tiago were great! We got a flat on our way home from South Lake Tahoe on a Sunday when every other store was closed. We called ahead and told them we were about an hour out, driving on a flat. They had everything ready for us and were able to get us in and out in about 30 minutes give or take. Checked air pressure in all our tires to make sure we were good for the ride home to LA. 10/10 would come again if I needed their services in the area!!

Excellent customer service! Calvin and Steve helped me out in great detail and were patient with her while I made up my mind. I would go back here again in a heart beat.

I have been going here for 20 years and used them dozens of times. They are close to work, so... convenient for me. I guess that's why I keep going. It sure is not the service or quality of work. I have had messed up rotations over torqued studs and tires mounted backward. I just don't even bother worrying about the pressure anymore and just assume I need to set them when I get home. I really wish they were better.

Found an oil change coupon on their website, it was a great deal. The staff was fast and friendly. I ended up going back when my tire went flat and they were able to repair it for me.

Goodyear Auto Service is an amazing business. They're very kind and efficient. Got my car on the rack for an alignment within 5 minutes of being there. Waiting room and bathrooms are clean and nice. I will definitely be coming back for my next alignment

The management and staff here is wonderful. They facilitated an oil change and tire rotation on my wife s sports car - with a promotional rate on synthetic oil and fuel system treatment.Communicative, polite and well trained. Recommended 100%. Thank you for fantastic service.

I can not express how happy I am with Good Year in Shingle Springs!As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I'm always wary of taking my car to a large retailer/chain for car repairs.Steve at Good Year explained everything with no pressure by telling me what was necessary now and what I could wait on. He is excellent at helping you to understand why things need to be done and also giving you a fair price.I HIGHLY recommend this location and am now loyal for all my tire and alignment needs.

I recently replaced 4 tires on my Land Cruiser. Josh and Steve were fantastic to work with. They were honest and transparent, all the while giving me the best price, tires, and service possible. They went above and beyond with their customer service and took the time to field my many questions and give thorough explanation. I would recommend this shop and these outstanding individuals!

Came in 30 mins before closeting on a SUNDAY and fixed our flat tire(nail in the tire). We called first and they fixed it pretty quickly and not a bank breaker. Super appreciative of this place. Shout out to Stephanie and the team! You saved our weekend! Highly recommended.

I ve been coming to this Goodyear location for over 10 years now, and I don t have a single negative thing to say. I ve had 8 different cars I ve brought here. The staff has always been polite, helpful, referring me to services and products that I need, not things that I don t. They have worked to get me in for emergencies (Christmas trip flat tire!), and I ve always found availability for routine maintenance that works with my schedule. The staff knows what they re doing and have always made me feel welcome. I actually enjoy getting to come in and see them!I wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

Most of the crew here are pretty honest with me. Last time I went I stated I wanted one of the basic oil changes, and the guy at the front desk ignored my request and had me pay for a higher priced oil change without explaining why I was getting it until I called him out and asked why I was getting charged for the more expensive one. As much as I enjoy the rest of the crew, I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Josh, the store manager at this location is amazing. He is always polite, courteous, quick and efficient. Always looking out for the best interest of the customers. If you spend time at the store you will always see him working his absolute hardest. Goodyears equipment isn't quite as efficient, and like every other company right now. They are struggling to stay staffed enough to help their customers. I would recommend a car drop off or clearing your day due to the stores large demand and lack of staff. And if you qualify, signing up for their credit card was a huge help to me, they always have great promotions going on.

This place is the best for all one s tire needs. The Manager Steve and his team have outstanding customer service. In addition they talk to the customers with respect and disclose things upfront.

Goodyear in Shingle Springs has always taken good care of us since we moved hear from Folsom 8 years ago. I needed tires for my 2015 Ford F-150 Truck. Linsey advise me of what tires I would need and was able install very quickly.I am very please with service!

On my way out of town, I stopped by this location because my check engine light came on. I was given the code that came up and an approximate cost of repair. I was referred to the downtown Sacramento store to have repair done because they can do the repair, and it's closer to my home. Thank you for the time to give me the information and referral. The staff was friendly and informative.

I go to this good year store all the time They are good people and friendly, they would always make it on time when I make an appointment for all my needs like oil change and other services I would recommend my friends and family to have all their cars to get service from them .The manger at this store is good with costumer s service , and easy to talk too , and he would get the job done right So thank you for your services guys We would always go back time and time

I purchased my tires at a fantastic price online and I made my appointment online. They are open 7 days a week, which really works for my schedule. The next morning I received a call to confirm my appointment and made sure I got the best price. Everyone was extremely helpful. When I arrived, the place was not crowded and they completed the job in about an hour as promised. Excellent service and tires! Les Schwab wanted 50% more for a less quality tire and they took forever to inspect my tires!

Goodyear was open on memorial day when four other auto busineses I called were not. My tire pressure light was on 2 days after tire replacement (the other auto body shop didn't turn it off) but went to blinking. I was concerned maybe I had run over something with my new tires. Took it in and Nate at Goodyear diagnosed that I had two tire pressure lights that were no longer working, and two with low battery. Something that should have been noticed during tire installation. They were incredibly efficient and had me in and out on the holiday in less than 25 minutes. Thank you!

Best experience at a tire shop I've ever had! They took me on a walk in, replaced all four tires on my car super quick at a great price! Called competitors beforehand and was told it would be days out. If you own a car - go here!

This is, by far, the best tire shop around. Carson, (the friendly man at the front desk) schedules efficiently & explains ALL options as far as quality & price. Go here. You won't regret it!

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Goodyear dealer. Joshua the manager took such great care of me. I got to say I'm very impressed I was in a difficult situation due to a road hazard emergency and he rescued me and fixed my tire perfectly and I cannot say enough about him personally and the Goodyear dealership.

The manager josh was very helpful when the brakes for my car weren t the right brakes he went out of his way to make sure we received the correct ones. He got my car in and out as fast as he could. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank u again josh for all your help.

I have gone to Goodyear for tires and service for many years. I recommend them to all my friends, they are always very helpful and they have a great attitude. I ve used the road hazard a couple times and they are fantastic! I never feel like I m being taken advantage of and they always seem very knowledgeable .~ I have been to the store on Duroc road, all the employees have always been very polite and helpful. I will continue to go to Goodyear on Duroc road.
