Paul and his coworkers are all amazing. They made me feel confident in buying my evo x with their honest pre purchase inspection and provided me with all the fluids & supplies at great prices. Got all my maintenance done all thanks to them.

I knew exactly what car I wanted - I did my own research online and found a Tesla here at a great price. When I came in to look at the car, I was greeted by Zakk. He had years of experience with Teslas so I felt confident he knew what he was talking about. He wasn t pushy - he got to know me and what I needed. When I decided to purchase, he helped me figure out everything I needed to complete the deal. It was a little tricky because I just moved to LA, so the paperwork wasn t very standard, but he guided me. And on top of everything, he knew that I was driving a rental car and had no way to get my new car after I bought it. So he took time out of his day to drive the car to me - from the Valley to Downtown LA - after he was finished working. Then he took an Uber to get back to his house. He went way above and beyond for me and I will be forever grateful. If that isn t an example of the quality of a dealership, I don t know what is. Highly recommend this place.

BEWARE! Buyers of used cars especially Teslas BEWARE. They represent cars are in good working order but that is false. Within 5 min of delivery, car was banging and Tesla service said new CV joints needed at cost of$2800. No way the dealer drove this car and confirmed good working order and if they did, they misrepresented it (ie lied) to buyer. I would never buy from them again and for sure do NOT buy a used Tesla from them unless you take it to Tesla service yourself and pay for them to check it out. You cannot trust these guys to have done anything to test drive car. Now dealer refuses to communicate and discuss compensating me for critical repairs needed on a brand new car. I thought they were different but they are not - don t trust their review of used car without verifying with qualified 3rd party. They say they sell a lot of used Teslas but they seem to know nothing about them or are just plain dishonest.

Overall a great experience. First time buying a car, not sure what I was getting myself into to. Reza, was very comforting and answered all my questions. He was my favorite person I interacted with throughout the entire process. Although the managers made me slightly uncomfortable with their aggression and at times, rude comments, I understand that they're just doing their job and this is what I expected coming into a car dealership.

I visited Universal Mitsubishi recently and had an absolutely horrific experience with them. The sales team were great, friendly and helpful. However, Tiki, who I believe is the manager or finance department had a abysmal service to me. I do not know why she would roll her eyes when I ask her questions, I do not know why she would treat me with that racist attitude, but I do know but Tiki's behavior was completely unacceptable. I was shocked and deeply offended by the remarks made towards me during my interaction with her. It's disgraceful that in this day and age, someone in a managerial position would resort to such bigotry. I would strongly advise against giving this establishment any business until they address and rectify this serious issue. I have been to other different Mitsubishi dealerships, never experienced such things like this. Avoid at all costs.

The purchase of any car is a challenge because there is a negotiation involved. The sales here is normal: negotiate, negotiate, and negotiate more. I enjoy negotiation in general, so it was fun. Stan was my salesperson, very kind and straight forward, as well as very patient. The general manager is a tough cookie to negotiate with, but he is trying to make a living for everyone at the dealership. When I explained my situation clearly, they listened and were reasonable. Give some and take some, then the deal is done. My philosophy is to treat everyone nicely and professionally. Then, they usually reciprocate. This dealership is very clean and new. The service manager named Paul seems friendly and reasonable. I'll have to bring my new Mitsubishi in for service to find out how well they will provide service. The bottom line is that I purchased a Mitsubishi from here, not elsewhere. I never owned a Mitsubishi before, so I look forward to learning more about owning it through this dealership. 5 's for Stan, 5 's for cleanliness, 4.75 for GM, all average out to about 5 's. Mind you, nobody is perfect...

Great companies are manned by great people. Paul was extremely helpful in so many ways. Carlos was amazing as well. Ben was superb. Those are the few I met who I was aware directly helped me during my trip there yesterday. Thank you. Highly recommended!

I think if the dealer when offers the multi points inspection is possible if they can put the liquid at the correct levels, because my car had a low level of coolant and they didn't mention that.

I'm usually not the type to write reviews but I felt like this review was necessary especially because Paul (Service Manager) went above and beyond my expectations on my car! I had been looking for a new dealership to take my car in for service and maintenance and figured I'd give the Universal location a shot as it's closer than driving to my original location in Cerritos. Besides getting an oil change, Paul was very kind to take a look at my car and let me know what needed to be fixed/replaced as I had my car for awhile and hadn't changed much parts from wear and tear. He took time to write me a list of the stuff I should fix by order of urgency and to be honest I've never had a place care to give me a rundown as he did. I really appreciate the help and quality of their work and plan to return in the future for all my car needs. Go visit Paul hahaThanks Paul :D

I had a great experience! Paul the Service Mgr met me at my car when I pulled into the facility. He remembered our phone conversation the day prior which I appreciated. My car issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. The lady at the front desk was also very kind! Awesome customer service! I will be coming back when my car is in need of service!

