These guys always take good care of my car! Honest & to the point. Never try to make you buy stuff you don t need.Always prompt service /turnover and it s always quick / reasonable timing to get an appointment.I moved to the valley having no idea where to take my car and I totally lucked out with these guys! They re great. Take your car here.

I have a 15 year old car and thanks to Paul's Automotive, it's in great running condition! At this point, I really can't afford a new car. But, thanks to the quality service I receive, I really don't have to worry about that right now. Prices are very reasonable and I trust Paul and Lewis implicitly! I strongly recommend Paul's Automotive Service Center on Van Nuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks.

I have had my cars serviced here for years, and have always been extremely satisfied. I like to keep my cars for a long time, so they require good maintenance. I trust Paul and Co to keep me on the road and safe. Trust. What more can you ask?

Paul s automotive center ,Paul and Louise are so ,honest and helpful and heigh level personality, worked and fixed my car as the best as they could ,with great and so fair part price and label .The most important is they look and repair mine or somebody s else car SAME AS THERE OWN CAR which is so valuable for me and I m very sure won t go to another repair shop ,and will stay with them for ever!!!!!!!THANK YOU PAUL ,THANK YOU LUISE

Been taking my mom's 1998 Saturn here for years. Now, I'm bringing my Subaru and the service I recieve is always A-one. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle for service at Paul's Automotive.

Called with a concern about my son's car. Explained that we were only in town for a couple of days and they penciled us in on short notice. They gave us a quick diagnosis and repaired the car quickly and for a very fair price. When I came to pick up the car I got into conversation with Paul and he asked about why we came out to visit. I explained we had a family in the area and my son was out for internship/job before heading to college. He has our car and he knew I was concerned about the safety of our son and the vehicle. He completely understood as he's had parents come in with similar stories. He said don't worry about issues with car and made sure that he introduced himself to my son. He let us know that my son could stop by with concerns or issues. As parents that made us feel better. Thanks for your professionalism and quality.

I Feel Lucky to Have Paul's Auto in My NeighborhoodI'd drive a considerable way to get auto service with Paul's Auto, but the fact that they're less than 5 minutes from my home is extra great!Paul and Louis are a wonderful team. The shop's work is done quickly, efficiently, and honestly, at reasonable prices. I've taken about three different makes of cars to Paul's Auto over the 30 years or so I've lived in the neighborhood. The service is always excellent and reliable. Paul's has been servicing my trucks for years. Not only are they quick and reliable, but reasonably priced. Even though I've moved 50 miles away, they are still my go-to mechanic. I've turned many friends on to their service, too. You can't go wrong with this place!

We have used Paul's for about 15 years. They are consistently courteous, prompt in performing work, reliable and dependable. They know and remember their customers. Their prices are obviously far less than what the local dealerships charge. It is a real relief to have a professional (in any field) that is honest and competent. Glad we have Paul's.

Don't get ripped off...Go to Paul's Automotive for all your cars service. I have been bringing my cars to Paul's for over 15 years and always get me in and on my way quickly and inexpensively. Now my kids are going to Paul's.My son brought his Hyundai to the Hyundai dealer to be serviced, dealer says needs both front/rear brakes serviced, AC, transmission & battery service totaling over $1,000. I told him to go to Paul's...My son actually listened to me, took his car to Paul's. Paul's told him only needed a Battery replaced and to come back in 6 months to check on whether or not the other services MAY be required.

I have been going to Paul's since I wandered in in 1996, and got an issue fixed with a squirt of lubricant that they refused to take payment for. My most recent trip involved a 17 year-old BMW with aging plastic and rubber parts. I thought it was the transmission, they figured out it was a warped plastic casing leaking oil. Bottom line: when you find an honest mechanic who isn't trying to upsell you and does quality work, you hold onto them like gold. I moved away from the immediate area, but I never moved on from Paul's.

We needed new tires and a tune-up, and Paul's did the job quickly and reasonably. We were given choices of 3 brands of diffferently priced tires, so we were able to choose one that was within our budget. The coupons available on the website helped us save 10%, which was great. We've been going to Paul's for about 15 years now, and have always been highly satsified with the work, and customer service. Thanks again!

