Customer restroom out order, read another review and looks like the restroom has been out order for more than a month. Manager should have a plumber same day to resolve the issue if is any.I Came her for a flat repair and wait more the an hour. Coffee is available and personal are very courteous and excellent service with clients.

They are telling me I need 4 tires when my front tires are almost brand new and have 3mm of treads. Also their prices are horrible. Go to Walmart and get some nice Goodyears that will be cheaper and better than anything these people trying to sell you. These people make car people look really bad. You want to trust professionals but when they are trying to selling things that you don t need they make the whole car industry look bad. Shame on these people

To say they are overcharging would be an understatement. Went in asking for an alignment for my vehicle they tried to charge me $400. Do yourselves a favor and go to Pep-Boys if you need alignment or balance for your tires.

I unfortunately know Paul the manager by name as I've been going there for so many years. Paul is a terrific guy, very nice. Prices there seem reasonable and I like the tire warranty they offer.

I really liked the service and approach to work. I needed to replace the front tires. had previously been to three other tire shops (including one branch of Just tires), but they all simply said that they were out of stock. But here the girl did not send me, but in front of me closed the bell and ordered tires. They were brought almost immediately, so it was very fast. They also did the job within the time originally given to me. They also provide a guarantee. I will be going here from now on even though it's far from home. Thank you

Great service! Robert Young really took great care of me as a customer from my initial phone call getting a quote all the way to completion of service that same day. The technicians in the back did a great job of explaining my needed service and didn t take nearly as long as I anticipated. They dressed my new tires with a nice shine for the road! Will be back for my next service.

So grateful to the folks in this store. They have saved me twice in the last year, when sharp things have appeared in my tires and I've panicked about how to get them removed :) Thanks, Guys, for always making me feel like a valued customer...hope I won't need to see you again anytime soon but thank you for being there!

Bought 2 brand new set of tires from here over the course of 4 years. When 1 of the tires blew from hitting a pothole & having my car towed, they would not give me the new tire even though I had protection plan on the tires. I bought in the blown tire back to them but couldn't bring the car in for installation & mounting bc it was at the repair shop. They said they had to charge me for installation & a new protection plan on the replacement tire. Therefore, I had to buy a brand new tire to replace the protected tire for the auto body shop to mount & place on my car. Very disappointing as I had a protection plan on the blown tire. Contacted corporate offices to complain. I won't be returning to this shop althoug service was great until it came time to honor the protection plan I had purchased from them. So sad

I went in with a tire that was cracking on the sidewall and still under warranty. I had no appointment, just showed up. Thankfully they weren't to busy when I arrived. Greeted by Paul, he was very nice and helpful. Clean, cool and bar/table like seating facing the street with power connections available on the table.

I had a wonderful experience going to Just Tires. I was greeted by the very friendly Fady. He was extremely helpful and respectful. I had a nail in my tire which was repaired in only 30 minutes and it was a very inexpensive to repair. I would highly recommend this business and location to other people. I felt they were professional and provided excellent customer service, especially Fady. He is the perfect person to greet and deal with customers. I was also able to make a reservation online in advance so when I arrived they were ready for my car. Everything was painless. Again, I would highly recommend this business.

I set up an appt for my brakes, Paul greeted me and was very kind and patient with my questions. He called me once they inspected and told me what was needed and the price and labor and if I wanted to proceed. My car was ready rt before they closed and was a quick smooth experience! I m definitely coming back!

They made good on the warranty I purchased when I initially bought the tires. By contacting customer service, I was able to file for a reimbursement for the cost of the tire itself.

Made an appointment to get a conventional oil change and was refused service because they Wanted to upgrade me to synthetic oil. I ended up going to the North Hollywood location to get the exact same service. The manager Paul Akopian has no idea what he s doing and was no help at all. I will never come back here again!

Fabulous customer service. My car had gotten a flat, and I needed to get it replaced asap. I pulled into their center without an appointment and explained the situation. Since it was the middle of the afternoon and they were busy, they weren't sure if they would get it done by the evening., but they would try. They squeezed me in as best they could and I drove out less than two hours later. I was ecstatic! They were so nice and they really saved my day! Thank you so much!

These guys are top notch. They work super fast and the end results are always perfect. I come here very often because somehow, I always get something stuck in my tires. Paul and the rest of the staff are exceptional. They always take wonderful care of my car. Customer service is amazing. I highly recommend Just Tires in Sherman Oaks.

I came in at 5:42, 18 minutes before close, because I had just gotten off work. Fady and his associates graciously accommodated me and repaired my tire. This was my only means of transportation to work and it truly felt life-saving. They had great customer service and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend!

Got my brakes and rotors taken care of as well as an oil change. It's pricey but the customer service is great and my car really needed it! Adel and Lloyd took care of my concerns and took the time to explain more about my car, give me helpful driving tips and help me with coolant! Awesome team that's friendly and they'll work with you on what you need.

Been coming here for about 10 years! Paul, Mario and Lloyd are all stellar I've had oil changes, tires replaced, brakes redone you name it! Very trustworthy and I know I wont get ripped off and their waiting area is very big, nice and clean!

Came here for my first time and was greeted by Fady, he was very helpful, informative and quick with all the options he offered. Gave me a estimate on what I needed done and even helped me save a few bucks. Oil change, tire rotation and pressure check took less than an hour. Would recommend this place to anyone local who needs no wait and quick cheap service.

I recently changed a set of 4 tires and purchased a 3 year alignment plan at Sherman Oaks location and I must say I had a delightful experience. Everyone was more than helpful and most especially Vic. He really took his time to explain all the advantages of my purchases and made sure he left no questions unanswered. Furthermore, since I didn t have my Goodyear credit card with me, Vic made the necessary calls to retrieve my account info in order to pay for the charges. 5 star customer service. Delightful experience. I will make sure I will be back to replace my tires and alignment for my second car.

Needed a nail pulled out of a very expensive tire. The manager Paul, and technician Mario, got me taken care of quickly and on my way. Fair price and they took exceptional measures to ensure the black mat finish on the rim was not damaged. Very professional. Would recommend for tire repair service and will consider them for my next tire purchase. Thanks guys!

I was so impressed by the owner Paul s outstanding customer service. I came into the shop with a horrible situation, but Paul was able to turn it around and ensure I walked out happy. The pricing is extremely competitive for top-notch quality. You will get your moneys worth at the best shop in Los Angeles. Don t give your hard earned money to people trying to wheel and deal you!!!! Go to a shop that cares and deserves the money. You will be taken care of!!!!! Thanks again for your assistance!

Horrible customer service. I called in to make sure they do transmission and differential fluid change and asked for the price. First I was told $120 each then I mentioned another location told me $90, they guy was like oh if you do both we have promotion for $90 ( we're trying to hide it)I checked in and an associate told me sorry we don't do this service I told him I talked to Paul and he confirmed. He was like oh he's the store manager wait for him he should be back in 30min.45min later he showed up checked me in and took the key and I left the store. 45 min later received the call from Paul, oh sorry we can't do the transmission we are not equipped. But we can do the differential for you and it's $90 each side (front and rear) I said no thank you that is not what I was told or signed. So I called another Just Tire store and the confir

Juan was extremely helpful. Being a woman walking into a establishment where you re dealing with fixing anything on your car and changing out tires can be very stressful. I asked many questions and they patiently answered and educated me on what I needed to know. I m very blunt, always looking for a deal and great customer service - that s what I got. I will be back because I m closer to this location and they were fair and nice people.Thanks again guys
