I'm so upset. Constant communication. I needed the knuckle for my truck. $125? I got a freakin' hub wrapped in a beer box. Called over & over again! Very rude attitude! I got charged for the hub they sent me by "mistake", but gaslighted me & told me that's what I ordered. Pretty sure knuckle & hub are not phonetically similar. Whatever. He said I have to send it back & pay for shipping... and had to nerve to ask me how long I've been in business. Long enough to know if you messed up, you correct your mistake. YOU messed up. Then you charge me ANOTHER $125 for the part I actually needed?!?! Don't have the part I needed & stuck with a part I didn't need & a $250 charge for literally NOTHING. Got charged for 2 parts, one never recieved, one wrong. You're going to black balled. I never write reviews, but this is absolutely despicable.

Read the rest of the reviews. This guy is a scam artist, he will tell you the parts are good, when he is fully aware they are bad. Avoid this place at all costs. Your better off going to pick and pull

These people are crooks. DDONOT GO HERE!!! just take my word for it thwy will entrap you in a scam and get overs on you every time from what i here... They are crooks. Con artists. And you will lose apparently it doesnt matter if your the best business person or debater... They will get ya.... Terrible terrible... Dirty scoundrels. Less than one star. I think all the 5 star reviews must be friends of these people because they are no good. I just dont see any of the 5star reviews as true and correct.

I tried to work with these guys i order a part on September 9th. when i paid for it they said it was all good then they called me back and asked a bit more for shipping witch was fine. when I called to ask for a tracking number they told me they would call me later but I would never get the phone call. I gave them a call Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays and would answer they either put me on hold or hang up on me. WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Ordered a fender from this JUNK YARD and when it arrived is was bent in half. Totally unusable. Paid $184.00 delivered and they said they would credit me $40. What a joke!!! So is this place. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. You will be taken advantage of. I've seen crushed beer cans in better shape than what they sent me. And this is, in their words, is in PRISTINE shape. LOL!!!!!!

Purchased a motor from them. From the start I ran into issues with it. First the bolts for the exhaust manifold were broken and bent so that has to be fixed. I needed new exhaust manifolds which apparently not manufactured anymore so it took me 6 weeks to source one. By the time I finally got the motor installed it was 9 days out of warranty which I can understand if that was the only problem. Only I found the head gasket was blown. The heads warped, the engine was full of stop leak, one of the pistons was shattered and the oil pan was full of chunks of metal the size of golf balls. The manager refuses to offer any concessions at all. Zero professional integrity.

BEWARE!!! My uncle purchased an engine for a Subaru Impreza in March of this year, initially they sent us a bad engine so we had to drive 3 hours to exchange the engine for a working one. They said they were going to have it tested first to make sure it was in fact a bad motor of which after their testing it was a bad motor. After returning the engine and waiting months with nothing but bullcrap from these people we still have received nothing no phone call notta and it is the end of September!!!!!! They will try to still your money so be weary of doing business with them they are thieves and liars.

My experience with Bonanza was really great. My 1992 Pathfinder was stolen off the street in SF, and the thief totally bent up my steering wheel wrangling a Club off. Amazingly, they had a 1992 in the yard that matched my burgundy red interior, and they shipped the new steering wheel to me within a few days. The cost was completely reasonable, and they were responsive and professional.

Great selection of parts for just about everything you can imagine even the hard to find stuff like RV parts and some very rare very hard to find parts. This guy has everything you can imagine and then more idk how many acres of vehicles there are but definitely more than anywhere else I've seen

I have been a shop owner for 20+ years. I have never had such a hard time ordering a part for my customers until dealing with these folks at this business. It has been 3 weeks and many stories trying to get a wheel hub sent to me. Scott has given me 2 tracking numbers on 2 different tries and neither were a real tracking number. They do not return calls and every time I called back it was a different excuse or story. Not sure how they stay in business doing it this way. Not sure how they are in person, but over the telephone and shipping orders they stink to high heaven. I do not recommend using their service.. BUYER BEWARE! If I had read the reviews prior to ordering I would have heed the warning and moved on to another solution for the part I needed. Customer service is not top priority to these folks. Taking your money is. Shame on you at Bonanza Auto Dismantlers. BUYER BEWARE!

I came in and it took a while, they are understaffed but they got me a dash pad and a glove box for my 86 Corvette . The guys were friendly and helpful! They gave me great deal which made it Worth the wait! I would definitely recommend them! Great job bonanza!

WARRNING Stay away! They sounded very nice on the phone. I tried to buy a motor from them.I was told the motor was checked over, passed testing, and was shipped.My Credit Card was billed $900+I never received a receipt to my email and the motor never showed up.They gave me multiple invalid tracking numbers and telling me it would be shipped/had been shipped.After 2 weeks of calls and excuses, I contacted my CC company and thankfully they refunded all of the money.

I would not recommend this place, said the part would be pulled and ready. Called to make sure, cause the drive I was gonna make they knew nothing about it. Got 3 different quotes, no communication or call backs. Guess i should've looked up the reviews before going to them. Worse experience ever.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would, I called and asked for a lower manifold for a 5.8 ford van they sent me a 5.0. I called back asking if they had the correct one and explained I was a repair shop and needed this part right away and I will drive up and pick up the part. I talked to several people including Scott and Charles both of them kept giving me the run around and telling me we will call you back in a little while to let you know if we have the part, 1 week later still have got nowhere with this issue. I finally ordered another part online I am guessing by their reviews I will never see my part or a refund. I have owned businesses for years and this is the worst i have ever ran into my bad for not reading the reviews, Be careful with this place shady business practice and it seems they are lacking knowledge for what they do.