I love these guys! Paul and Louis are two of the best, nicest and most honest mechanics anywhere. I have been going to them for almost 20 years and have always been happy with their expertise and professionalism- And, they're also just really, really nice people! They were highly-recommended to me and I, in turn, have been happy to highly-recommend them to anyone who asks if I "know a good mechanic".

pulled into the lot to get my car serviced to see 2 cars parked on either side of the tiny lot that i only just barely didnt scrape (could not back out due to heavy traffic on van nuys). i arrived at about 2:30 and it seemed like it was open as the garage doors were open and multiple cars had hoods up, however when i stepped out of my car and looked around there was no one there. made multiple phone calls and left a few messages trying to figure out what to do and received no response. i had even sent an email in the morning detailing the service i needed for my car, which was never replied to. i eventually left after about 20 minutes hanging around waiting for someone to either appear or answer the phone which never happened.

I bought a used car and needed to get engine/transmission checked before fully committing to it. A close friend recommended I go to Paul's. When they found issues (was it Terry who looked at it? I might have made that name up. Thank you!), I had to brave calling the dealer to bring the car back. I did it right then. The dealer was not happy. Which got me flustered. I ended up slightly tearing up (#2020QuarantineStress), but not only was everyone at Paul's really nice, they also spoke to the dealer in my defense. It's been a crazy week for me, and they helped make it less so. I'll definitely come back, hopefully with a better car and less crying next time *thumbs up*

Paul and his guys go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is safe and running smooth. They even took the to show me how to secure my snow chains to my truck tires because I couldn't figure out the tricky locking mechanism. Great shop, fair pricing, straight-forward and super friendly.

Possible the entire solar system.Here s how you find brilliant mechanics: Check out the vehicles they are working on. A shop that has a variety of cars, cars that are five to ten years old and still running smoothly -- cars that are kind of high end and sparkle with TLC.You'll find a nice assortment of the above at Paul s.All of which means you have probably come to the right place. That place will not be the cheapest. But it will beat the dealerships' prices by twenty to fifty per cent.

Paul and his crew are thorough and honest mechanics. His staff are kind and friendly and will make you feel confident in his work and assessment of your vehicle. From small Jobs like oil changes to big jobs like putting a new engine in that mustang you've had in your driveway forever, Paul's Automotive is the place to go!

I've taken my cars to Paul for twenty years. He's the best mechanic I've ever had. Friendly, and they can fix anything. The best thing I can say is that I trust him and Louis and all the workers there completely!

Some time ago, brought my truck in for a minor repair, they parked it outside overnight. Next day received a call from them saying someone had broken into the truck, opened up the hood and taken the battery. They blamed the vagrants from the adjacent park, but weirdly whoever it was left all the parking change, which you would think would be a bit more useful to the homeless than a brand new deep-cycle battery which only the people working at Paul's knew was in the engine compartment from the initial inspection of my car the day before. Nothing but nothing would induce me to go back to Paul's Automotive Services Center.

My car is age 20 and not so easy to diagnose or repair. So - yesterday - the dealership (!) advised me to take my car to Pauls! Pauls found the problem and did a STAR smog review to boot for less than half the price than the dealership would have charged just to diagnose the problem. Although I like the dealership and have used them for years, now that my car is elderly, I think Pauls is just what I need to keep my car running smoothly up to age 25.

This service center accommodates me as a business owner by dropping me off at my office whenI come to the service center to drop off my vehicle. This allows them to work on my car without thepressure of my being in their customer waiting area and I can work at my desk knowing that theywill complete the work on my vehicle prior to day's end. They call me when my vehicle is completeand they come and pick me up at my office and they discuss the work done on my vehicle on theway back to the service center and even describe work that should be done the next time I drop thevehicle off for service. The prices always seem affordable. And they even send me e-mail couponsfor special prices on selected services.

I have taken my car to Paul's a few times since a friend referred me. They are always professional and friendly and get the job done as quickly as possible! I trust them with my car :)
