I recently took in my Mercedes after noticing some unusual engine noises, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and highly professional. They really know their Mercedes!The technician, Steve was helpful. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that I could understand.The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready by the next day. Since the repair, my car has been running smooth.It's rare to find such reliable and trustworthy service.

I had been having a problem with a noise under my car, and I made a mistake by going to a dealership first. They didn t resolve the issue and charged way too much! I knew I needed to get it looked at, so I searched for a local place with the best reviews and found Steve at Hi Quality Motors.Oh my goodness! He found the issue quickly and fixed it in less than an hour. No price gouging. He explained exactly what the problem was, and I felt at ease and well taken care of.Steve will be my go-to mechanic from here on out! He knows cars and is honest and dependable!

Steve rescued us today! Thank you!!! We were in a pickle nearby, called on a whim and he had some availability to look and get us back on the road. Kind and knowledgeable! Will come in on Monday to get the check engine light addressed too. Thank you, Steve!

I was extremely pleased with the service Steve provided! He is honest, reliable, professional, knows his craft well, and doesn't try to up sell you. Prices are competitive compared to other places. Service was instant and I got my car in and out within the hour. Highly recommend this place!

Another great job done by Steve; owner of Hi Quality Motors. He really does go the extra mile for his customers, he is the only mechanic that I trust. Myself and my family members have all been going to Steve for many years now. His service is fantastic! He's extremely knowledgable, detailed/thorough, friendly and yes is honest and trustworthy. He always goes the extra mile to make sure my car is well taken care, and his prices are really fair. He really is the only person I trust with my car; Not even the dealership, I highly recommend Steve/quality Motors.

I just found myself the best mechanic! Steve is the man for you if you need your car to be in good care.On Saturday morning I woke up in a hurry to go meet up with a friend. I couldn't start my car. I searched for a mechanic nearby who is open on Saturday and decided to call Hi Quality Motors. I just hit a jackpot. Steve answered my call, and to my surprise, he offered to come take a look at my car! It was the battery problem. He jump started my car. He did not charge me a penny!After one ride, the battery was dead again. The 7-year old battery just needed to be replaced. The bottom cover of my car was also broken (separate problem). Steve took care of both issues with a fair price and actually fixed my window for free as well. My car was also sparklingly cleaned inside and outside afterward! Steve got my car washed even though I said he did not have to.Steve is very kind and knowledgeable. I would give a 10-star rating if that existed! I normally don't write reviews, but Steve deserves every bit of my recommendation. :)

I have worked with Steve for almost 2 years. I left my old mechanic back home in Minnesota. Hi Quality Motors was recommended to me by my neighbor in Sherman Oaks. Steve has been a great guy to work with.I definitely recommend Steve & Hi Quality Motors for their ability to fix my car quickly and Steve's honest opinion about whether something needs to be fixed today or can it wait for later.Thanks again,Beau

He was so incredibly helpful, I got a misdiagnosis with what was wrong with my car and he took a look and told me my engine wasn't leaking, it was just water from the coolant. He even washed the inside to make sure it was just oil from a previous spill and nothing actually leaking. I came so last minute and close to close but he was so nice and helpful, I'm so grateful I came here!Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing

I needed a second opinion after the last mechanic I went to lied about fixing my car said that it was working fine, which had an acceleration problem and it would have been impossible to try to make it home after spending so much money already. Steve took a look at it and gave me a correct diagnosis at no charge and sent me to another guy nearby who had the part I needed and at a great price. I will certainly come back if I have anymore issues with my car in the future.

I was having a problem with my air conditioning and went to a AAA approved repair shop. They charged me $135 for an inspection and told me I needed a part that was $1600 plus labor. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Steve at Hi Quality. Steve stuck his head under my dashboard, announced that everything looked good, checked and added freon and end of problem in less than 10 minutes. The charge was less than I pay for a haircut. What more can I say?

Steve is awesome! My BMW was in the shop with the dealer for two weeks. When i finally got it back the car had new problems: the a/c and navigation systems weren't working. Steve discovered the dealer hadn't reconnected the navigation systems and recharge my a/c.

My wife mentioned this shop and said she knew Steve through and old friend so I went ahead and took my 1971 280se 3.5 to get some work done. I didn t know what to expect and I must say what an incredible surprise. My car has never felt like it does today. They truly went above and beyond any of my expectations. This is the only place my car will be going to from now on. Bravo!

Helped me out in a pinch when my car's transmission went out. Gave me a free quick diagnosis and recommended me to a nearby transmission shop. Haven't worked in depth with Steve but first meeting definitely earned him solid consideration for whatever comes up in the future.
