Keys European is the best in the business! My service advisor Edvard is always polite, helpful, and very communicative. He was able to get my car back in shape after its yearly maintenance and tire checks. I never hesitate to contact him and pay them a visit if need be. Thanks Edvard for your great customer service!

Horrible experience!!! Took my NEW EQE 305+ in for a rattle 3 times. They finally fixed the noise but forgot to put my car back together after. The missing panel was found in the back seat and a clip was missing. I have togo back a 4th time to fix that issue. Also, the car was very dirty when I picked it up.Very disappointing. Time to look for another dealer to service my car!!!!

AWESOME SERVICE!! Scott my assigned service tech has always been reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and if he doesn't know he will research for me. For many years the service I get for my car is 10!! I have a 2007, C230 originally purchased from them, they have always maintained service and kept my car in great shape. I would not trust anyone else with my car. Scott gives me the estimate up front no hidden fees and always delivers what they tell me. They take the time to explain and show me what's going on. I very happy with this Company excellent Service!!!!

I don't always have good experiences with dealerships, but this time was different and so good! Yvette really took great care of me and impressed me with her professionalism and customer service. If I need to go back, I will definitely try to work with her again as she made the whole process seamless and painless. Highly recommend working with her!

I took my MB into Keyes European for a standard service. After inspecting my car, my advisor let me know it needed a few other things. I agreed to get the necessary work done, but passed on two of the additional services, thinking I could get them done cheaper elsewhere. My advisor was super nice, no pressure, and got the approved services done that day.I spent the next two days looking for a place to get the additional work done, and while a few places quoted me very similar prices to the dealership, the first place I took it to looked at the car and said "oh, we can't actually do that. You need special equipment." So, three days later I was able to get a last minute appointment back at Keyes European (this time with a different service advisor), and they did the work for only about $50 more than the hole in the wall shop that couldn't even do the work.In addition to seemingly fair prices, the service team is SO nice. Both Edward and Allen were super pleasant, relaxed, and made the whole thing easy. I bought my car at a different Mercedes dealership and took it there for a couple of years, but I can say that the Keyes team is much more pleasant to deal with. I learned my lesson, and plan to stick to Keyes for my repairs!

It was my first visit Key's service center for my regular electric car service. My service advisor Donald Dorian was very friendly and polite. He was very knowledgeable on the car what I need to do and called me when the car will be ready. Service was done on time for my other appointment. I strongly recommend to use Keys European service center for any MB car service.

I purchased a used S-Class from them. The car had a 1-month warranty. I checked the car in the body shop and we found a leaking bushing on one of the arms. My mechanic told me to replace the arm.I took my car back to Keyes Service Center and they told me that only bushing needs to be replaced. I left them a car for a week, because of special order part .A few months later a repaired my car in Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills. They recommended me to replace the same arm as my mechanic told me before. Also they said that entire arm needs to be replaced not only bushing and that is a normal practice.Now I am looking photos and see that bushing is even worse than before.Also after I picked up my car next day I drove to on a freeway I noticed a vibration on the floor and on steering wheel. I called and texted service advisor, but never heard back from her.I took the car to a tire shop and we found obvious bent on the front right rim. Keyes Service Center has not even mentioned this to me after repairs.So I waisted my time with Keyes Service Center and now my warranty is expired.I believe, most likely, they tricked me by doing nothing or maybe they did a very poor job.Don t recommend their service center to anyone

Always had great experience with Keyes. Donald is a great advisor and he provided all of the necessary information regarding my car and what needed to be done. The cost of service is reasonable as well and most importantly they service your car within promised timeline. I ll definitely choose Donald again as advisor for service.

There was a service at Mercedes. 03.28.2024.Mercedes Sprinter 2500. 14 500 miles. 2023First Service.1) Starting from 4000-5000 miles, vibration appeared. I have contacted the service center 3 times already with the problem of engine vibration, vibration of the car (sometimes resonance occurs and the whole car vibrates under load; if you go uphill, you can feel it well, or you can hear some kind of beating in the wheels when turning). They did something, but it didn't help. On forums on the Internet they write that this problem is due to the motor. They order seals (forum screenshot in the photo). Maybe this will help, I don't know.2) The first time vibration appeared, I came to the service center at 5000 miles, it looked like they had removed the plastic engine protection. And they forgot to install it back. I pointed this out to Mike and they didn't put it back. I regret that they removed the engine protection and did not put it back after 10,0000 miles. I am very dissatisfied with the Mercedes service.3) The worst thing is that the car is brand new, 2023, 14,500 miles. The chip key holder is broken. Manager Mike Told me THIS IS NOT A WARRANTY!! He said it was mechanical damage. I'm shocked! Customer Service is complete crap. I had a similar breakdown on a Nissan about 3 years ago. And I changed the Nissan without any problems.4) The problem with the pushing gearbox was fixed.5) Creaking of the driver's window regulator - fixed.6) I contacted the parking sensors with a problem - they seem to have fixed it. Until he squeaked anymore.What I didn't like the most was the customer service. Since the car is completely new and they are already telling me that the plastic part (chip key holder) IS NOT A WARRANTY!!! (This is a cheap spare part, you'll just lose your customers!)They also look for vibrations and noises in the engine and vibration of the car without measuring instruments!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AND THIS CAR BRAND! BETTER BUY ANOTHER BRAND!

My service guy Kirk was so patient, he did everything to make me feel comfortable and brought a smile to my face. He knew I felt ugly that day and he was the greatest. Mike Conover handled my repair swiftly and with great deft. He had approval from the insurance adjuster with unbelievable speed. He was able to have delivery of the needed parts faster than seemed possible. The completed repairs that could have taken weeks, took days.

I had a driver-side airbag malfunction error on my S550. When I tried to take my vehicle to the Glendale Mercedes dealer, the first appointment I was offered for such a serious malfunction was two months from the day of my phone call. I decided to call Keyes Euro Center and managed to take my car in within 3 days of my phone call. I am so grateful for their service, the prompt appointment, and the peace of mind. They repaired my vehicle within one day.

Josh Tecson always takes great care of me. I know that I am in good hands when Josh is there. I was not able to get a loaner care but it was not a big deal because they arranged for lyft to take me home and bring me back to the dealership when my car was ready. Very convenient.

Best experience I have had at any local Mercedes. I showed up without an appointment when the engine light came on and my car started shaking. As soon as I drove up, someone was at my door, ready to provide service, and give updates. Daniel literally had me checked in with an idea of what might be the issue, and a Lyft ordered within 20 minutes. This is the type of service a luxury car dealership should provide.I will return here, even if it's out of my way.

Keys European has one of the best customer services s. My car has had 4 flat tires in a matter of 60 days and keys took my car without any question and fixed it for free and offered me a loaner car. Ismael Esparza thank you for all your help, your help is out standing @ Mercedes.