Universal Mitsubishi's service department is attentive, professional, great customer service and they offer the best original parts and prices for your vehicle. Paul is knowledgeable & will tell you exactly what you need for your car to be in a safe condition and at peak performance level. Thank you all for your great service and amazing experience. The cozy & cold lounge area with free water and coffee while you wait is a plus. Bring your vehicles here for service without a doubt.

I recently purchased a 2020 Eclipse Cross and the dealer is making me pay 600 for a key fob they previously lost. Also there was a missing cargo cover upon delivery. The car was not detailed just washed and delivered to me with half a tank. I also had to reset the service light myself. Very unpleasant experience. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR POST I ALERTED YOUR SALES DEPARTMENT AND WAS IGNORED. YOUR DETAIL DEPARTMENT BLOWS. I SPENT 200 DOLLARS TO PROPERLY DETAIL THE VEHICLE DUE TO IT BEING BADLY OXIDIZED FROM NEGLECT. IF YOU WANT REPEAT CUSTOMERS FILL UP YOUR VEHICLES NEW OR USED. YOUR 5 STAR REVIEWS LOOK LIKE EMPLOYEE POSTS.

OMG! I'm shocked The Manager, Carlos attitude was so bad and angry talk to me as a customer. terrible experience talking to him.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the universal mitsubishi of sherman oaks the general manager Carlos has no Manner @all, they're the crookest people in the world.The mitsubishi national ad say $299/month + $4200 down for24 months LEASE ... but they said this deal not exist in realityI paid $5000 down , $600/month for 48 monthsI signed up the paperworks then day after I found out the deal is terrible.I NEVER PICKED UP THE CAR FROM DEALERSHIP, and I want to cancel the deal but they rejected.I am still fighting to cancel the deal and get my $5k back***Update*** :I see the manager who was nasty to me before ,answered and tried to convince people and readers ,don't believe him.I already got my $5k back and went to Redondo mitsubishi ."I had experience from this rip-off "They're started with 5k and $600 monthly for (3 years instead of 4 years ripoff before )but I learned from the painful experience from Universal mitsubishi , then eventually they brought it to 5k down and $400 monthly for 36 months identical trim as the one I choose before in universal mitsubishi "the end of Mr mitsubishi ,plugin hybrid sel premium++.Can you believe it?I now understand why he didn't want to cancel the deal since (48 months X $200=$9600) that ripoff deal had extra meat of $9600 for them.YOU STAY SAFE TOOMR.CARLOS"It's a futile attempt to mix a wolf with a lamb"

I am always nervous and skeptical with dealerships. I brought my new Used Mitsubishi for a full inspection and a second opinion to make sure everything was good to go with my purchase. Paul in the service department was excellent and explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and helped me understand how the car functions as well as what I needed to do as per my inspection. Transparent and honest about costs involved and this was really appreciated as I cannot say the same for where I bought the car from.I will be back for servicing my car ongoing at Universal. I Recommend this dealership if you own a new or used Mitsubishi for servicing. I cannot speak on purchases as I got the car elsewhere. However servicing I got was excellent. Thanks Paul.

My husband needed a new car and he was just too busy with work to do the research on what cars would best suit his needs. So I went out to scout every dealership in the city. I bet I went to 12 dealerships before I narrowed it down to 3 to take my husband back to. I told each place I was just looking and will bring my husband back when the time was right. All but one dealership called me two to three times a day and hounded me nonstop, but not Universal Mitsubishi! They were so respectful and kind and did not bug me by calling me everyday. I went in and met the most wonderful and sweet Sales Associate named Saul. I loved him. He was not pushy and really took time to show me their inventory and didn't bug me and call me nonstop until I brought my husband back. I took my husband back a few days later and he test drove the Outlander which he really liked but he also loved another car at another place too. We went back to the other place and just didn't get the customer service like we did at Universal Mitsubishi. We had to get a car pretty quickly so we went back again and Saul was with a customer so he introduced us to Ivan to help us that day and he was just as kind and sweet. Loved him too. He went over all the interior features of the car with my husband. We didn't buy that day but went back a couple days later and purchased the car. Bobby and Carlos were great too! The whole team at this dealership should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. I do hope their service department will live up to the sales department when time for service. I would highly recommend buying from them!

These guys are amazing! They work with you, don't rush you & are open and honest up front - which is rare for car salesmen! The facilities are small, but clean & they have Starbucks coffee on fresh brew in the waiting area! I got a beautiful (lightly) used 2018 Chevy Trax Premier here & I absolutely love it! I live in the mountains, so AWD is a must! The car handles like a dream & this dealership made it easier than any dealership I've ever been to! Thank you JC & Carlos!
