I just visited Sherman Oaks Exclusive Auto Repair for body work on my 2020 BMW and I'm extremely happy with the results. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional, and the staff were highly professional and knowledgeable. They carefully assessed the damage and explained the repair process clearly, instilling confidence in me about my car being in good hands. Sherman Oaks Exclusive is the Absolute BEST! It is the only place I take my Range Rover (I've had two so far) to be serviced and I've been going there for several years. They have fair prices and don''t overcharge like the dealership. Geo is my Service Advisor and he is FANTASTIC! He is knowledgeable, honest, dependable, trustworthy and fair. It's really hard to find repair service shops (especially for high-end cars) that won't rip you off and who is honest. Shermans Oaks Exclusive is trustworthy and they do a great job. I highly recommend them!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I just want to inform anyone who plans to go to Sherman Oaks Exclusive that this is the place to go. I first went in to check if they service Tesla s and Geo professionally checked all my brakes. He informed me that I needed brakes and rotors in which I knew I did, just wanted to test his integrity. He then quoted me a price and I thought that price was too high, then I went to Tesla and they tried to charge me double what Geo quoted me. Long story short, I took my car back to Exclusive and they did a PHENOMENAL job! Had me done on the same day and was very professional! I must add, I am very picky with who does work on my car and they got the job done!Geo, just know, I will be coming back and I will be sending more customers your way!You guys rock,KyleService: Brakes

I have pretty much used this shop for all of my repairs. I have been driving my 2006 Range Rover for over a year and it has needed quite a bit of work. I love it here because they are always upfront and transparent with me. They do amazing work and are always available for follow up if I have questions or concerns. Just got my car serviced here and worked directly with Gio. Probably the smoothest car service I have ever experienced in my life. Gio was very honest and got my car taken care of right away. You can t say the same about other places nowadays, so coming here was a breath of fresh air. The prices are more than reasonable and half of what BMW tried to charge me. Definitely gained a loyal customer!

Being both a woman and first time car owner dealing with car repairs can be super intimidating especially with all the horror stories. Sherman Oaks Exclusive has genuinely put my fears to rest! This place is great, super straight forward and easy to deal with. Geo is friendly and knowledgeable. They quote everything before doing anything, like any other shop, and although the prices are high, they are one of the few shops that deal with Land Rovers and they're expensive cars to work on. They've given me warnings of upcoming things I need to handle on my car and they've always done great work.Service: Oil change

Excellent service! I had an emergency and Amir let me bring my in immediately.They were kind and thoughtful of my time. When the repair needed additional parts, they drove me to and from the shop and delivered the car back to me--washed.They worked flawlessly with Olive, my car maintenance insurance.Highly recommended.

Sherman Oaks exclusive it s an amazing place with great professional people. My car was broken into in my own driveway, they smashed front passenger window and took a handbag from the car. In my family, we only have one car and it was urgent to have it fixed. I called Geo and in less than 24 hours got the window part and had it installed right away. I am really grateful, this is the second time I am using Sherman Oaks exclusive, and both times I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is professional and respectful not to mention their prices are one of the best in LA. Great job guys, I could not recommend you more.Service: Auto side window replacement

Sherman Oaks Exclusive came to me recommended by a car professional that I trust. They did not disappoint. Even though my car was not their typical specialty Amir and Geo treated me with respect, honesty, and phenomenal service. For some routine maintenance I was in and out in an afternoon, and even gave me the information I needed for future maintenance even though they knew it may not be them. I came here for the first time a few years ago for some simple stuff I didn't feel like doing myself, like oil change and brakes. But I eventually brought my other cars for stuff I couldn't figure out, they are very thorough and meticulous. Helped narrow down a couple problems that I assumed were my transmission and turned out to be a couple sensors. They are very knowledgeable and the person who helped me was able to explain things in a way that even my 8 year old Kevin understood. Thank you for that Mr Geo and everyone else that worked on my car! You guys rock and have a forever customer with me!

I was referred to Sherman Oaks Exclusive by a friend. I took my Land Rover Discovery Sport and let them know what services I needed. They fully inspected my car and gave me an honest estimate with no add-ons. They fixed my car perfectly and stayed in constant communication with me to give me real-time updates. Gio was a provided great service and costs, including labor were very reasonable. Definitely, going to be back for more service in the future. I came in for an AC diagnosis on a RR. Geo was very clear about the process and what to expect. I paid a flat fee for diagnosis, they diagnosed the issue and he gave me a quote to repair the AC all in the same day. Very straightforward. Also their shop and office is organized.

Came in for a proper oil change on my 2016 Mini R60 LCI SALL4. This team was knowledgable and transparent with their parts selection and did not give off that vibe of "I know more about your car than you". Genuine people truly, Amir is an awesome individual, and takes customer service above and beyond. Most importantly, to me, they were transparent with other findings but they did not try to aggressively upsell me in that moment. These are the qualities I have been looking for from an auto shop, and I will definitely be returning! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the pricing, come here if you want high quality work done at a fair price point!Service: Oil change