One of the most frustrating experiences in recent memory has been dealing with this group. First call, was quoted one price, then second call was quoted a different price. I agreed to the higher price because their part had lower use/miles. Then THAT part was not available, they were then going to try another (or more likely wait for them to buy this part elsewhere to re-sell to me) yet no price adjustment for accepting a part other than the one advertised with low miles, 2 weeks later, no part whatsoever, ZERO COMMUNICATION BY THEM to tell you what to expect (or not). Buyer beware, do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you can.

I had a great experience with Bob and crew at Bonanza auto Dismantlers. They helped me with a very hard to find 69 Chevelle frame that was in their yard. They had to disassemble off a full car!When I went to pick it up , it was on a forklift ready to go!As far as I'm concerned they went above and beyond to help me get my frame and the price was VERY fair!

DONT SHOP HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!Scott said they had a door for our old ford, could deliver it, and it would be here the next day. We called about the ETA 2 days later and was told that one of the salesman's mother in laws would bring it in her suv because she lived in the area and they didnt want to have to bring it themselves. It never came.We called the next day and was told oh sorry ya cant make it, maybe tomorrow.After going thru this over and over, every day, being promised one thing and being left waiting with absolutely NO COMMUNUCATION...We didn't get the door till over 2 WEEKS later after hours around 6pm. It arrived on a random tow truck, poorly strapped down, with a ton of damage.I called and asked our salesman Scott for any help. He said talk to Charles the manager. I emailed and called 3 times a day, EVERY DAY, trying to reach Charles and Scott told me every single time "um... he is not available." I sent many emails with pictures and all the info to see about a credit for the repairs or get a discount for the damaged that they were responsible for and was told no!A few days later, some random guy named Bob emailed me and said they aren't responsible for the damage or the delay in shipping, and asked if we had pictures of the door before it was touched. And refused to offer any help or refund or anything! They are taking advantage of people and highly unprofessional.We will NEVER do any sort of business with this joke of a business again!

I had a amazing experience with bonanza! Carl was able to help me find some very hard to find parts for my 63 chevy and the owner bob was able to give me a very good deal on my hood and fenders. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for affordable car parts

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not do business with this place EVER!! I went to pick up a rim for my car they told me they had over the phone. When I got there the tire wasn't even pulled yet.. I waited ....gave them the exact size withe pics and all of my old one.. took it home and it didn't fit....because they pulled it off a similar car but not the exact model I have...so when I called to tell them it took a week to even get a response to come get a new rim...well after several attempts to get the right rim I was left literally waiting outside the gates for an answer...they had already taken the one that didn't fit from me ... I got it somewhere else...now I've been waiting for a refund for over a week again..this entire process has taken a month..I still haven't received a refund..DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE..well here I sit on 4/13..after they told me they mailed me a check..and didn't...no answer again and can not enter the gate ..I'm ing local sheriff's next

Be aware if you use this company. Especially if you are out of area. DONOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO until you make sure part is ready to send & they call you first saying it's ready to go out. They put my card through a week later called me saying that the mechanic taking the intake manifold off noticed it was cracked. We canceled the order & then a few months later (I had a severe illness) I noticed they put the amount for the part through on my credit card. After 3 phone calls & telling me they will reimburse me they haven't. Buyer beware.

Quality parts at a bargain price. This family run junkyard has just about everything you could think of. I needed a new engine for my jeep and these guys sure delivered. Low mile motor that runs great delivered right to my doorstep!

This place is a joke. They sold me a seized engine and everything was burnt up on it they just sprayed it with spray paint and charged me 1000 dollars. I m not happy at all

Purchased several parts on 8/8/2020, due to it being in the middle of covid-19 I was more patient then i normally would be. I purchased an entire truck cab and paid to have it shipped from them to Wisconsin. Only I have not seen any of these parts. I was told they'd 'Issue a refund" I have never seen the refund. After contacting them back they then said the parts were finally shipped, that was about 2 months ago. I have yet to see my parts or any refund. I have called them almost daily and the resolution. Has really set my restoration back and have taken countless days off of work to be home when the cab arrived. I would not recommend this company to buy a chocolate bar from.

I hade a very positive experience with the super friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. I needed some very hard to find parts for my 87 accord and they had exactly what i needed at a affordable price. 10/10 would recommend for anyone that needs high quality oem parts at a good price. I will definitely be coming back when i need parts for my next project!!! Oh and if that wasnt enough they have a petting zoo!!!

Never have I seen a scrapyard be so very incompetent at being a scrapyard. Took them 4 weeks to get a subframe off and shipped to my mechanic. The staff here are a joke and a complete waste of time and money. I am a self taught home mechanic and I got a subframe off and to my mechanic 2 WEEKS before they even attempted to get theirs off and shipped(Granted with little info on the car I have, I got the wrong part). Never going to deal with this excuse of a scrapyard or let any mechanic working on my cars receive parts from this place ever again!

So yesterday I needed parts for my van and called about 5 different places for a reasonable price. Then Bonanza came swooping in to save the day and for $80 cheaper than a shop 3 hours away! Forever blessed for the awesome service and how quickly they were able to deliver! I was helped by Carl and shocked at how fast he was able to get me what I needed. Thank you Bonanza!

They charged me $120 to get my own van key out of my rv that got towed.....prices for everything is a FEWDollars less then what a BRAND NEW part cost, or the SAME price or MORE expensive.... we are talking about A SHOT OUT part........ for a FEW dollars cheaper then a BRAND NEW part
